Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic. I started my program with the clinic 5 months ago to fix lower back pain. The doctors used a holistic approach to not only get rid of the pain, but also improve my everyday posture and sports performance. I really like the videos they post on their social media on nutrition and exercises to strengthen your core (which will lead to a healthy spine). I high recommend this clinic, the doctors and staff are exceptional.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Cūro, I felt like I was falling apart. Everything was tight, everything hurt, and I just felt like I wasn't my best self. I recently just started seeing Heather for massage therapy, and the combined therapy has given me huge results in my chronic pain in less than a month. So grateful for the team at Curo. Most days the receptionist has their dog(s) there too which is just the cherry on top. The receptionist goes above and beyond for any appointment schedule needs. Negative experience: I went to Cūro starting in March 2022 with the hopes that they would be able to help with severe shoulder and upper back pain. I explained what was going on and they promised me that they would be able to help with the pain and to better align my spine. Not once did they suggest I go to physio to help with my shoulder issues they said they would be able to help if I committed to the weekly program. Well I committed and at my 1st Progress Exam with Dr. Sohan Fonseka he said I had ZERO improvement and that I "need to go to the gym more". I completed all exercises that were assigned to me during my sessions and Sohan's "gym bro" mentality seemed very unprofessional. I did not return after that appointment because clearly they were missing something. He placed all blame onto me rather than suggesting alternative solutions or physio. After an MRI scan it turns out I have a torn ligament in my shoulder and that they caused more damage to the joint. I am disappointed they prioritized their profit and income over patient care since I was clearly not a right fit for their services.

Negative experience: During my initial consultation with Curo Chiro, the tracing of my insoles and feet wasn't carried out accurately, which resulted in an incorrect assessment. When the ordered orthotics arrived in the wrong size, I was told to trace the insole of my actual shoe myself. I don't know how to trace the insole of my shoe so I demanded they do it. At the in-person appointment, they were also unable to trace due to my shoes not having removable insoles. At home I found a different pair of shoes that did have removable insoles, and cut the orthotics based on that. (Thanks Curo!) I was also disappointed to find out that the team at Curo Chiro said that when the paperwork from Footmaxx came in, it would be sufficient to get a reimbursement from. It was not. I didn't find that out right away though, because they sent me the scanned paperwork twice, at such low quality, the text was unreadable. They said they had the paper in their office, so I went in and scanned it myself with my phone. It was below my expectations that they were unable to scan a piece of a paper despite multiple attempts. My experiences with Curo Chiro have been frustrating due to issues ranging from inaccurate initial assessments, difficulties with document scanning and misinformation about insurance procedures. People doing yoga classes or whatever there seem happy. If you need orthotics or claims submitted to medical insurance, you should go elsewhere in my experience.

Negative experience: Front staff are nice. However, these guys are not what they seem. Their fancy gadgets and 12 week program damaged my neck, spine and hips irreversibly. If you have any type of Ehlers Danlos, or chronic pain, I do not recommend this place. They do the main 7 points on a body and send you on your way. I felt like there was no care here - I asked several times for them to leave my neck alone, and they refused to listen to me; I left my last appointment in tears.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Curo Chiropractic. I researched the practice first on-line. The website is very professional, and the reservation system makes it easy to find a time with the doctor you prefer. The New Patient Exam and X-rays with Matt went very smoothly, and Dr. Keith completed the physical exam. Great team there -- including Bruce, the cute dog mascot, and Trish the receptionist who was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to Curo 3 months ago I had significant problems with the curvature of my neck and lumbar spine. Today I got the results of my re-report findings and it was awesome; I had a 10 degree improvement in my neck and 4 degree improvement in my lumbar region. Fantastic experience: Been coming here for several months. Came in the first day with neck and back pains from working at a computer all day, and after a short while my posture was much better and the pains were dampened or completely gone.
