Fantastic experience: I had my first experience today, both with this clinic but also a first at a naturopath. I haven’t been happy with my family doctor for years now and nothing was working. Doctor Eberhard was really easy to talk to and you could tell she’s really engaged and listening to your concerns. Within this initial appointment, she’s already gone over my history, current concerns, connections, options for more immediate relief/assistance AND planned tests that would be beneficial to run. The approach is already more thorough than years of traditional treatment and care. You’re not rushed in and out. As soon as you walk in, the clinic has a cozy and inviting feel. You can tell a lot of attention has gone in to everything. Booking was really easy and they offer direct billing for insurance! Everyone at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. My first time treatment with Malerie helped me so much: I left with considerably less pain, didn’t experience any pain during the treatment, and now I feel more balanced in my body. Fantastic experience: This is heartfelt note to a person who has hands of God and mind to LISTEN and FEEL others pain. The healing touch of Dr, Nigel Rigde DC has relived me from unbearable cervical/neck pain of 130 days. I had disk bulge in c3,c4,c5-c6* and other cervical bone which caused pain to transfer from neck to right shoulder blade to hand. Facts on 1st visit and treatment: 1. Dr has immediately studied the MR document and mapped into his computer graphical application to review the Bone, Muscle and Nerve involved and found exact pain points in my body. 2. Dr has analyzed quickly the level of pain as well. 3. Dr immediately devised the mitigation plan without delay 15-20 mins and discussed with me. 4.He has learned nothing helped me , no medicine, no physiotherapist nor other Chiro who just shunned the door at me due to the complexity of my pain. Within 30-50 mins of treatment I was shocked to be pain free 50-60%. It was unbelievable. I was praying to lord for recovery and that directed me to this DR. The best thing about him is his understanding of pain and its causes, which most Dr just assume. He does analysis so well that too on the first day , that he understood I needed immediate relief. I have no words to explain his skills nor his acumen. All I know is thank him the rest of my life. P.S: took a pic of him while climbing the stairs as a record.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dr. Hubbard for a couple years now, and am so thankful for the service he provides. He's not "just" a naturopath; he's a detective....specifically, a gut detective. He doesn't stop working to help you be the best you until you are the best you. Where the medical system was failing me, he stood up for me, advocated for me, and ensured I received the testing I needed to get to the root of my issue. Without his insistence, I may have been in really big trouble. When I met him, I was suffering from a gamut of conditions such as SIBO, GERD, severe inflammation and h pylori infection (to name a few). He will work in tandem with your medical providers to give you holistic, supportive care. I truly believe that Dr. H also received his MD on the side, because his knowledge of the medications Western medicine provides is top notch. He knows how to help you deal with the medications you've been given and how to supplement with natural products to give you comfort when those medications are invasive. He is continually upping his game so that he is on top of the latest findings in gut health. He openly shares a lot of information through his Instagram account as well so that you can learn a lot before even meeting him. I am happy to report that I just received my last series of test results yesterday and have a clean bill of health. A clean bill of health! I owe it to Dr Hubbard, without a doubt. BTW, I have never met the guy. All of our appointments have been done virtually. So don't wait. When it comes to gut health, every day literally matters. Thanks, doc. You're the best!

After spending years and thousands of dollars going to a masseuse, chiropractor, and an SLP trying to fix my chronic pain, I decided to try osteopathy. Not only does Malerie just find my ailments without me even having to tell her where they are, but she actually makes me feel better! I used to need treatment once a week, and now I can go months before my body feels pain again from overworking and I remember I need to go back for my maintenance treatment. Fantastic experience: I began seeing Malerie, the osteopath at Natural Choice, a few months ago and my body feels stronger and more limber than it has for many years. Malerie’s careful and thorough treatments have helped to increase my mobility and decrease my pain. I’ve had chronic neck pain for decades and nothing has helped. As I got to know Malerie and her gentle approach, I felt comfortable with letting her work on my neck. She never goes deeper or faster than I can manage, and she checks my non-verbal clues (as well as what I express) for any signs of discomfort. Fantastic experience: Their IV treatment was life-changing for me. I have an autoimmune disorder and mainly have flares when I am super stressed. This last month I was taking iv treatments while I wrote half my dissertation when my dad suddenly passed away at the age of 69. I very likely would have gone into a full flare but, as usual, after I finish a big project (like writing a big paper) I was just a little tired (likely from the dopamine dip). Also- have not lost any weight but have leaned out significantly. I'd highly recommend it and have it to my friends and family.

