Fantastic experience: David is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I don't even have to explain much about my backpain, he can see from the way I walk, and I move what exactly is wrong. The treatments and the custom exercises he recommends help me immensely. And this is the first physio clinic I've been to where your treatment doesn't need to exactly fit into a time slot, they take their time with each patient and make you feel relaxed. I'm very happy with this clinic!

Negative experience: I came there for making an appointment but one of the secratories was very rud and noncooprative.

Fantastic experience: ‘In Elie, we trust.’ After a prolonged period of back pain, it was discovered I had a herniated disc. Elie saw me very quickly and was able in just 2 sessions to relieve my pain and allow the disc to slip back in. Magic! I can’t thank Elie and the team enough for their help, as soon as they could, and for the relief of my chronic back pain.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Elie Wakim, not only for his professionalisme but also for his outstanding expertise in physiotherapy, osteotherapy and dry needling. The combination of these therapies is the best to ensure the most efficient and proper healing (I have shoulder tendinitis and tears in my elbow). Fantastic experience: I was suffering from Planter fasciitis pain for the past six months. Today I went to see Cherif Rafla at the physio clinic and believe me I was pain free after my first visit. He evaluated my problem and gave me an excellent foot massage along with some ultrasound treatment and then with some other equipment to increase the blood flow to the foot. The combination of this treatment has relieved my pain. I just hope I don’t get it again. The receptionist was also very helpful in getting my X-ray report faxed from the radiology clinic

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my physiotherapist was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition before creating a personalized treatment plan for me. Throughout my sessions, He constantly checked in on my progress and adjusted the exercises as needed to ensure I was on the right track to recovery. Not only did he help alleviate my pain and improve my mobility, but He also provided me with valuable education and tips on how to prevent future injuries. I am so grateful for the care and attention I received at Medi-Club and will definitely be returning for any future physiotherapy needs. Thank you Sharif for everything!

Fantastic experience: I've seen Elie Wakim for two different injuries and he's always great. The first time was for a subluxated clavicle (I think) and I walked in with pain and weakness in my arm, and I walked out from the first appointment with my arm 95% functional. Now he's helping me with tendonitis I feel like he's very good both with diagnosing the specifics of what's wrong, and also with treatment. He assigns exercises I can do at home to strengthen the injured body part, to help with healing and to prevent reinjury

Negative experience: This review is only for the front desk staff. Carolyn or Caroline (don’t really know her name) is very rude. I’ve heard the way she speaks to her co workers and I’ve also heard from others that she can be petty and just all around mean. Every times I’ve been there she’s been on her cell phone talking to someone/about something that doesn’t seem work related . Besides that my physiotherapy experience was good

Negative experience: Instead of apologizing for the mistake the receptionist did for our appointment (not counting the full day of work lost for attending this appointment), both the owner and receptionist asked us to book an appointment somewhere else... this is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Tore my MCL in mid July and came to see Cherif about 2 weeks later, he was always super nice and made my recovery so much faster and and better. Overall it was super beneficial and never had a bad session.

Negative experience: I have never seen such an unprofessional and unpleasant clinic to deal with. I show up to my appointment and the receptionist says my appointment is the Monday week before - A DAY BEFORE I CALL THEM TO TAKE THE APPOINTMENT. Her and the owner Sherif kept arguing for an hour about how it wasnt their fault, that would have been plenty of time for a check up. One star is even too much for a bunch of bad people working in customer service. And we are talking about a private clinic here.. a very dirty one i might add.

Fantastic experience: My son is a junior tennis athlete with more than 15 hours tennis a week. We started to visit Cherif since Dec 2021 and we keep regular basis to visit him. Cherif is a very professional and very experience physio. The evaluation from him is usually accurate and the way he did to my son is always helpful.

Like any good garage for a vehicle, medi-club physio is THE garage for my body.
