Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Leenesh and the team since June after dislocating my knee in a sports injury, and the care has been outstanding. I went from not being able to bear any weight on it to a full return of my physical activities while I’m on the wait list for surgery. From day one, Leenesh has been knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, designing a rehab program that’s helped me regain strength and the mental confidence too. The entire staff at this location is professional, welcoming, and focused on making sure every session is tailored and effective. I know I’ll be back here for post-op rehab when the time comes. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. Andreanne Major-Chetelain's expertise and professionalism as a massage therapist and an Osteopath truly sets her apart, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The massage sessions were incredibly effective, and I felt immediate relief from tension and pain. If you are looking for someone who is skilled, compassionate and dedicated to their work, you should book an appointment with Leenesh and Andreanne!

Negative experience: There is something sketchy going on with all the hype around this PT center. If you have a pain here and there which you have dramatized and need a paid vacation, pick this one out. Its location is very ideal and you will get a light massage on top. Under any other circumstances, look for somewhere else right this moment. Oh, also the staff is shockingly inattentive -except for the British guy. ——If this comment does not reflect your experience, it’s all the worse because it could only mean that there is some sort of discrimination.

Fantastic experience: The current facility (which they are moving from in the next few weeks) isn't anything to write home about, but Leenesh, my physiotherapist, is excellent. He has been extremely helpful in explaining the cause of my lower back pain, and giving me advice on what steps I can take to improve things and also advising me on how to avoid further flareups. Absolutely top notch.

Fantastic experience: Had surgery for my Heel fracture last year, still I have small problem to walk, a bit limping so had session with Leenesh Khadilkar and he did the magic. Very Knowledgable and dot to the point suggested some best practises and the exercise.

Fantastic experience: This review is for Rebecca Labonte, Occupational Therapist. I was introduced to Rebecca after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which I was rear-ended by a drunk driver. Prior to this MVA, I had suffered multiple concussions and was battling active Multiple Sclerosis. As a result of the accident, I suffered a debilitating concussion as well as whiplash that directly affected the areas in which I have pre-existing lesions. I had never previously worked with an Occupational Therapist, but quickly found the immense value of doing so, especially with Rebecca. She quickly made me feel comfortable through our preliminary phone calls while working to understand my specific concerns and weaknesses because of the accident. As I progressed through my insurance, my case became extremely difficult to manage as it pertained to benefits and often required extensive documentation and medical opinions. Despite this, Rebecca always went above and beyond for me regardless of how difficult my case became. While many practitioners would’ve shied away from my case due to the complicated pre-existing health problems, or difficulties with insurers, Rebecca leaned into the challenge and developed a treatment plan that saw me achieve tangible results in my healing journey. I can’t emphasize enough how fortunate I am to have crossed paths with Rebecca – her support was invaluable, and I have her to thank for a large portion of my healing. Incredibly, Rebecca managed to do all of this remotely which speaks to her dedication as an Occupational Therapist and love for what she does. In no way did I feel as though I had a lesser experience due to it being remote full time. I urge anyone who is reading this who hasn’t heard of Occupational Therapists, or perhaps doesn’t understand what they do, to research and consider this type of practitioner as part of your holistic healing team. Rebecca was able to help with my concussion, emotional aspects, physical issues through ergonomics and workplace adjustments. There wasn’t anything related to my MVA that Rebecca wasn’t apart of and that is a testament to the work Occupational Therapists do. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone. It is rare that someone finds their career calling but I suspect that Rebecca has, and it is a benefit to anyone who needs a standout Occupational Therapist.

Fantastic experience: My physiotherapist L.K greatly helped me with my lower back injury. His consultation is client centered for which he created with me plans to improve my back in accordance to my daily activities both at home & at work. I am no longer dependent on pain pills and muscle relaxants to address my back problems considering the treatment modalities that I have received. The staff also are accommodating & friendly. At present my back shows significant improvement, overall I am satisfied. Bonus: location is very accessible.

