Positive experience: The veterinary clinic is amazing, the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and go out of the way to help you. The call center on the other hand is an absolute nightmare. It can take them 3 days to get back to you, if they ever get back to you. We've resorted to sending emails to make appointments. Would totally recommend if you can actually get an appointment over the phone, or talk to the clinic directly.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been several time with my cats and every time I have received great service! The technician I had made sure to thoroughly clean the room for me before I was sent inside. I highly recommend them they always take great care of my babies!
Fantastic experience: It was my first time going to wizoo and I had a great experience. They got me a same day appointment which was amazing, then during the appointment everyone was very professional and the clinic was very clean. The technician Megan was super sweet and helpful!
Fantastic experience: Thanks to TikTok for introducing me to Wizoo. It was impossible for me to get to my vet during this holiday season. My beautiful Maya had an ear infection. The team at Wizoo was incredible; from booking the appointment to the end of our visit to the clinic. Professional, friendly service and so kind to my little Maya who was very nervous. Fantastic experience: I just moved to Vaudreuil-Dorion about 6 months ago, and not familiar with the area yet. However, one of my guinea pigs had become ill overnight leaving me scared and stranded. With my knowledge of exotic vets, they are hard to find.. I called this clinic first and they got me in the next day without being established first. The staff were super friendly and supportive. We were able to find the problem and get her on medication the same day! I highly recommend this clinic for emergencies within exotic animals.

Negative experience: I got a kitten through the rescue Stéri le Chat, and her vaccine and sterilization was planned here. First off i dropped her Wednesday evening (7:30pm) for her sterilization the next day since they yes, transport the cats kittens or dogs to somewhere else get it done. My job didn't allow me time to pick up my kitten at 8pm this friday, so when i was at the counter, dropping off my kitten, i prepaid the microchip so my friend who picked her up for me wouldn't have too pay it and even, open an account on the spot, left my info (emails,cell and name). This guy behind the counter was very tired so I though nothing of it. My friend gave me a call saying they didnt find my info in the system Friday evening, and had him pay a second time the microchip even if he asked to check their system by name, cell or email, none apparantly showed up. And still charged him a second time. With Stéri the microchip isnt included if i may add which is why myself paid it the day before i dropped her off. Plus lets not add the wait, i was called saying my kitten was gonna be arriving and ready for pickup in 30 minutes by 7:00, my friend called me saying an hour later still wasnt ready and then the second charge of the 70$ microchip. Honestly waiting for my refund and call back which probably wont happen if i dont go in person Till then, people who get rescue cats DO NOT GO HERE, I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. TERRIBLE, EXPERIENCE.
Negative experience: worst experience i've ever had at a vet, if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. the only reason why i took my kitten here is because i adopted her through refuge catchat (casca hudson) and she had to be taken to wizoo in vaudreuil for her shots, sterilization and microchip. when she got her booster vaccine a few months ago they had her in the back for over 45 mins, when i asked what was taking so long they brought my kitten back out giggling and said they were playing with her because they "knew her" from the rescue. very unprofessional and weird. today i brought her to get sterilized, when i dropped her off this morning i was told i would get a phone call to tell me how the surgery went and another to tell me when to pick her up (they don't actually do the surgery there they transport the animals to another place and then bring them back which i was only told today). i also had to remind them to microchip her because they weren't planning on doing it even though its policy with the rescue. at 4pm i started calling because i hadn't heard from them but you can't speak to anyone at the clinic only to someone at a call centre. i called multiple times and the guy said he sent them numerous messages with my name, my kitten's name and my phone number. by 7:30pm no one had called to tell me if she was okay and if she was back at the clinic yet so i drove to the clinic myself and asked where my cat was?! they said they "lost my contact information" and when i told the girl about the messages sent to them with my info she said they never got them. i called the call centre back to complain and the guy read me all the messages he sent and he said they were all READ by the clinic. thankfully my kitten is okay but i would never recommend anyone go here! so much stress wondering what happened all because they're SO lost and unprofessional!!!!

