Fantastic experience: Excellent optometry service. Welcoming staff and also offers payment facilities.

Fantastic experience: In and OUT in less than 15 mins for a Pap test! Great service. Dr. Bakare was very kind, listened and answered my questions with patience, expertise and kindness.

Negative experience: A disappointing experience. The website states that the pulmonologist is currently accepting new patients, but once the request is sent, the response is that the pulmonologist is no longer taking new patients. What a contradiction! If this is an old announcement, please update it; if you are selective about the patients you take, find other ways to manage it, but be respectful and do not raise false hopes. It is hard to imagine what you are weaving behind the announcements, but one might think that the democratization of appointments should go through other channels, as is done in some countries, to reduce potential favoritism or to put an end to the contempt for patients. Have a minimum of respect for the sick. What a shame!

Negative experience: If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. I contacted the Pierrefonds clinic for an allergy consultation as indicated on their website, but they don't offer it. Moreover, I was given the phone number of the Décarie branch saying they provide allergy services, and I ended up on the phone with a woman I disturbed who has nothing to do with the clinics. By finding the right number online, I ended up at a clinic that seems to only offer services to children. In short, absolutely nothing positive, a real headache.

Negative experience: I called the clinic for a fairly urgent appointment and the secretary finally answers. She tells me they have no availability except for 'urgent' appointments or pregnant women without even asking me what I have. I tell her that my situation is urgent and she still refuses to give me an appointment. I haven't been back to this clinic since my delivery and I'm unable to get an appointment with them. Really ridiculous!

Negative experience: I had an appt. through the gap for help with my mental health struggles and disability issues. I was met with doctor, Dr A. Grama. After "hearing me out" she wanted to prescribe me meds. I brought up conditions that I have when taking meds (hormone and blood tests to insure the right meds and weekly/bi-weekly check ins to be sure it was working adequately) and that was very much to much to ask. If you want someone to not give a damn about you and throw meds at the problem, go here. Success is only that that fits the constraints of capitalism, if you're goals don't align with capitalism and big pharmacy, go elsewhere. She is completely unwilling to put herself in someone elses shoes as she's to arrogant in her standing as a doctor. Your arrogance is getting in the way of compassion, do better.

Negative experience: Since my family doctor has moved to this clinic I have yet to be able to reach him. Being told to go to emergency when I have a family doctor is unacceptable.

Negative experience: Severely understaffed. Usually takes more than 15 minutes to answer the phone; Don't even try to call past noon, you'll be wasting your time. My sons have their family doctor there and she is fantastic. However, she is so overbooked it is impossible to see her inbetween scheduled regular checkups, not even for a 5 minutes phone consult. Have tried contacting the doctor's nurse on 3 separate occasions when I was told the doctor was unavailable, left messages every time, no one ever contacted me back. My youngest is only 8 months old (he's been sick on-and-off since his birth); Four times I've tried to get an appointment only to be told I'd have to wait at least 2 months to see her; Once they were able to book me with another doctor, thrice I've had to call 811, only to then be directed to the ER (of course once there I'm told I should have booked with his family doctor). I would have gladly filled a complaint form instead of writing a google review, but the option does not seem to exist on their website.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get in to see the GYN that took my case in October 2023 via my admission thru the ER and referral from my Cardiologist. The doctor’s nurse isn’t being helpful and they’ve lost my test results three times. I don’t know what else to do. No one wants to help me. I’ve called and left a message and they only work two days a week.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to the staff for their quick response, they helped me with my problem really quick and we were able to get out within an hour. The employees speak French and English, but English is mainly spoken in the building. Once I arrived inside, I noticed that it was very clean. The female doctor that I was assigned to listened to all of my concerns and she had a great mannerism. There was a slip up on my medical papers so the hospital told me to go to ELNA Medical: this ended being the best option. I didn’t wait too long the procedure was quick and easy.

Positive experience: Most of the experience was good. Just giving cortizon as the first choice to a child without having all tests done... I find it a little scary, giving the side effects. It is not the first time I experience in Canada doctors prescribing cortizon before having the full picture of the condition.

I have been treated with nothing but compassion, respect and friendliness by all the staff that I've had contact with and am very happy to have had Dr. Luis apponted to me.

Negative experience: In 2018, I became a patient at the clinic where I gave birth and received follow-up care, including the insertion of an IUD. Today, I called the clinic to schedule an appointment to have the IUD removed. However, the receptionist informed me that I needed to obtain a referral letter from my family doctor. When I explained that I didn't have a family doctor and had previously been under the care of Dr. Pira, she informed me that he was no longer with the clinic. When I inquired about where Dr. Pira had relocated, the receptionist responded rudely (Look to yourself ) and abruptly ended the call while I was speaking.

Negative experience: After three months of waiting to see a gynecologist on December 20th, I was able to see Dr. Krakovich Clinic. On March 29, I had an ultrasound in this clinic as well. On December 20th, when I went to see a gynecologist, the doctor said that she could not access my file and could not comment on my condition without seeing the results of the ultrasound .She completely ignored my explanations about the deterioration and danger of my health conditions and the documents I provided to confirm my explanations. My life is in danger and I said this many times, but no attention was given to this. I told the doctor that I had an ultrasound done at this clinic and maybe they could ask the ultrasound department to get a copy of my results, but the behavior of the doctor and the ultrasound department was such that they seemed to be hostile to each other.The doctor asked me to make another appointment.I immediately went to the ultrasound office, which was only a few steps away from the doctor's office.When I went to the ultrasound unit, the secretary was answering the phone very reluctantly to a patient while she was constantly scrunching her face with anger and displeasure.After the end of his conversation, he went to the secretary and I was trying to explain my request to him, but he rudely and impatiently interrupted my conversation and told me to shut up and do what I wanted. I know. that he did not understand my request, but he did not allow me to speak and told me with a sour and insulting face that he had sent the result to the doctor. I went to the doctor's office again and asked the secretary to ask the doctor to receive the ultrasound results. But I was told that the result has not been sent. I went to the ultrasound unit again and explained to the rude secretary that the file he sent did not reach the doctor and..... Finally, he realized that I had asked him to send the file to Dr. Krakovic, but since he had not listened to my explanations at all, he mistakenly sent the file to my family doctor. When he again sent my results to the doctor with endless reluctance and rudeness, it was too late and the doctor said that his working hours were over. I had to make another appointment for about six weeks later. The behavior of the clinic staff was very rude, irresponsible and inhumane, and the patient's condition and time are not given the slightest importance.
