Fantastic experience: Before I arrived at Welcome to Wellness I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my 65 % of my joints. Doctors and specialist have placed me on palliative pain management of up to 8 Tylenol 3's per day. After a short 2.5 months of treatments with Doctors Diana and Dr. Phil I am now down to 2 to 3 pills per day. I have a range of motion I haven’t had for many years now. Fantastic experience: From the moment I called the office for the first time the entire staff has been amazing! Chrissy (hopefully this spelling is correct) was so kind and helpful with all of my questions over the phone. She was able to get my son booked in quickly and has been a blessing during every interaction since! When it comes to Dr Jason, there aren’t enough words for me to accurately describe how incredible he truly is. Unfortunately, my son has been dealing with an ongoing issue for a couple months, we have seen many other people to no solution. Within three visits of seeing Dr. Jason, we are on the road to recovery and taking huge positive steps forward. He is kind caring understanding. He is very thorough and in-depth and he made sure that at my son’s initial appointment my son understood what was happening and what was coming next. My son is a high-level athlete who required not only pain relief, but the ability to continue to grow and improve as an athlete, and Dr. Jason is ensuring both of those things! Five. Stars is not enough for this team. So thankful we found welcome to wellness.

All the staff there are very friendly and helpful. He explains everything very easily to understand, and won’t adjust before taking X-rays , asking lots of questions. Fantastic experience: Just yesterday I attended Wellness for Dr.Jason and Harmony while having lots of lower back and right arm pain. I’m happy to say the pain was really diminished and remained so throughout the day. It’s the next day now and the adjustment and massage held true. Having a better day today and this justifies the reason for my wife and I to attend Whitby Wellness as we Live in Bowmanville and consider treatment at Wellness worth the cost and drive.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jason is an incredible chiropractor. He takes the time to get to know you and your injuries/ailments and spends the time treating you fully at each visit. The clinic is a welcoming place, with friendly front end staff. I had my first massage with Harmony a few days ago and it was magic. I needed someone who didn’t just do a gentle relaxation, but instead knew how to work on injuries and she did just that.

They fix my headaches and saved me from neck pain from working at a desk that was not ideal during COVID. Dr Jason Taylor chiro & Harmony’s massages just work magic for me. They are the best at what they do…. They’ve healed so many friends and family I’ve referred. I trust them completely,. If you have an issue, try them first! Chrissy too is wonderful at the desk, so organized & pleasant, she IS the ‘Welcome’ to Wellness when you walk in the front door.

Positive experience: Chiro treatment is ok, but their senior adminstrator is not. Firstly, she is not the easiest person to deal with as for an admin personnel. Secondly, she can mistakenly not accomplish a booking for your next treatment (while you stand before her and agreed on all details). And when you arrive at a day and time as you thought you booked for, she wouldn't even try to accommodate you as you were not booked. No even attempt to admit and fix her mistake, or at least apologize. This was not really professional. Thirdly, if you are a new patient - be careful when booking your second visit as instead of 15 minutes one they can book you for more than 1 hour one in order to show you their 1 hour promo video on youtube (Still questionning myself why I couldn'twatch it at the comfort of my home?) and then let you meeting a doctor for 15 min. Taking into account their working hours very likely it would be during your working hours. All other personnel was very supportive and no issues. As for the chiro treatments I had there my 6 visits and did berelly feel any difference, so cannot say much. Left the clinic mainly because of the administrative issues listed above, as I had to drive there for 15 min and wanted to be sure they are waiting.

I recently suffered a “ Complex Migraine Headache.” If you know anything about them then you know how devastating they can be and they mimic both meningitis and stroke. Most people don’t know about them but Dr. Phil knew and was aware of what I had been through and exactly how to adjust my body to alleviate the pressure and stress to help my healing process. I love this man for his awesome skills and knowledge. I hope to always have him in my life. HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!

After an examination, x-rays and thermal imaging, a program was created. With a base line established and periodic testing the staff at the Wellness Clinic have made major strides in moderating and improving my overall health. After one year I have major improvements in correcting the curvature of my spine and my hands are regaining their full use without daily pain. I highly recommend the Wellness Clinic