Negative experience: We have been to Wizoo a few times and it has progressively gotten worse. Today we brought 2 of our cats to get sterilized and confirmed with the man at the desk that it was for a sterilization and microchipping. To our surprise when we picked them up, the receptionist had asked us if they were suppose to be microchipped - we agreed and asked if they were. She couldn’t confirm therefore had to ask in the back if they were or not and had to get a reader to see if they had been microchipped. They seem to be lost, and don’t seem to have proper communication amongst each other. Also, forget trying to call them they never answer the phone.
Negative experience: Absolutely horrible vet they never answer there phone they do not return emails msgs and now some call center takes the call. My dog went through surgery and infection happen stitching came out 3x they refused to help they charged me over 300 for sedation and stitching that came out 24hrs after then there was a infection. Now my dog is limping and always in pain. They refused to give me pain. Meds for ny dog. Heartless this vet needs to ve evaluated by the higher up from the university.
Negative experience: I came on Thursday evening with my 8-month-old cat who had repeated vomiting and difficulty swallowing. Super quick consultation, they tell me that they don't feel anything abnormal, and to come back tomorrow if she vomits again… So I paid $250 for nothing. The next morning, I decided to see another vet. They took her in as an emergency, immediately felt an anomaly. She had something stuck, they had to operate on her urgently and could not even wait until the afternoon. My cat could have died. During my appointment at Wizoo, I did not feel that it was taken seriously, and I was sent home. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this veterinarian.
Fantastic experience: Quick appointment to get. Courteous staff. Very good service to animals and very affordable. Clean environment. Some food choices. Free snacks.

Negative experience: Beware of this place. They send false advertising campaigns via email promising free consultations to people wanting to vaccinate their pets, but that's not true. They charge $80 for the consultation and the vaccine. They use misleading advertising to deceive people and lure them into their place. Furthermore, the customer service is probably the worst I have experienced here in Quebec. Please find another place to take your animals, it's for your own good.

Negative experience: 3 months ago I brought my dog in for a skin rash that was over his whole body. They got me to pay 400$ for a blood test. Told me they would call me the next day with the results. I’ve been calling and emailing for 3 months. They have the results. I never got them nor a call. Absolutely got scammed. They scammed me for my money. My dog is fine thanks to another vet. I however have requested a refund and will be filing a complaint with the Canadian veterinary board. Let’s see what happens. Don’t go here. Absolute scam. Pierrefonds animal hospital is much much much better.

Negative experience: -English-speaking veterinarian who did not have a translator as mentioned on the site when making the appointment. -During the physical exam, no questions were asked of me and no report/explanations were provided either... I had to end up asking him (at the end of the consultation) what was happening with my dog's thyroid follow-ups (my dog is on medication), I also had to let him know what I had observed in my dog since the last visit (several points had been raised by the vet seen a few months ago for a general exam as well…). It seems that all this is acceptable! I'm not even mentioning the minimum of 30 minutes that can go up to 1 hour of delay during appointments... I wrote an email to the clinic after my visit mentioning several other points that left me with my bill of over $400 lodged in my throat and received no response... Interesting concept for sure, but it has unfortunately crumbled over the years.

Negative experience: I will never bring my pet to this clinic ever again. I brought my new puppy in for his first vaccine and after a day he started throwing up and I brought him back to the vet and they were no use they told me to feed him all kinds of pills which didn't end up helping him but made him worse. They basically just kept charging me for unnecessary pills and all types of medication that were no use to my puppy. All they did is take money and because of this my puppy ended up passing away because this Vet is no use and only cares about charging me and have no care for the customers nor the pets.

