Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Atlas enough! The team is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Henry and Waku are highly skilled, personable and take the time to listen to your concerns. Henry was knowledgeable and was vital in helping me recover from my initial knee injury. He took the time to explain all my options and gave me excellent advice during the pre-hab process to get me prepared for my ACL reconstruction surgery. Post-surgery, Waku took extra care of me and created a personalized treatment plan that help strengthen my knee and regain full range of motion. It has been about 10 weeks since my surgery and the results have surpassed my expectations and I have 100% confidence in their care. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere that made each visit enjoyable. Lisa always greets me warmly and makes booking for each appointment effortless. If you’re looking for effective, professional physio treatment, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Waku at Atlas Physio is an amazing physiotherapist! I had persistent lower back pain that caused some discomfort and was limiting some of my workouts. After receiving some treatments from Waku, I no longer have that discomfort and able to train with the workouts I want again. Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with the professionalism with which Waku Goto Physiotherapist and Alexander Lebitania personal trainer restored me to 100% health after I was suffering from a bad case of sciatica. They catered their programs specifically to my needs and their social interactions were exceptional—conversations were fun and engaging and made me feel comfortable. Their facility, Atlas Physiotherapy and Health in Markham was clean and very well equipped. I had tried two physiotherapists prior with no luck. Finally found the right one for what I needed. I expect I went from 7/10 to zero in terms of physical discomfort over a period of six to eight weeks.

I have been dealing with postpartum lower back/sciatica pain which worsened after sustaining another injury. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place and RMT “YAN LIN”. I had an upper back muscle spasm and the pain ran up my neck. I couldn’t turn my head to the right. I had a 30min massage session with “YAN LIN” and she quickly figured out the problem. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for more sessions with her.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here at Atlas and my first experience working with Waku Goto one of the owners and physiotherapists. First of all, it's a very clean and organized environment. The receptionist Ida is friendly and approachable. I've been seeing Waku twice a week and from the beginning he was very professional. Took the time to get to know about my issue & then started with the various ways to help alleviate the pain using different methods which included massaging the local area, ultrasound, acupuncture (which was my first time trying) & the right kind of exercises to carry on at home. The best part is that Waku is always making sure that he sets the expectation of how the process will feel. He often asks and comes back to ask how one's feeling and if everything is ok. That's really being mindful of a client's comfort level and needs. Fantastic experience: I don’t normally provide these reviews, but I was blown away with the quality and care I received from my physiotherapist Waku Goto. I was in an accident that saw my lower body mobility severely hindered and the muscles atrophied. Waku helped me as we worked back from injury, setting attainable goals and moving from a sever limp, to walking normally to fully recovered and squatting 280 pounds again over the course of 2 years. I couldn’t recommend him and his team at Atlas more, but a piece of advise to anyone reading this review; do your exercises!

The physio sessions and his exercise program have been instrumental in my recovery and training management. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Henry for about 18 months on 3 separate issues (neck, bursitis and knee). I was reluctant to go to physio at first but was made to feel at ease immediately. Henry is wonderful in explaining what is happening to me and why, so that I can understand them. Henry takes the time to get to know the people he is treating and, in my case, we have come to realize that both of us have a great sense of humor and love dogs. It makes for a very relaxed session. I would not hesitate to refer him (and Waku) to anyone that is in need. Henry is also very good at accupuncture and has used it on me with good success.

I highly recommend Dr. Gloria CHEUNG, my chiropractor. She is very attentive to diagnosing the root problem causing my pain. The treatments and the exercises she recommends are very effective & helpful. In one of my cases, all my fingertips were numb. Dr. Gloria did acupuncture on me. In the middle of the treatment, half of the numbness was gone. And get back to normal in a day. Highly recommend.

From the beginning, Sandy took the time to listen to my needs and goals. He focuses on the details while always making sure I’m comfortable. One of the major things that stood out to me during the session was he always took the time to explain and educate me on why I am dealing with my injury so I can avoid it in the future. He is very thorough from the assessment, his techniques, and the exercises he prescribes. The exercises were a game changer for my workouts, going through the movements and correcting my form. Sandy has been pivotal in my recovery process. Whether it’s stiffness, aches, or pain during my workout, I always leave feeling rejuvenated and on the right track. Fantastic experience: I came to Atlas with a very bad pain in my left foot, after healing of a broken toe. I literally had issues with walking. Atlas in a few treatments recovered my ability to walk. On top of it the treatment is very gentle and considerate with your pains and the feeling after treatment is always very good. It is highly recommended treatment!!!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a multitude of issues (neck/wrist/back/hip soreness) and Waku did an excellent job assessing the problems and fixing them with stretching and dry needling/tens stimulation. Fantastic experience: The team at Atlas, Henry, Waku and Sandy, are very professional and sincerely care about the well-beings of their clients. Henry treated my foot injuries and prescribed helpful pain relieving and strengthening exercises for long-term health improvement and maintenance. The clinic is also very clean and modern. I checked out other physio places and Atlas is by far the best. I remember my initial visit to check out the clinic and Henry was very helpful, courteous and took the time to show the place and explained the services they offered even though he was locking up and ready to leave for the day. He takes care of patient needs while always making sure you're comfortable with the program and is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Fantastic experience: I came here looking to fix my unbalanced shoulder and back. Right from the start, Henry gave much attention and knowledge in executing a plan to slowly treat this issue. When we were practicing exercises to do at the gym/home, Henry was there to critique my form so that I would get the best out of this specific workout. Definitely a very positive experience with this clinic and Henry. Would recommend Henry to anyone looking for specific physiotherapy needs!

Fantastic experience: If your back hurts, give these guys a call. Henry was absolutely amazing - I had injured my back, to the point where I could not get up properly. A few short sessions later, and with the exercises provided, my back is a lot better. Hopefully, I won't have to see them in 2023, but I know if I do, they are just a click away.
