Fantastic experience: My experience at this clinic, (the Green Bank office) has been excellent. My physio, Mehul Patel, is attentive and very skilled as are the Physio assistants. They use multiple machines and techniques and which have been exceedingly helpful. My symptoms of elbow tendonitis have improved as have my lung symptoms, which are due to a severe infection and a compressed lung. I am very impressed by the treatments and care I am receiving and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Physiocare Greenbank location. I initially went in to rehab from knee surgery, then a sprained wrist and elbow. The entire staff from reception to my treatment with Mehul, Aswish, Kunal and Dhara was top notch. Very comfortable and professionally environment with some scattered joking for good measure. I will definitely be returning for treatment if needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had a massive hematoma in a very sensitive\personnel area. All the athletic and physio therapists I spoke with Uwould not treat me. Physiocare was the only one who would. I saw immediate results. I was able to return to my normal sports activities far sooner because of the excellent treatment from physiocare.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share with everyone how extremely happy I am with Nepean’s Physiocare physiotherapy. I went in with shoulder issues. Couldn’t lift my arm. Was in pain constantly, 24/7. Vani is an amazing physiotherapist. She listened to me and didn’t push until we knew exactly what was wrong. In addition, I was treated by [PT. Kajal], who is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the treatment plan in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Also, she´s deeply kind to me every time I meet with her. Not to forget the amazing care that I keep getting from both PTA, Divya, and Dhara, who have been following the plan of my treatment professionally as well as using all the developed equipment that I need for my condition. From the receptionist, Kunal to the amazing physiotherapist, Kamal and the PTAs, Nishika & Ashish, everyone is friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Seriously the best place I’ve been. As a larger girl I’m always hesitant going to medical type places but everyone treated me so nicely. Kunal at reception did everything for me, booked me in quickly, direct billed my insurance and booked next sessions. I even saw him help a woman to her car when she asked… just so very kind hearted. Vani is my physiotherapist and she is so incredible. She works magic and is extremely kind. And the other support staff, I don’t know their names but they are incredible as well, always keeping me informed and so so kind. If you’re on the fence on where to go for physio then go to this place- you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Vani and the physiocare team have been incredible. She listened, she has been so supportive and motivating that I actually get excited to go to physio and show off what improvement I’ve gained. Truly a standard of care I haven’t seen anywhere else. The difference is that they listen, care, and invest themselves in your recovery. Vani knew what I needed and how much of it. For the first time in over 9 months, within one month of coming to see Vani I’m able to lift my leg and I’ve stopped needing any kind of pain medication. I’ve seen far more improvement than I could have hoped for. My first two physio experiences for this injury was terrible, I was deteriorating but no one would listen. For 5 months I had given up, finally I decided to give it one last try and I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Physiocare team for making it worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced dizziness for the past few weeks and was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis. I've been receiving treatment from Mehul for physio and vestibular rehabilitation, and using the ondamed machine, which has resulted in a remarkable reduction in my symptoms. The clinic is exceptionally well run, and the entire staff is not only lovely but also very compassionate. When I arrived, I was in tears due to stress from the dizziness, but their kindness and empathy made a world of difference. Fantastic experience: I started going here to help after mild bursitis / hip muscle tear while playing racquet sports. I would rate the treatment has considerate, tender, optimistic, and adjustable to the current stage of my rehabilitation. I arrived 3 weeks after tearing the muscle, progress felt stagnant up to that point, I started noticing improvement right away and now, one month in, I can see a path forward and help from their staff can help assist in faster improvement, awareness and answering questions to prevent setbacks, and developed treatments that range based on the status of the injury.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the service at this Physio. I have a family history of disc prolapse with frequent operations and I got a back pain where I couldn't walk properly and I was scared that I have the same issue as my dad and his family. I took an appointment and they booked me the same day. Vani was amazing she confirmed that it's just a muscle spasm and did message and stretching exercises. I got better the next day after one treatment and the pain disappeared the day after. Went just twice after to take more exercises. Everyone in the clinic is so polite. Also they process the insurance payment for you immediately and you pay the rest, so you don't even do that yourself like many other physios. I highly recommend this place.

The level of care I have received at this clinic is light years ahead of treatment I have received at a different chain. The administrative side has been dealt with so efficiently and the therapists themselves have been top notch. I have severe neck issues and based upon their recommendations, was fitted for a proper memory foam pillow they advocate...it has honestly turned out to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. Being able to sleep pain free is a game changer. Thanks ever so much Vijay and staff. I tell everyone I know about you folks ! Only place I will ever go for treatment ever.

Fantastic experience: Remarkably good physio and fantastic results. Staff is professional and knowledgeable and the place is very clean and well organized. The day I limped in after two knee surgeries (and useless physiotherapy elsewhere), I was impressed. My physiotherapist Mehul Patel knew immediately and exactly what was wrong, and what treatments I needed. Less than 2 months later, I’m not limping and the pain is gone. I will never go anywhere else for physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I entered the place (greenbank location) I was greeted by a very friendly girl behind the desk. Not sure of her name but she made me feel very welcome. I was referred to Kajal Patel for an issue with my neck. Kajel was very patient, and very "hands on" She was genuinely interested in helping me with my neck issues. Massaging my neck and doing various other things, ultrasound, tens and stretching machine brought me almost back to normal. I will continue to see her until I feel healed. I've been to other physio places and I found no personal touches like here. One even just handed me exercises I could get myslf on the internet. I have no hesitation on recommending Physiocare and Kajal. New patients are welcome!

I have to say that he has great knowledge and he is a well experienced professional. I received 3/4 procedures for each visit. People working there amazingly coordinated so well. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Physiocare. Went and saw Vijay for vertigo that I had been dealing with for 3+months and a sore neck. Within 1 session with him, the vertigo was gone and my neck was 95% better. 2nd session worked on my neck and resolved the issue. So happy with his service. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I am highly recommending the services from Physiocare Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre. All the staff is professional, caring and friendly. The therapists are knowledgeable and patient centered. They use different treatment modalities which are explained and administered with care and concern for the patient. In addition, the therapists give you useful exercises to practice at home between sessions, which helps with healing and strengthening .The overall atmosphere of the centre is relaxed and calm, and scheduling appointments is easy due to the many hours the centre is open.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed about 15 sessions of Physiotherapy with two amazing and very knowledgeable Physiotherapists Mehul and Vijay for my neck - C4/5 issues. They managed to relieve me from pain, take me out from pain killers and put my life back to normal. Their facility is very cozy, clean and respectable. They have a team of very talented assistants as well. They also have some modern, sophisticated equipment too. Fantastic experience: My neck and frozen shoulder have been wonderfully taken care of by Methou. He has great hands and always, always knows where the issues are. Did I also mention how nice, friendly and funny he is?? Additionally, going to the clinic is like going to one's friend's place - feel very at home and part of the fun environment. The physio and reception assistants are lovely and knowledgeable - they always make sure one is well looked after.
