Only real downside is some of the equipment is dated, from the 80s and early 90s, some even bought second hand from physio hospitals in the U.S. That and there's very few options in terms of abdominal machines seen at other gyms. The flex plan is great though if you go a lot. But be aware that when signing up that the "free training session" is purely a consultation for a training session, so they'll talk to you about your wants and goals, then pitch you a training package costing hundreds of dollars.
