Negative experience: The doctor was great, but I think it’s overpriced, a 45-minute initial consultation was charged for $379. My insurance didn’t cover 100% based on the customary charge ($180/hr for naturopath consulting) and I have to pay $109 more by myself, and I only receive three pieces of recommendations.

Fantastic experience: We have virtually met with Dr. Erin twice for my baby's FPIES diagnosis. He was not tolerating any foods for the first couple of months and we were devastated. She suggested a few supplements and he starting tolerating everything we have trialed since starting them. We could not be happier and more grateful and have regained hope in my baby's feeding journey. We did not find much help or guidance with conventional medicine as many healthcare providers are unaware of FPIES. Dr. Erin is not only very knowledgeable, but she has listened to us, validated our feelings, and worked together WITH us to find a plan we feel comfortable with. She is incredibly sweet and genuinely cares about her patients. We have no private insurance for naturopathy but every cent has been worth it. Fantastic experience: I wish I had known about naturopaths sooner in life… I’ve been dealing with multiple issues for too long and Dr. Erin Kasparek has been able to help me TREMENDOUSLY! Godsent angel. She knows her stuff!! For starters, she helped me managed my gallstone / stomach pain (which my family doctor couldn’t do). Through blood work we found that I have an autoimmune disorder and she helped me with a game plan on how to manage it and I love how she recommends books, podcast and people to look up that have done research just for you to understand something better or help you if you want to take that extra step to understand something. All and all, overall amazing 10/10 and I urge those who are hesitant about the naturopath prices… just do it. It’s so worth it and your body will thank you.

Always, approaching conversations with kindness and empathy, Dr. Batson has been able to provide me with the necessary tools to heal and return to lower levels of training within a short time frame. I love that simple supplements to my daily life, including vitamins and mineral supplements and relaxation/breathing exercises have allowed me not to turn to pharmaceutical solutions. Additionally, Dr. Batson creates a trusting environment where you can open up about life experiences. Dr. Sullivan is very friendly, full of positive energy and very caring during the IV treatments always making sure we are comfortable. I always have positive experience except for one time. I had an apt at 5:30 and I was stuck outside as I arrived at 5:10 and the receptionist was on break. When I rang up there was no answer, it was a recording. Luckily it was not cold outside and someone else let me in. Other then that my experiences are top knotch!!