Fantastic experience: Mark is incredible at what he does! He has a deep understanding of how different nerves and muscles are related. I had a severe achilles tendon injury that was treated a couple of years ago at a different physio place but the pain lingered for years after the initial treatment. It was painful for me to walk, sit, run, and jump. I went to Mark and he explained that the pain was originating from my back which was a surprise to me. We started back stretches and my leg pain disappeared in a couple of weeks. I was so happy to walk again without a sore calf & ankle! We’re now working on the back pain and I have no doubt that he knows the best way to treat it. If you are experiencing pain for any reason and you feel confused because you’ve already been treated at a physio, go see Mark — you might be surprised to know what’s causing it and there might be a simple solution that no one has told you before. Fantastic experience: The staff at Pro Physio Capital Sport provides quality services. This past winter I used its services to treat some upper body ailments. My primary physiotherapist was Leenesh Khadilkar, a very competent individual who brought much warmth and care. His personal touch was unparalleled, and his interpersonal skills, impeccable. After numerous sessions, I was I fully healed and was able to return to the physical activities I once did and love. Fantastic experience: When it comes to care and excellent customer service Pro Physio Capital Sport truly has earned the gold stamp standard. I arrived at the clinic on the heels of a car accicent causing injuries to my head, neck, back hip, leg and a concussion. Although, I didn`t know what to expect when I entered in my raw emotional body falling apart state I had some level of expectation but they exceeded this consistently by making me feel like I wasn`t just another number. They were supportive, kind, patient and took the time to explain to me every step ; such as paperwork, multiple exercise regimes, the use of materials, the rehabilitation process and continued to do so, until I understood it, as opposed to being just another client to be ushered through a process and left to my own devices. In their eyes, I mattered and they validated those feelings throughout my recovery process. Mark Antonious and Rob Tyndall have been instrumental in my healing journey. Mark goes beyond assessing and treating the physical damage. His holistic approach to embracing new techniques, ability to quickly diagnose the nuances within all injuries associated with pain, continuously honing his skills, and resourcefullness makes him excellent at his job. Then mixing to that a combination of humor, empathy, kindness and ability to read non verbal cues in someone`s state sets him apart. He is the reason I am on my way back to dancing, slowly running on the track but most importantly the reason I kept body, heart and soul all stitched together. Rob Tyndall is the backbone in my returning to be happily driving again. His sessions were filled with new skills, creative techniques, and materials to help me through my concussion and my overwhelming fears and concerns. His fun, high spirited, honnest down to earth approach sets the bar high. His passion in advocating for a client and his heart puts him in a league of his own. My story would be so much different had I not received all the support I had through this clinic. I highly recommend Pro Physio Capital sport !!!

Negative experience: My daughter had treatment at this location for over 5 months. Brent Burton who treated her was fantastic. The one star is for Elias who was at reception, very rude, had a very bad attitude, all for an error made on their part. Leenesh, who helped after listening to Elias being rude was very professional and respectful. Five stars for a fantastic job helping my daughter but less than one star for attitude on part of staff. If someone is not able to help they should not be at reception.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure to receive treatment from Mark the past few weeks. Due to a motor vehicle accident, 2 of my fingers were fractured and lost mobility due to immobilization post injury. The staff at the clinic helped me in filling out all the forms for my car insurance. Mark drew out a plan for my fingers to heal and get my mobility back. This treatment has included massage, acupuncure, and a few other methods. Throughout all the steps that had to be taken for my recovery, Mark has made it very easy to understand not only the reasoning behind his different treatment options, but also where I was at in my recovery. He made it simple to understand the reasoning behind the pain I was experiencing, as well as what is normal and what is not - this has been very much appreciated. The clinic works as a multidisciplinary team that help each other out, and they create an environment that is very enjoyable. I strongly recommend this clinic and Mark as a physiotherapist.

In this clinic, you can find great team work that work hard and pay attention to your health issues. I really recommend here and My fiancé changed her physiotherapist and Occupational therapist from somewhere else to here. I should not their lovely receptionist as well.

