Fantastic experience: I started Pelvic floor therapy with Gaya 3 weeks ago and I've felt great results! Not only am I learning how to strengthen my Pelvic floor, some of my aches and pains that I didn't know about that were contributed by it got better as well! (How I sit, stand, hips were tight) She's very friendly and although I was a bit nervous for my first session, I like how detail oriented she is and she wants to treat patients how she would want to be treated, I love that! Fantastic experience: I met with Gaaya with achilles tendonitis that was causing pain in my lower legs. She extensively assessed me and thoroughly explained what was causing it and how I could prevent it. After a few weeks of treatment, I'm happily pain free. Fantastic experience: I was not able to stand up from a chair without pain through my hip and lower back. Gayathri Dhandapani worked her magic and I literally cried… she handed me a tissue because I could stand up from sitting after she worked on me! I also had problems with my pelvic floor and did two sessions on the pelvic floor chair and I no longer per when I cough! Why did I wait so long to do something about this!

Negative experience: Worse service. Saw the doctor, was told I will receive my initial exercise routine and I should follow up in few weeks, since then, called many times and have sent emails, NO treatment or exercise is received in past 3 months, every time they try to say the doctor is on leave, book another doctor appointment. Why would I pay again for something they FAILED to provide a treatment. Every time they tell me they will call back, never get any. Zero responsibility and zero accountability

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been using Shiv’s services for years. We both have very dodgey backs which give us trouble from time to time. Shiv is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Every time our backs give us trouble (too much gardening) Shiv is always there to correct the issue. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Fantastic experience: I've been going to MEX Physio for a few months now. I had a workplace injury and was in a lot of pain. Upon entry the receptionists were extremely friendly, kind and professional. I found it a great first impression. They go out of their way and help you out by booking / rescheduling appointments. Today Avni even went over and beyond by providing me information that I thought I would get by my next appointment. (She sent me everything I needed the same day). The appointments are always on time, I never had to wait more than 2 minutes. The clinic is always very clean. When I asked for help the very first day, I got booked in with Saria. I don't think I have enough space here to explain just how incredible he is. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind and very passionate. He is one of those people who genuinely loves what he is doing, cares about his clients, and always makes sure you are comfortable during the treatment. He has excellent communication skills, always tells you what he is doing, how he is doing it and what we can expect. When I have my appointment I always learn something new from him, all the exercises he's been giving me has helped me tremendously and he got me to a level where I feel "normal" again. I am forever grateful!

Fantastic experience: I was not able to stand or walk continously for more than half an hour. I decided to give Mex physio a try without waiting for doctor's referral. Gayathri made me feel very comfortable and identified the root cause of my pain on the very first day. I couldn't sit anywhere, even when I was lying in my bed, I couldn't sleep because of the pain. Nowadays I can sit well and sleep without pain. Fantastic experience: My wife started to see Shiv 6 years ago when he was working in a Toronto clinic. When he opened Mex, she followed him there despite the extra drive to Milton. She's a track athlete and he has fixed each injury she has had...no recurrence. Most recently she had a bad case of plantar fasciitis. She asked him if he could make it go away... months later it was gone and two years later it has not come back! I have visited Shiv as well for a lower back issue and he has gotten me back into shape quickly for golf season. He is worth the drive from Toronto, and we would not go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: At the end of the summer I had strained my calf while running and needed help with recovery and strengthening. I worked with Sari who coached me through the whole process. He was incredibly professional and explained the entire recovery process to me very clearly. Negative experience: My daughter went for her appointment but the 2 receptionist were sộ unprofessional by just kept on talking to each other while my daughter was waiting and didn’t acknowledge her and then after a while she told her she didn’t have an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Had obtained treatment for knee pain caused by sports injury and had multiple sessions of physiotherapy with Shiv. Proximity to my home was personal advantage. Fantastic experience: So I have been going to this Physio place called Mex physio for some time now. I have had some chronic pain in my left hip and thigh. I started my treatment with Dr Harleen Singh (chiropractor). She is a total hands on lady. I have had trouble lifting my leg up and even stretching my leg apart. Over the months there is significant improvement overall with pain and movement of the leg. If you need a chiropractor in Milton she is the one to go to. All the other staff are also very friendly and helpful. Facility is great, they have some great music and overall they treat you good. Thank you Harleen and Mex for all the good work you do. All the staffs are friendly and approachable and they guide you in every phase of your recovery and take very good care of you. Special mention to Dr.Harleen who did a great job.

Fantastic experience: I visited MEX Physio on ___ when I had severe back pain. At the same time, my fitness test date was approaching for my employment confirmation. As I managed to find appointment without longer wait time, I selected Mex physio for treatment, but I would say its right decision I had taken. I was initially treated by Dr.Rei and he had recommended me to have an appointment with Dr.Shiv for physio. By understanding my situation, Dr.Shiv did came up with the treatment plan and helped me recover quickly from my back pain and to prepare for my fitness test. With the structured treatment plan, I recovered quickly and successfully passed my fitness test. The front office and all Doctors are welcoming and more friendly. Fantastic experience: I went to Shiv a few months ago for lower back pain and what appeared to be sciatica. He was able to thoroughly explain what was going on and a timeline of what to expect so we could fix the problem. I was having issues standing for even 30 seconds, and doing everyday things like cooking, brushing my teeth etc and now, I can finally say I am feeling much better and waking properly again!
