Fantastic experience: Prateeksha and the Physiocare team did a great job helping me recover from an ankle fracture. I was not only able to walk normally in a short time frame, but am now back to running, yoga and spinning. Prateeksha and the team also helped my son recover from his ankle fracture allowing him to hike the Great Divide Trail without any pain. Physiocare Physiotherapy is a helpful and friendly place!

Fantastic experience: I started to see Jason for chiro during my late pregnancy (36 weeks) for lower back pain. After just one session I was feeling much better with increased mobility and less pain. He uses a holistic approach which I really appreciated using treatments such as cupping, massage, heat and adjustments to treat my issue. I would definitely recommend this service!

Fantastic experience: Physiotherapists at this clinic helped me to recover my hearing (severe tinnitus symptoms) and to address frequent vertigo episodes. I also haven't had any episodes in 2 months since treatment. I also learned how to do the Epley Maneuver at home when needed. I'm very grateful, and recommend this clinic for anyone requiring vestibular rehabilitation.

With a combination of manual massage, ultrasound treatment and mechanical massage and taping in each session, my pain was gone in a few weeks. Negative experience: Need to preface *i never went to this clinic* however I want to note that when booking an initial appt, I got a call after submitting my request. They asked what issues I wanted to see the physio about — I said my knees, and potentially neck. They told me it would an assessment fee for each (aka 3+ assessments fees with both knees being separate fees). I found this absurd because I believe in holistic health care. I found another physio who happily treats both sides of my body equally without doubling the price!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy I selected this clinic to treat my chronic neck injury. The Physiotherapist, Prateeksha Viradiya, was excellent and treated my headaches using acupuncture and then used various medical instruments to treat the injury and break down the scar tissue, which helped. I also received excellent treatment from the Chiropractor, Dr Jason Singh, who also used acupuncture but he treated the actual trigger points in my neck, which significantly reduced the intensity of the headaches as well as he corrected my neck alignment and continued to break down the scar tissue. I am very grateful to them both because they have significantly reduced my headaches and the intensity of my pain so I am now able to have a better quality of life. And I would be remiss if I did not mention the Administrative Assistant, Kyle Fisher, who works at the Westboro location. Kyle is extremely well organized, always professional, and set up my payments through my insurance company so it was automatically processed for every treatment, which saved me a lot of time and aggravation, by having to do it myself after the fact. For this, I am also very grateful. I would recommend the Physiocare Centre in Westboro because of these three amazing individuals, who are worth their weight in gold! I want to thank each of them personally for helping me get better!

Fantastic experience: I decided to seek the help of a physiotherapist after my midfoot fracture had healed. My goal was to be able to walk without a limp, to reduce swelling and to reduce my discomfort level when doing everyday activities. After 2 sessions, the improvement in my mobility and the reduction in my discomfort was noticeable. Now, after 6 weeks, I feel almost back to normal. The staff is lovely and Prateeksha, is amazing. She listens to you and really cares about your well-being. I would recommend Physiocare without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: The friendly and professional staff helped me quickly recover from my injury with a blend of traditional and modern therapy techniques. Fantastic experience: After falling and spraining my neck I became incapacitated with pain, but the expert physiotherapist Aakanksha assessed the problem most carefully and did a wonderful job relieving the pain in only a few days. The clinic was very accommodating, offering a next day appointment. I also love getting my acupuncture done here with Maisy Bao. She’s so knowledgeable and takes the time to do a thorough intake. Kyle is very helpful when it comes to helping you with your appointments. And all the physio assistance who are very nice and helpful. Prateeksha and her team are all very professional, personable and treat their patients with care and great attention. I needed to do a minimum of three months physio therapy and after almost two months, my pain was finally going away. The exercises provided were (and still are) very helpful. Prateeksha was able to help me understand my issue and give me a plan that worked for me and my lifestyle.
