Fantastic experience: This clinic is great! All the staff and veterinarians are very friendly and caring. Your fur babies are in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: Every doctor/assistant or staff member we have dealt with so far has been so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Everyone is always quick to help and follow up. We have been bringing our cat here for 3 years now and highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Not for regular hard working people. For nepo babies, baby mommies, gen z.

Fantastic experience: I have always received quality care from Dr. Toovey and Dr. Abbey. Dr Toovey was always compassionate and caring when dealing with my senior pug. She never gave up on him, until the day he was ready to go. I know that I will always receive the best care when I bring my babies to this clinic, from everyone from the front staff, nurses to the veterinarians, I have never had a bad experience.

Negative experience: WORST. My vet retired so I tried this vet. They botched procedure plus dog got infection so I had to take dog to Emergency where they had to repeat surgery to fix (cost me another $2000). My poor dog suffered b/c of their incompetence. When I called Dog/Cat they took no responsibility

Fantastic experience: They have always been amazing with all our dogs we have brought to them over the years. I have been dealing with them personally for just over 18 years. I just got a new puppy, and her first Appt was a breeze. Prices are decent. I'd highly recommend visiting them!!

Fantastic experience: We are relatively new Clients to East Hill Dog and Cat Hospital and I have to say they are by far the very best. The care our 2 senior dogs have received has been second to none. All the staff are amazing from the welcome from the reception staff, the care from the veterinarian nurses and the amazing care, time and knowledge you receive from the Vets. Our Dogs are never nervous or anxious when in their care and almost seem excited to be visiting. One of our dogs has recently been pretty sick and unfortunately crossed over that rainbow bridge, the care she received was exceptional as was the daily support given to us. When the time came for us to say goodbye all staff were amazing. We have to extend a very special thank you to Dr Skinner, he is one in a million!

Fantastic experience: This clinic and their staff is HIGHLY recommended by myself and my pooches! My regular clinic is Deer Park (which I also would give a 10 rating to), but Dog & Cat Hospital has been there for me with two emergencies when we couldn't get in anywhere else! Eva, Jessica and Dr. Toovey! My apologies but I don't remember who took care of us the first time besides Eva, of course, who is a star to get you the help you need right when you need it! They are all very professional, knowledgeable, kind and so caring! I can't thank you all enough!

Abbie explained my dogs heart murmur to me, gave me options & emailed me all about it & symptoms to watch for. This place is great. 5 stars easily!

Fantastic experience: I love this clinic. We have been going to East Hill Dog & Cat Hospital for over 7 years. They have always treated our pets with great care and thoughtfulness. We have a fear reactive GSD and they know exactly how to act with him. He actually behaves very well when there. I love that they are fear free certified.I recommend them whole heartedly. Direct billing to Trupanion is a bonus, as well.

All staff were super...we went over our cat's health, answered my questions, gave Yoshi respectful care and went above and beyond to take my son on a tour of the back area of the hospital. Fantastic experience: This clinic is the best. Reception is always super friendly and helpful, the vets are all fantastic and answer all my silly little questions with ease and no judgement. We have seen Dr.Abbie the last few times and are very happy. The vet tech Erin, we always see is amazing, super knowledgeable as well - My two dogs always love seeing her and she loves them and spoils them like they are her own! 100/10 recommend. This is coming from someone who is super anxious and worries about her dogs too much - but I know they are in the best hands when they visit. Thank you for all you do East Hill!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our rescued Doberman here for the past three years. We’ve had a lot of visits to the clinic in these years. But I initially chose Easthill because they are fear free. With an anxious fearful dog who hates having their body handled, it’s important we have doctors who respect her boundaries and don’t force her to do anything. We have received the most gentle, compassionate care from Dr. Abbie and Dr. Skinner. They are truly angels in human disguise. I can’t thank Easthill DACH enough, from the front desk who knows my dog by name, to the lovely doctors who put so much into their work. Thanks for all you do for our community.

Fantastic experience: I love all the people at East Hills Dog & Cat Hospital. They make me feel so important and treat my dog so well. Jaki’s a rescue and everyone goes out of their way to make the visit a positive one for her. Dr. Toovey seemed to perform magic by simply putting a mat on the floor to relieve my dog’s anxiety over lack of grip on a newly washed floor. Jaki calmed down immediately and the visit ended on such a high note for the both of us ♥️

The staff were exceptional and in no time I had a diagnosis and prescription at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital!

Previous vet didn’t do very much for him. When we took him to Dr Skinner at Easthill Pet hospital within 3-4 months we had our handsome boy back. Thank you to all the staff here

Fantastic experience: They took my dog with quills in her face, as soon as I drove up (after being turned away elsewhere). Both my dogs go there since for checkups, shots, dewormer etc. vets and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I took Mykelti to visit the vet today. She was extremely shy but the front office receptionist was extremely patient and got her weighed. Dr. Abby was patient and worked to calm her for her examination and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Mykelti got lots of treats from the nurse as well. Then you have the people in the back that make sure your animal is getting the best of care with the most compassion from the most passionate people. Fantastic experience: I LOVE the staff and the care my cat received at the Dog & Cat Hospital! They cared for him from his adoption right to his crossing of the rainbow bridge 18 years later. I can't recommend this clinic enough. The facility is clean, smells good and all the pets seem relaxed as they come and go. Prices are fair, and recommendations for procedures, food, and medications come with thorough explanations and actual facts, not just pushing to sell their products and services. Everyone who works here clearly loves their job, and it shows. Going to the vet was a great experience for me, and they made it easy for my grumpy cat.

They have such a profound and sincere affection for our pets and we are happy to drive an hour to attend appointments here!

Fantastic experience: Very caring and compassionate staff. They saved our dog a year ago on our first appointment and they needed to do CPR to bring him back.