Positive experience: Dr.idina Morces took care of our Boo Very happy with her the only thing was the wait time for a diagnosis of her bladder we we're to there for 1.5 hrs.
Positive experience: Booking an appointment has been an issue for me. They never pick up their phones. Calling 4-5 times just to get through or leave a message. Their online booking system is flawed and will tell you that you don’t have an account when you in fact do. However when they do pick up you are always met with a kind staff member ready to help! Besides that, service is friendly, vets and staff are knowledgeable and kind. If they worked on their booking and reception they would have gotten 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Kudos to this amazing team. My cat Leo had an abscess that oozed and left a not very clean open wound. I got an appointment quickly, and the staff put in all the effort and time to provide him with care. I was offered two alternatives without ever influencing my freedom to choose, obviously considering the uncertainties of the solutions. The team did an extraordinary job under the supervision of the doctor—unfortunately, I can't recall her name—but it was last Saturday, July 13, 2024. We have two English Bulldogs with numerous health problems, and have received so much compassion and love and care for them. Dr. Guenette and Katie especially have gone above and beyond to make sure that our boys are taken care of, even when emergencies have come up outside of normal hours. Positive experience: Wonderful staff vet technician. But was filthy dirty. The room we went into had tons of dog hair and balls of it on the floor. Not recently done. I told her several times he's allergic to chicken. She gave me a requisition for allergic with chicken in it. Went back for a follow up placed smelled very clean. The food recommendation was for hydrolyzed chicken food, which is proven to help animals which allergies, since the protein is too small for the body to recognize. Fantastic experience: Upon walking in, I noticed that the clinic had a clean and fresh scent, which was a definite plus for my dog's allergies. The facility is not overly plush but offers comfortable seating, and there is a pharmacy at the back along with a secretary. My cat is on a harness and cannot be crated, and I was pleased that the staff were accommodating of this. He behaved well during the visit, which was great. We only had to wait around two minutes before being shown to a room. The vet technician promptly came in, gathered all necessary information, and weighed my pet. The service was excellent. My cat was allowed to roam the room while we waited for the vet, which was a nice touch. The wait for the vet was short, not even ten minutes she spoke in both French and English, and maintained a positive demeanor while handling my cat with care. Given that my cat is turning 16 next month and needed various treatments, including shots and a blood test, the clinic promptly attended to his needs. After taking him in for the necessary procedures, my cat was brought back, and the vet explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. Importantly, they did not push any unnecessary medications on him. I had to inquire about a shot for his arthritic leg, and they administered one while suggesting a wait-and-see approach before scheduling any further appointments. I am very satisfied with the service provided, especially considering that it was less then half the price compared to his old vet , and he had more procedures done him . Really recommend them 100%

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah was incredibly professional and caring! Our dog had 5 start treatment and the price was exceptionally fair! Thank you Wizoo!!
Negative experience: We did not at all like our experience. We were grateful to have an emergency spot for our dog, the only one found after several calls elsewhere, but we will not return to this clinic. We were there for a total of 2 hours with long periods of waiting. When it came time to pay and receive the prescriptions for our dog, they were about to give us the wrong thing. Luckily, my partner asked questions and the veterinarian came to clarify everything, otherwise we would have left with the wrong treatment. She did not find what was wrong with our dog, which I understand given the symptoms associated with several things, but she did not seem to want to find the root of the problem more than necessary and opted for general medications. Since then, my dog does not seem to be doing better. If the situation persists, we certainly will not return to this clinic due to a lack of trust in the staff.

Positive experience: I really appreciated the technician Marie Soreil....very professional...she knows what to do..very kind...but disappointed with the other technician who didn't take a good sample from the pillows..and also the doctor who didn't look at the pillows with the device....the doctor made the diagnosis based on the sample taken by the technician. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Wizoo for two years now, with my 3 dogs. Every-time I go, I get greeted with the most down-to-earth, friendly staff. I’ve been to other vets where all they try to do is make money, but I feel as if the staff and vets at Wizoo are there for the well-being of my animals. Oh and not to mention Toothless, the adorable clinic cat. Highly recommend the clinic!

Fantastic experience: I will take a moment to say my final goodbye to Beverly, my wonderful cat and thank all the staff at Wizoo for helping me and my family through the extremely difficult task of sending away Beverly. Beverley was 14 year old Calico with several physical disabilities. Despite her deficiencies, she was unique and a very demonstrative cat. Over the years we had grown into her capricious nature and unique way of life. I suspect that is why it was so heart breaking to let her go. When I placed the call for help to Wizoo, I suspect they sensed the urgency and the cry for help. Another local vet placed me on a telephone hold; I am still waiting. I am glad we were able to count on the entire Wizoo team. I would have preferred meeting and needing their caring staff in different circumstances. In the end, Wizoo supported us through the entire process and later sent us a condolences card with some comments and signed by the all their staff including an imprint of one of Beverly’s paws and some of her Calico hair. Compassionate, caring and intensely sensitive people at Wizoo. Merci pour votre soutien.

