Fantastic experience: Nurse injector was extremely kind and honest and gentle. Sparkle lifestyle salon is very large and put together very comfortably.
Fantastic experience: The team is always amazing and friendly when booking your appointment or even rescheduling. They make you feel special and welcome. Kasi is very charming and always a great face to see when getting lasered. My body hair is finally showing results from our sessions!

Positive experience: I have visited Sparkle several times for treatments, including PRP, laser resurfacing, and a medical facial. The clinic has a pleasant ambiance, and the staff is polite and professional. However, the emphasis on upselling services and products, along with feeling pushed to purchase their products, detracts from the experience. While it’s a good place for treatments, this approach could be improved.
Fantastic experience: I was initially quite nervous, but Kasi handled everything with great care and professionalism. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed. Her expertise and friendly approach truly made the experience a positive one. Negative experience: I had a deeply unsettling experience at Sparkle Lifestyle and Medispa. I was supposed to meet someone there at 5 PM to purchase an air pump. I arrived 10 minutes early on my bike and rode around the driveway to pass the time. Just before 5, a woman, who seemed to be the owner, approached me and asked if she could help, clearly implying I didn't belong there. It was obvious racial profiling, and it was incredibly upsetting. The seller eventually came out and confirmed why I was there, but the damage was done. Being racially profiled is never acceptable, and it's especially disheartening to experience this at a business like Sparkle Lifestyle and Medispa. Such behavior is unprofessional and discriminatory. I hope they address this issue to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

As the owner of Sparkle Lifestyle and MediSpa, I want to clarify a few points to ensure transparency and understanding. You were on our property on your bike, and one of my managers approached you to ask if you needed assistance. This was done because you were meeting someone for a private transaction unrelated to our business or any of our team members. Unfortunately, this meant you had no reason to be on our property, which we must maintain for the safety and privacy of our clients and staff. We have reviewed our video footage and can confirm that our staff approached you respectfully, as part of our protocol to ensure the safety of everyone on our premises. Both you and our manager are white, so I am not sure why racial profiling could be possible in this situation. However, the fact that you were on a bike for half an hour running around did make our staff uncomfortable. I deeply regret that you felt racially profiled. We strive to treat everyone with respect and dignity, and discrimination has no place in our business. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will continue to educate our team to ensure that all interactions are handled with the utmost sensitivity and respect. Fantastic experience: The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting and working with while training with Nurse Lana were fantastic. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was happy to help and answer questions to help me gain the most out of my time there. Nurse Lana is very knowledgeable and patient in the way she teaches. She has been a continued support and mentor to me. I love the online course material as well because it has allowed me to review techniques and doses as needed in my practice. Fantastic experience: All of the staff are always so happy and bubbly, slinging compliments left and right and just really making me feel like a favourite! My visit this morning felt like I was catching up with old friends…I could have hung out there all day! And as always, Aesthetic Nurse Lana at Sparkle is the absolute best at what she does! Fantastic experience: I was pleased with my experience. The MediSpa was very nice. Receptionists were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Yannick, who did my injections, was great. He informed me of what he was going to do, answered all my questions, and did not make me feel pressured in anyway (something I have experienced at other MediSpas). I will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: After a bit of research, I went to Sparkle specifically for their Picoway Laser to remove the microblading done on my eyebrows. I travelled 2 and half hours for this appointment, and it was absolutely worth it. Tattoo removal felt like a pretty daunting procedure to me, especially when the area was to be done on the face- so I was nervous. But the minute I stepped into Sparkle- I was immediately at ease, knowing I had picked the right spot and was in very professional hands. Most of the credit is deserving to Kasi, who was very knowledgeable and informative about the procedure. During the procedure, she was very patient and went at a pace that was comfortable for me, and was very attentive to my pain tolerance. I will definitely be following through with the remainder of this removal process with Sparkle- and if you’re also looking for a clinic to trust with this procedure, I would highly recommend you book a consultation with them.

Positive experience: Came down from Truro. My boyfriend was getting laser tattoo his second session. The girls were great as always. I went in for a consult and didn’t feel pushed into anything or like I was trying to be upsold. She made sure I needed everything I was asking for and it was a great 0 pressure consult. Only lost a star because they canceled on 2 laser tattoo removal sessions and canceled my apt the morning of because of call ins / staffing issues. When coming from far away I wish they had backup workers. Regardless an amazing spot with lovely staff. Very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I've always left sparkle feeling extremely confident and well informed. And my last appointment was no different. I met with Alexandra ,feeling pretty defeated and insecure about my skin and skin related concerns on my face. After speaking with her during my consult and going over my problem areas, I felt such a sense of relief knowing my concerns could be corrected. There was finally light at the end of the tunnel! Alexandra came up with a solid treatment plan that I felt comfortable with and we started IPL that day! I can't wait to go on this journey with her on correcting my damaged skin . I feel extremely confident in her abilities and knowledge . And I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone wanting to gain knowledge on their skin and related treatments!

Negative experience: I have bad experience with medispa. I had 5 sittings with them for hair removal treatment but after 5 same hair growth on my face. Un professional staff.
Hi Gurjit, we definitely strive to be the best when it comes to Laser Hair Removal, so i'm sorry that your experience hasn't been great so far. Typically it can take 6-8 sessions before seeing the results that we want, depending on the thickness or coarseness of hair. We will be reaching out to you to make sure the treatment plan is clear and we are staying on track.
Negative experience: After issues with them cancelling my appointment last minute due to staff not properly communicating to one another, I find out my filler was injected too deep (bad bumps for months after) and may cause a lengthening of my tissue permanently. Would never spend another dollar here

Fantastic experience: Recently I was searching online for a Spa that sells Osmosis MD products, when my Spa here in Vancouver, BC closed down for a couple weeks, and I needed some products. I came across Sparkle Lifestyle. They had what I needed and from ordering to receiving I have nothing but good things to say about them. They texted me with advice to make sure I get the right skincare product, they were very helpful, friendly and professional. Since then they still send me emails with tips and advice, and they even have virtual consultation if needed. It is too bad they are so far away from me, I would be a regular, for sure! If you live near or in Moncton, and try to find a spa, don’t look anywhere else…they are the best:)

Sophia is extremely knowledgeable in skincare and goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have while also making me super comfortable. Fantastic experience: I have a great experience every time I go to Sparkle. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. All smiles They always have what I need in products, and if not, they will order it in! I showed up late to my last appointment ♀️ and they still managed to accommodate me with a smile!