Fantastic experience: I started physiotherapy here after having issues with pain in my legs that I couldn't figure out. I did lots of diagnostic testing to try and find what the issue was but everything came back fine. I was recommended Pro Physio by a friend and have had a few months of physiotherapy sessions with Eimen Shahbaz who was able to locate and address the issues in my muscles and rehabilitated my injury. If you may be like me and have a lot of health anxieties that make it hard to seek medical assistance and you may worry about consistently attending physio appointments the staff at this location are always friendly and kind, and my personal experience with Eimen was that she really cared about how I was progressing and answering any questions I had along the way. 10/10 recommend reaching out to them if you are experiencing any body pain and want to seek help.

Fantastic experience: I saw Eimen back in November to help with tension and soreness due to having TMJ disorder. She is incredibly gifted at her job. I experienced relief and lightness that I didn't know my body was capable of feeling! I feel genuine hope regarding the pain I live with for the first time, and this is something I've been struggling with for years. Even when I would experience pain during our sessions, her warmth, compassion, and friendliness made me feel cared for and made it easier to get through the inevitable uncomfy bits. Fantastic experience: Leenesh is a top-tier professional. He's very courteous, personable, caring, detailed, and knowledgeable. Even while juggling various patients, he's made me feel heard and cared-for while continually improving my ailment. His care plans are very well-rounded, treating patients using a combination of methods each session (e.g. deep tissue massage, acupuncture, heat, TENS, dry needling in addition to at-home exercises). While sessions can run long (60-90mins) I truly feel I am getting my money's worth and the results continue to speak for themselves!

Fantastic experience: "I went to Pro Physio as a result of excruciating pain I was suffering from my neck, shoulders, through my arms, especially, my right arm and down to the right fingertips. It was so painful that I could barely raise my right arm. I also experienced long sleepless nights. The Receptionist at Pro Physio was welcoming. After completing the registration forms, I was ushered into the treatment area to meet with the Specialist, Eimen, a calm, courteous, professional young lady with a reassuring smile (despite the mask she wore, due to Covid, one could still see the smile "shining" through her engaging eyes), I immediately realized I was in good hands. She gave me a seat and asked me to describe my pain in detail. Patiently and attentively she listened without interrupting me. I could sense that she cared. She carefully and confidently explained what had happened to me physiologically and how she intended to help alleviate the pain. She proceeded with the therapy sessions, everytime explaining to me what needed to be done, and also giving me the opportunity to ask questions when needed. I could sense her knowledge of and dedication to her profession. Assisted by a team of equally friendly and dedicated individuals, she managed to reduce the pain to the barest minimum after 4 sessions of therapy. She gave exercises after every session which I religiously followed at home. It is now up to me to continue the exercises. Fantastic experience: After years of trying so many other treatments to alleviate severe neck pain/migraines, I have finally found one that is helping me tremendously. Eimen, my physiotherapist, has impressed me not only with her professional knowledge and treatment, but with her dedication to providing the highest level of care to her patients. After my first assessment appointment, Eimen designed a treatment plan that involves manual therapy, stretches, cupping, and tens and heat therapy. She has been able to tailor each session to suit my needs and pain level, and has continued to kindly encourage and provide advice for maintaining my progress. Within a few weeks of treatment, I noticed a greatly reduced need for pain medication, increased flexibility, ability to work longer hours, better concentration, and more restful sleep. Fantastic experience: I had multiple injuries affecting my knees and back related to myofascial trigger points when I started my sessions with Eimen six months ago. She put together a program combining exercises, manual therapy and cupping that reduced my pain significantly. I am able to sit comfortably during my hours at work for the first time in 6 months. She was able to adjust the program and offer alternatives based on my physical limitations at any given time. I would highly recommend Eimen to anyone experiencing chronic pain! Fantastic experience: I started getting Osteopath treatments from Sepideh at this clinic and she has been amazing. I was in two car accidents and thought I would have major chronic back pain from the top to the bottom of my spine throughout most of the day for my entire life. I went to maybe 5 treatments with her, did the stretches she recommended initially, and took a few lifestyle suggestions and I'm glad to say all the major problems I had are now noticeably gone. I plan to go here and there when need for maintenance going forward. But this woman has helped me much more effectively and achieved major results faster than any chiro, massage therapist, and even another osteopath I went to. Thanks for everything! Fantastic experience: Amazing Physio clinic; kind, patient and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Mark Antonious, he really knows his stuff. He treats all the areas that could be contributing to your pain. Ex. I came in with an ankle injury, didn’t think my lower back was at all the cause, but then after a few weeks it f treatment, I happy to say my ankle is feeling a lot better. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple physiotherapists to treat the tendinitis injury in my wrists only to feel like I was wasting my time and money. Then comes Mark and Danny! I gave pro Physio a try after getting a high recommendation from my WSIB case manager, and she was not wrong. I can say with confidence that Mark and Danny will not only make you feel welcomed and taken care of, but will help your pain go away! I feel so much better after each treatment session and would never think of going anywhere else or seeing anyone else. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: While I must say I experience much pain at my appointments treatments do seem to be working. Leenesh is always checking to see how I feel before during and after treatments. He explains what treatments he is doing and why. He is honest. I didn't get my problem overnight and it won't go away quickly. When things are getting better he has to go deeper or move to another part of my body. He respects privacy and always asks for permission. I love that this location works as a team. Each staff member brings their skills to the table. Obviously I don't want to be getting treatments forever but I will be glad that I have found them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