Negative experience: First experience at this veterinarian, Vaudreuil branch, and it will be the last! I had seen the comments that it was long. No problem waiting; I had an appointment the same day, so I was already happy. In total, I was there for 3 hours... but I thought at least my cat would be cured. Arriving home in the evening, I gave her the medication as indicated by the veterinarian, trusting the prescribed dosage. Unfortunately, my cat vomited her meal. The next morning, when I woke up, there were a dozen puddles on the floor; I thought they were pee, but no, it was vomit with blood. I eventually realized that the weight indicated for my cat was 6kg, while she weighed 6lbs, or 3kg! So I was given more than double the necessary dosage; she could have vomited blood! So be very careful with the medication doses. I went back; they corrected the dosage, but according to them, she would have vomited blood because she is allergic to the medication. However, they gave me exactly the same medication at a reduced dosage (50mg instead of 125mg), so no allergy but rather an overdose that they do not take responsibility for. I was supposedly refunded for the unused pills, but it's funny because it cost $35 for 14 pills, and the new prescription for 6 pills cost $29... at this point, I don't care too much about not being refunded enough; I prefer to heal my cat properly. I no longer trust them; I asked them myself for the dosage to administer per kg to ensure that this time the calculation was correct! Even if it's poorly handled, I would rather go to the DMV and wait for hours than return there. If it were just an endless wait, that would be fine, but overdosing our pets, no thanks!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr Susie ,I was there today with Bella my chihuahua. Dr.Susie walk in the room with a friendly smile and just cuddle my Bella right away and explained to me the problem with her knee. Fantastic experience: I have used the veterinary services of Wizoo a few times and have always been super satisfied. We went there this week for our 8-year-old dog who hadn’t been in her usual form for a few days. 1) quick online appointment 2) excellent welcome 3) best examination by a veterinarian in over 40 years of having furry friends. My daughter doesn't like the veterinarian to the point of wanting to bite..... Dr. Guénette was patient and managed to make her calm and cooperative. I highly recommend you without hesitation!

Positive experience: Despite the good approach of Dr. Voguel and the necessary help to care for my 12-year-old dog whom I know probably wouldn’t have survived much longer, I am left with questions today after her passing on August 17th, regarding how the process was handled to euthanize my dog. I was expecting a softer, less stressful atmosphere; I had to wait an hour in the room where her last moments took place, with the dogs barking on the other side, no calm. The staff member handed me a catalog to choose the urn while I was saying goodbye to my dog and had to pay for everything before it happened. I felt immense stress in my dog, which I would have liked to experience differently. For the return of her urn, I thought I would have a brief 2-minute meeting in a room with the vet, but no, I received the ashes in a small bag on a corner of the counter. I would have liked to understand a bit how my dog felt at the end of her life; I found it all too rushed and today I live with the pain of her departure being so quick. Dr. Voguel was wonderful the two times she saw Nalah, Dr. Assim was also good, the only downside was that I couldn’t understand what he was explaining to me and changing the medication that Dr. Voguel had prescribed for Nalah left me in doubt. Do I recommend this clinic? YES, but adjustments need to be made (euthanasia room, waiting, communication). Our animals are like our children and today I will live with that last image in my head... Nalah stressed.
Negative experience: Incompetent and unprofessional staff, both in their lack of response to practically everything and in their inappropriate behavior in facing the presented situations. (4 employees including the veterinarian who contradict each other on everything) What and who to believe when even the veterinarian doesn't seem to know what he is doing? He contradicts himself on several points. Not at all listening to the needs of the animal; they only want to make money with truly unnecessary tests. They give directives to follow and once we apply them as recommended, they change their minds. They prescribe just about anything (on 2 occasions) and know nothing about the prescriptions. They can't answer questions about anything; they are all confused as well. I finally got an appointment elsewhere and confirmation that it was indeed nonsense regarding the prescriptions; hundreds of dollars spent for absolutely no results, and it wasn't even what needed to be prescribed! I insisted strongly that my cat receive pain relief first and foremost so that he wouldn't suffer, and I was promised anti-inflammatories and confirmed that I would indeed get them for my cat who was in pain, and on 2 separate occasions apart from that, only to be told by another veterinarian that these are just antibiotics, definitely not pain relief. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love this vet! Staff is absolutely lovely, and make you feel like they care about your pets! Cannot recommend enough. On top of that, they hold these vaccination days where you're invited to walk in with your pets and get them vaccinated without having to pay for the appointment. I've been to AnimaPlus in Pincourt, Clinique Vétérinaire de Montérégie, as well as Hôpital Vétérinaire St-Lazare, and none of them compare. Where other cliniques will charge you fees for opening an account and will charge 100+$ feeder for the appointment, this one is so much cheaper, and on top of it, they are wonderful! They won't try to sell you expensive products that aren't necessary, and won't recommend procedures and tests that aren't required.

