Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Stephanie Drinkle for acupuncture and adjustments for years. She is extremely skilled and professional. I highly recommend Stephanie for treatment as she makes a difference on pain management.

Fantastic experience: Had my initial assessment with Ganesh, he was super attentive and thorough in gathering all the history. He explained the process of treatment step by step, explaining how each treatment and how they will help me. He went over each exercise and explained how they will help my particular injury. He was polite and asked each time if it was ok to touch me to show me how to do the correct exercise. Definitely a great first experience.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr.Drinkle this afternoon to receive treatment for a very sore neck. My initial consultation was very thorough and all of the available treatments were explained. After my 1st treatment and adjustment, the pain and tightness in my upper back and neck were greatly eased. I have been to a few different Chiropractic Doctors in the past but none were as personable and professional. I feel that Dr. Drinkle was genuinely interested in making me more comfortable.

Negative experience: Rating and reviews might not work for everyone - Like most of us, I also checked the reviews, rating and booked an appointment with spiwise. Not happy with the experience, I had severe lower back pain and hamstring issues. I booked an appointment with spinewise which was for 45 mins and I was done in 15 mins. I was surprised that the assessment, treatment, adjustment etc all was done in 15 mins and I paid $70 for this which wasn’t worth atall. RYAN seemed to be hurry during the appointment which I didn’t understand why. First I thought ok, maybe 15 mins were enough for my treatment and adjustments but my condition was same for next few days then I realised that I need to change the chiropractor. So, I would not recommend spinewise just base on reviews and rating.

Fantastic experience: No reason not to give 5 stars. I went to Dr Ryan Parr with a very painful lower back. After the first few treatments my pain was reducing and has continued to reduce. What a relief! Nothing but good things to say. Appts are on time, staff are friendly and treatments work.

Negative experience: Dr Amit was great, but I’ll not be back to the clinic because Brenda the receptionist is rude and condescending. She was rude to me, I told her she was being disrespectful and she laughed and her response was to take it to upper management. I gave a chance to the clinic because the good reviews, even though they are banned from Manulife.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a chiropractor closer to home so I decided to try out SpineWise for the first time yesterday. SpineWise has a lot more technology and variety of treatment options than any other clinic I’ve been to. I’ve been suffering from ongoing headaches from a concussion and today is the first day in weeks that I haven’t had a headache. I’m so grateful to Stephanie for her expertise and the adjustments she did. I look forward to continuing to work with her for my current injury, as well as regular maintenance. Brenda at the front desk was welcoming and made me laugh a lot! They offer direct billing for most insurance companies and have the convenience of booking appointments online. I highly recommend this clinic and I’m so glad I decided to try them out.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with foot pain for many years and have visited many specialists all to no avail. This morning I finally received a diagnosis and a treatment plan. I thought my gentleman chiropractor was gracious and very professional. He took much time explaining the issue with my foot and showed me various items on Amazon that would be help ease the pain. Negative experience: Went to my daughters appointment today so that spinewise would not loose an appointment….they lost a family of patients. I was on time, spinewise was running late….understandable…it happens…being told to wait longer while they set up an appointment that was after mine is not nice. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Stephanie for awhile and she is an amazing chiropractor. I was having back pain and trouble sleeping and it completely helped me I will forever go back to her. I've also been trying to find a massage therapist for quite a long time that can do really good deep tissue and actually fix the problems and have not had great luck. Tanya was unreal! She knows what she doing and can actually find and fix the problem. I went in with extreme shoulder and arm pain and between the two of them left feeling amazing!

Fantastic experience: I visited SpineWise for physiotherapy after breaking my wrist. I called around to all of the physio centres in my area and SpineWise was the most affordable which was important to me since I will be paying out of pocket for my treatments. Ganesh Bhagavathiappan was my physiotherapist and he was very thorough and helpful. He understood I was paying out of pocket and he wanted to make sure I got the best treatment I could with as few visits as possible. I would definitely recommend SpineWise to my friends and Family! :)
