Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Mehul for a couple months now after fracturing my tibia and fibula. He has helped me tremendously throughout recovery and I am very happy with the results. He has helped me with the strengthening of my leg as well as mobility and stability. I feel better after every time I come and I’m very happy with how fast the results have came and how fast I’ve been able to heal from the injury. He has been very professional and welcoming and I feel great whenever I come in for treatment. I am very grateful for him helping me and my experience with the recovery has been amazing. Fantastic experience: I hv been working with Dr. Luciano at the clinic since the past 2yrs sonce my accident in 2022. He has been professional and very supportive. Lustening to my needs and developing a treatment plan. I feel so relieved from pain after each visits His staffs are great and very welcoming and flexible, especially Tara at the reception. I also started my physiotherapy with Sudeep and I have seen a lot of improvement on my shoulder after I developed frozen shoulder post surgery. Fairouz: Therapeutic, caring and careful, healing mother's hands. Extra nice person. Annabelle: Silent, smooth and stealthy hands, shockingly on target. She is my favorite. And finally, Dr Luciano, the educational chiropractor whose talent is people. His care and services are exceptional. Whether you wish to know more about the human body or chat about aircraft engines while your body gets fully readjusted, he's your guy.

Fantastic experience: After a work-related injury which led me to find out I had arthritis at the hip joint, I was having difficulty walking, especially up and down stairs. Moving from the sitting to standing position was challenging as well as driving. Each day I was in excruciating pain, and nothing would help. After visiting Fit For Life Rehab Clinic, they discussed the importance of receiving treatment consistently as well as created a exercise routine for me that focused on the successful healing of my injury and strengthening my muscles to feel better again. Fantastic experience: I've been attending this clinic consistently following my ACL surgery in May. The clinic is clean and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was referred to this clinic by a friend, particularly to the physiotherapist Sudeep and I've never been happier! Following the surgery he was extremely attentive to areas of pain, he was professional, he made coming to physio actually fun, and kept me motivated through out the healing process. It's been 6 months and my knee is pretty much recovered. Would definitely recommend!

It caused daily and chronic discomfort, I would limp and waddle when I walked. She was able to help me with my injuries in less than 10 sessions. She is so patient, understanding and wants you to get the best treatment. After only 4 sessions I can see my mom feeling better, something that several other practitioners were not able to fix. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Di Loreto for the last 10 years. I came to the clinic with a history of carpal tunnel that all my previous chiropractors could not help me with. Working with Dr. Di Loreto not only helped me regain mobility and strength, but he also educated me about on how to recognize trigger movements and how to pace myself to prevent injuries. For the past year and a half Dr. Di Loreto has been helping me with rehabilitation after a concussion. I worked with the whole team for this new challenge, including Physiotherapy with Sundeep and being helped by different Health assistants. My teenage son is also under the care of the team as part of his athletic development and to prevent injuries from competitive soccer. I highly recommend the clinic, as they include patient education at the core of treatment. Thank you to the whole team for all you do.

Fantastic experience: After seeing numerous Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Chiropodists while spending almost a thousand dollars in various products from custom orthotics to compression sleeves I finally found a solution to my plantar fasciitis with Dr. Felicia Huang. For the first time I found someone who was not trying to push custom orthotics on me but instead tried to focus on my core problem. In addition to shockwave treatment her recommendation on replacing my running shoes with a pair of Asics shoes gave me the relief I needed to finally walk pain free again.

You’ll walk out completely relieved and relaxed. He was professional and kind, absolutely clean facilities, and relaxing atmosphere. Must Go! The staff were extremely kind and friendly, making you feel completely comfortable with the whole experience" So worth the money! Best part of all is they actually give you the full massage time unlike most places. 60 minutes means receiving one full hour of massage time not 40 minutes of massage and 20 minutes prep time. I also do physio with Sudeep and he is great.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Physiotherapy at Fit for Life. I was convinced that I needed Orthotics to help with my knee issue. However, my physiotherapist, Sudeep, did not warn me that sometimes insurance companies do not cover Orthotics that are dispensed from Physiotherapists. Now I'm left footing the bill for this expense. On top of this, I have been seeing Sudeep since August (initially 2x per week, now 1x per week), and have had almost no improvement in the pain in my knee. In fact, now I also have hip pain. I would have liked to have seen more progress. Sudeep admitted that this is extremely slow recovery for my injury ... In addition to this, my sessions have been done mostly by Assistants in the office, with who knows what qualification. Initially, Sudeep saw me for my first few sessions. However, one day, he saw me and just stepped out and someone stepped and started working on me. No introduction. No "Hey, this is so and so and they're going to take over". I would have appreciated some discussion or introduction to someone who is about to touch my body. This went on like this for weeks. Sudeep would do about 1/4 of the appt and the assistants would do the rest. Out of about 10 appointments, only one assistant introduced herself. I'm sorry I wasted my time and money here. Please do yourself a favour and don't do the same thing. About the only positive thing I can say about this place, is about the Office Administrator Tara. She was always super helpful and professional.

My treating practitioner, Sudeep is a Godsend! Sudeep is passionate about his work and his patients. He has been exceptionally professional, caring and developed a realistic treatment plan that I could follow at home as well. Within 5 minutes of the initial visit you can easily identify that he has the depth of knowledge to treat a variety of complex injuries. For me what stood out is that he is humble and has his clients best interests at heart. I am extremely pleased with my treatment and thankful to Sudeep. Of particular note, the office is immaculately clean and the staff that I have met so far are extremely pleasant, helpful and compassionate. Tara, who is the office administrator is very pleasant, cheerful and organized. It’s great to see such an amazing positive vibe coming from her the second you step in to the office. Although I have not had any services from Dr. Luciana Loreto (as of yet), I did end up meeting him prior to Christmas. Fantastic experience: I have been doing Physiotherapy with Sudeep at Fit for Life Wellness since December 2020 and I have loved my experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and the centre is very clean. Sudeep is extremely knowledgable and has helped my shoulder injury heal while also working on other areas of my body that need some help. Previously, I had tried other clinics and felt that I wasn't being cared for properly, but Sudeep and the team at Fit for Life make sure that they go above and beyond.

He has helped me with mobility and relieving the tension and pain in my muscles, and in particular to personal injury I had sustained. He is knowledgeable, and very professional. In fact, the entire staff is wonderful to deal with. they have state of the art equipment and are very serious about safety and protocols, especially during these tough times. Fantastic experience: The clinic is very welcoming and clean. They take COVID precautions seriously and I totally feel safe coming in for treatments. I would highly recommend Dr. Felicia - she’s the best chiropractor I’ve been to! She takes time to understand your issues and makes sure you’re comfortable during the entire treatment. I was having major tension headaches and she helped loosen my entire neck/trap area so that the headaches went away. I also saw her for a shoulder issue that she helped me through. I particularly appreciate that she gives you little exercises to perform at home that help strengthen muscle groups that can ensure the issues don’t come back. She truly cares for her patients.