Fantastic experience: Great service, both of our cats had to be euthanized a few months apart. They empathize and really made us feel comfortable during the processing. They gave us time to say our final goodbye.

I was told they would do what they could because they are veterinarians, not groomers... And in the end, they managed to remove everything. Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Dr. Susie Vogel who is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge and extreme kindness and compassion for both pets and their family is beyond words - she greatly helped me during a stressful situation. Fantastic experience: First time at Wizoo. It was for an emergency hematoma in my dog’s ear. The staff are so friendly and helpful the vet Dr Susie Vogel was amazing. She got right down on the floor with my dog to make her feel comfortable. I’ve never had a vet do that before. Highly recommend you check them out.

Fantastic experience: ATTENTION laser is the best lifelong investment for my dog!!!! My little one hit his head and got a disc hernia in the neck, but with laser treatments, there's no more swelling in the neck, so much less pain!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service! My cat has Megacolon and was very constipated and the staff too great care of him. Excellent customer service as well! They took the time to answer all of my questions (my cat is like my child so I had a lot of questions) and anxieties about the procedure. Caramel is doing much better and if ever anything else happends I will definitely be returning to Wizoo!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience! The team was super friendly. It was an emergency consultation and I didn't have to wait! Dr. Vogel was amazing, she took the time to thoroughly examine my cat without my cat realizing it was being examined. She caressed it, talked to it, played a little with it, she examined it. Her attitude made my cat very comfortable, as it tends to be anxious. Moreover, she took the time to explain and answer my questions! I want to thank the Wizoo team, especially Dr. Vogel!

Fantastic experience: Amazing servie and the happiest vet I’ve ever met. It’s clear Dr.Vogel absolutely loves animals. After beeing rejected by our regular vet and being told our kitty who has an idiopathic cystitis condition could not be seen by them and he could be in serious trouble (he wasn’t) if I didn’t take him to the DMV immediately, I found Wizoo after calling around multiple places. Dr. Vogel and team took his history and did an exam and determined that no invasive tests needed to be done. We treated his condition the same way he responded to with our usual vet (who refused to do this) and less than 24 hours later, kitty is back to his normal self. I’m super pleased with the outcome and how non-stressful the experience at Wizoo was. The only stressful part was actually finding a vet that could see us same day without going to the animal ER. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My hamster was very sick and I managed to get an appointment in less than 24 hours with Dr. Vogel. She is excellent! Really professional and friendly. She took the time to explain to me what I needed to do. The technician and the receptionist were also very welcoming and professional. Thank you to the whole team. Fantastic experience: I have had the most incredible experience with Dr. Suzie Vogel in Vaudreuil-Dorion. I am fairly new to this clinic starting in Jan 2023. Dr. Vogel was recommend to me and I decided to give them a try. The main thing about her is that you can feel and see how much she truly loves animals, which to me is one of the most important aspects in this profession. She gets down on their level, I am explaining my concerns however she is really interacting with my dog and really working with him, which I absolutely love. She is extremely knowledgable and skilled in her field. She listens to your concerns and addresses them however long it takes. Her tech's and staff have been kind to us every time we have been in there and they also mirror the love of animals, talking about their own animals and new puppies to train. My dog had to have surgery I was nervous as he is my fur child, he healed beautifully, and I was given all necessary information to look after his home care. His care was challenging and I respect and greatly appreciate the level of care they gave him. I would highly recommend if looking for a new vet to book an appointment with Dr. Vogel you will not be disappointed her outgoing personality and dedication to her fur patients can't go unnoticed. Fantastic experience: First, I would like to say how excellent all the staff is there and how well everything is handled. I have five baby kittens who have been struggling a little over the past few months, and I have never received such outstanding service from a Veterinarian clinic before. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted and served by one of the Vet technicians, who are always very friendly and informative. They always try and be personable, asking how the little ones are doing and keeping track and updated with them. Then one of the Veterinarians comes in and performs a final assessment on my kittens, always helping and informative, keeping track of everything, and guiding me on the next step for them and the little things I can do at home to help. Everything there has been excellent for my family and me, and we will be planning on going there for the foreseeable future, especially when we have small or big problems with our animals because of how professionally everything is handled.

Fantastic experience: I walked in after my dog was bit at the dog park, they immediately opened a file and took us in. The team was great and so friendly.