He was thorough in his assessment of my injury and did not jump to diagnose the problem but instead identified the bigger issue and created a treatment plan to treat the root cause and not the symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Mark on my back injury and lack of mobility. He has been a great help in my road to recovery by diagnosing the injury correctly with his assessment and treating it accordingly. When I first met Mark I was worried about walking more than 5 minutes. Now I am able to walk 45 mins to 1 hour. He is professional, efficient, kind and really cares about the health of his patients must importantly. I would highly recommend him to anyone with an injury.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to pro physio capital sports on and off for the past couple of years due to various injuries. During this time, my physiotherapist Leenesh Khadilkar has helped me immensely by not only reducing/eliminating my pain but by helping me prevent the reoccurrence of those injuries. One of the ways is through the rehabilitation program where I worked with an amazing and caring kinesiologist named Jessica Djayaputra. She helped me work through the exercises while ensuring I did not injure myself. Jess and Leenesh are true professionals and I know I am in good hands with both of them!

Fantastic experience: The help I receive at Capital Support Pro Physio is great! The start are welcoming, professional and supportive. They always provide excellent physio support and sensed any questions I might have. Additionally, the facilities are well rounded and they have ample supplies and equipment to meet the needs to physio patients. The staff also work diligently to wipe down surfaces and follow safety protocols during the pandemic. All around a great place!

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend the Pro Physio Centre in Downtown Ottawa. All the staff is very nice and extremely professional. The quality of care is excellent (thank you Mark Antonious!). In addition, the downtown location is very convenient and free parking is available.

Fantastic experience: I had a sprained ankle that turned to be really bad. I was very tempted to go to physio because I didn't have a good experience with another physio before. However, coming to this physio is one of the best decision I have made. Everybody at this physio is very nice. The lady at the reception is very friendly and kind. Especially the doctor who treated me, Mark Antonious, is very professional and knowledgeable about the treatment. My ankle swollen went away real quick after the treatment. Highly recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: I've been doing physio here for the past few weeks with Theo Calligeris for my lower back, and it's been an awesome experience. He explains everything he does in a way that's easy to understand, and is also super friendly and attentive. The receptionist is also very nice and tries her best. I've seen her run after customers that just left to make sure they claimed their free parking.

Fantastic experience: Even though I live in the west end, I go downtown to this clinic because they have the best staff! For massage therapy and/or ostheo, Andreanne is a miracle worker! My hip has been out for quite a while (prolonged by COVID) and I have gotten used to being in pain all the time. But after 2 visits with Andreanne, I am amazed at how much better I feel! So if you are in pain, don't delay going to get help because of COVID. The clinic is open and has very strict COVID procedures. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They even have virtual appointments for people who don't feel comfortable going in person.