That alone gave me hope that possibly my digestive issues could be resolved and that there was someone out there who cared. Dealing with the office staff was awesome!! (thank you Jitka!!) And then came the telephone consultation with Dr. Andrew. I was over the moon with his level of knowledge regarding my condition. He was so kind, personable, informative and answered every one of my questions (and I had a lengthy list of them!!). His experience is very evident. Then, as it goes, the day after the telephone consultation, I had additional questions. A quick email and again, within an extremely short length of time came my answers. It is rare to experience this level of patient care. I am now on a protocol and am looking forward to feeling better soon. I do not live in or near Guelph, so I am a remote patient. But even that did not diminish the level of care that I received. Did I mention that Dr. Andrew called just slightly before the scheduled arranged time I have waited HOURS beyond scheduled appointment times for other 'health care professionals' to call. Fantastic experience: Very professional staff, prompt replies via phone or email, and they are highly knowledgeable, too. After one week of small changes recommended, I'm already seeing some success with my IBS-type symptoms, and have more testing on the way. Edit: Just an update about my experience. I did a SIBO breath test ordered by Dr. Hubbard and it came back positive. Dr. Hubbard was confident this was a main reason for my symptoms before I even did the test. I've since been taking a natural remedy to help resolve the issue and within one week, my symptoms have been improved by at least 80%. I suffered from bowel issues for almost 10 years and I can't believe the difference in such a short period of time. I should also point out the clinic has never asked me to purchase any of their products - giving me the freedom to purchase anywhere I like and I never feel they are trying to make money off of me. I can't recommend this clinic enough. The team has changed my life. Thank you.

Negative experience: This clinic was not able to prescribe full spectrum Hormone Replacement Therapy nor give you a requision for blood test that would be covered by OHIP. Also, in my experience, practitioners here do not work together so be prepared for additional consult charges if you need to see someone else in the clinic. I spent a considerable amount of money and ended up having to going elsewhere to get my eventual solution.

They are quick to respond and will update our charts with information we send them via email. We can order our supplements online and it reminds you when you are running low. Dr. Alaina Gair is highly knowledgeable and I am happy to have her and her in our corner. Her guidance has helped me and my husband immensely with our health!

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Aleksandra Gasinski many months ago after I was diagnosed with C-Difficile. Our first step was to complete a G-Map kit which not only confirmed the C-Diff but also uncovered a case of H-Pylori and other difficiencies. So, Dr. Gasinski recommended a 6 week protocol of an alternation between specific antimicrobial supplements every 2 weeks. (Meanwhile, my GP had given me the option of a 14 day protocol of 3 different antibiotic treatments to treat my H-Pylori that could have very well triggered another bout of C-Diff. Therefore, I chose to go the natural root.) I followed the treatment that Dr. Gasinski suggested for almost 8 weeks. I then got tested at hospital by ways of a urea breath test, which is the gold standard for diagnosing H-Pylori, and it came back negative. I cannot know if my C-Diff is gone as well as there are no tests given to confirm this that is covered. The only way I could would be by getting another G-mapping test...which I will consider at a later date as they are expensive and my C-Diff symptoms are all but gone right now. Aleksandra is incredibly knowledgeable and has a real depth of experience when it comes to patient care. She made me feel heard and respected. I felt more like a cooperative participant in my wellness than a stand by observer. She has an exceptional talent and I feel blessed to have had the pleasure of working with her on the betterment of my health and wellness. I highly and strongly urge anyone to go see Dr. Gasinski should they be dealing with a disease they cannot figure out or simply as an option to a natural avenue to their wellness instead of the usual pharmaceutical roadmap prescribed by our GP’s. I know that for myself and my loved ones, she is now on my wellness roster and will be forever my first line of defence.

Dr Gair is excellent and took an extremely close look at my situation. I was impressed with how much research she did in understanding my personal health issues, and the healthcare plan she came up with for me.
