Fantastic experience: Conveniently located across from the TTC and with close by parking available, it’s easy to drop in for an appointment at motion fit. The office is nice and has a gym on site that allows the therapist to walk through stretches to help maintain or build up strength on the areas you are working on. I do like the approach that Jerrick (one of the therapists) is taking, where he spends time narrowing down what could be causing the problem and isolating it, and focusing in on those areas/muscles. I am a runner and appreciate that he has quickly helped keep me out running by quickly helping me get over the pain I was experiencing. The approach he takes is to identify the problem area, treat it, and then walks through stretches or exercises that I can incorporate in my work out plan to build up the muscle to avoid future pain. I never feel rushed in my appointments, and appreciate the level of care that I have received. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for physio assistance.

After a few sessions, the wrist and lower back pain I’ve experienced for 2 years improved so much that I was able to return to yoga poses I had avoided for quite some time. Jerrick has also recommended strengthening exercises targeted to my weaker muscles which are both challenging and effective. He has been helping me with a very sensitive and challenging recovery from a deilicate shoulder surgery. He has shown great understanding for my overall situation, competence, and patient. Fantastic experience: I had lower body chronic pain issues for three years before seeing Jerrick. He was the first physiotherapist I saw that really understood how to treat chronic pain vs just treating a mechanical muscular-skeletal issues and was patient enough to track down and treat the sources of referred pain.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised when my new sports doctor referred me to Jerrick at Morion Fit Rehab. I had gone to Jerrick a couple of years ago at a different location and he resolved the pain issue I had in my foot. It has only been a few weeks but I am already experiencing improvement and the pain in my hip has subsided. Not only is he a great guy, but Jerrick is super knowledgeable and has great methods that *actually* work (lol). I’m 6 weeks post-opp after having a lumbar discectomy and I feel fantastic! Fantastic experience: Was referred to Motion Fit by a neighbor after a nasty back injury and sciatica pain. Nice facility, and very pleasant receptionist who took extra precautions for COVID screening. Jerrick (physiotherapist) is very professional, great personality, and I was very impressed with the many questions and extra time taken to fully understand my specific condition before any treatment was initiated. After the first visit I really didn't feel much better (no 'instant coffee'). But, after the third visit I was feeling considerably better and surprised at the positive impact Jerrick achieved. Jerrick also clearly communicated near and long term goals and what I could do at home on my own to improve my condition. I asked Jerrick about Stanley (acupuncturist) as a supplement treatment. First time for me. I was negative. Didn't think it would accomplish much but kept an open mind. Stanley was also very attentive to my specific condition and requirements. Did some stuff that I thought wouldn't do much to improve my condition. But to my surprise, after two visits I was walking out of the clinic with zero pain. I am sure my condition would have improved on it's own, eventually. But, I am absolutely convinced that with Jerrick and Stanley's help I was able to feel 99% back to normal with no pain in a fraction of the time. No pain. I can sleep through the night again. No more T3 pain killers!!! Fabulous!

Fantastic experience: A few months into my lockdown and work from home, I started to experience migraines, shoulder and wrist pain --- I thought for sure it was the start of arthritis -- Jerrick was able to assess and FIX the issues! And in a very short few sessions!
