Negative experience: As someone who trains at most of there montreal branches, I find the staff here very unwelcoming. The gym does not get cleaned every night, there is bad ventilation in the locker room especially in summer and clients there are old for the most of them. This gym is not inspiring.

Positive experience: It's a good gym, but the place it's too small unfortunately. Not so many machines and during peak hours it's hard to find a place or machine to work with. Classes are great but they have just a few.

Negative experience: Once enrolled you will be stuck for a year. They have the worst cancellation policy and they are highly expensive when compared with their major competitors. Even if you want to cancel it, the staff will find stupid ways (additional costs) to not let cancel you. Those additional costs are more than the membership fee. Don’t fall for their boomerang program. It’s just good marketing for them and not for their customers.

Fantastic experience: Very very good, the employees are polite.

Positive experience: Sauna broken, very small changing rooms, we step on each other's feet. Lots of machines and little space between them. I find this gym overcrowded.

Fantastic experience: Very easy to access this gym, and the training space is safe and very clean. The staff are very kind, making each session a real pleasure.

Negative experience: I regret signing up for this gym; this is the 4th day that I arrive at 7 in the morning and find the gym closed. The problem is that it's not written anywhere that the gym will be closed; I'm really disappointed.

Positive experience: The gym has several machines and I really like the natural light coming in through the windows. There aren't many people during the day, which is good; it becomes very busy in the evening. A little more maintenance of the premises, like paper and disinfectants, would be a good improvement, because it gets dirty at times.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible horrible service! Monsieur Félix, thank you for taking advantage of me to be the best employee of the month. Your service is horrible; after charging me an extra $700 and insulting me several times, I have to admit that unfortunately, I was unable to reach your so-called director. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to write this message. I hope this can reach someone’s ears to rectify the situation. Many people are complaining about your service at the gym. I don't understand how this type of behavior is accepted. Go anywhere but not to this gym. There are several competitors around, better than this gym. Thank you!

Negative experience: AS SOMEONE WHO USED TO LIVE IN TMR AND TRAINED AT NAUTILUS ROCKLAND BEFORE MOVING TO VSL, THIS GYM IS DISAPPOINTING. I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY CLEAN ENOUGH. I HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK A FEW TIMES TO ASK FOR PAPER TOWELS IN THE MORNINGS. THE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS DIRTY. PEOPLE THERE ARE NOT NICE LIKE AT ROCKLAND. I HAVE HAD MY THINGS STOLEN 3 TIMES IN THE LOCKER ROOM IN THE 4 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN THERE. I FORGOT MY THINGS SEVERAL TIMES AT ROCKLAND AND I GOT THEM BACK ALL THE TIME. THE GYM IS ALWAYS PACKED BECAUSE IT'S SMALL AND THERE ARE TOO MANY PEOPLE. PEOPLE GET IN YOUR WAY WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO TRAIN. IF YOU ARE USED TO ROCKLAND AND THE ONE DOWNTOWN, YOU WILL HATE THIS PLACE. I DRIVE 16 MINUTES TO ROCKLAND INSTEAD OF 4 MINUTES TO GO HERE. I USE IT ONCE IN A WHILE.

Negative experience: Felix Trudel is simply an employee who ruins the experience at this gym. Nautilus was really an average gym before this employee arrived, but now it is terrible. He makes the experience miserable and very mediocre. He made a mistake in my account and I was charged double. I tried several times to talk to the manager, but he was never there. I switched to Power Flex on the other side of the street and I am very satisfied. I am much happier. I really do not recommend Nautilus to anyone since Mr. Felix Trudel will be there to ruin your experience. He does not know how to speak to customers; I find him very rude and zero professional. Finally, I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this employee; several of my friends have left this gym because of him.

Fantastic experience: I don’t say this lightly: Émile (my coach) is my savior. I have been a member of Nautilus Plus Bois-Franc for 4 years now, but I want to write a review today because I am deeply grateful for my coach's work. I have intense lumbosacral pain and I do part of the work with a physiotherapist (private) + follow-up in physiatry, and Émile is absolutely essential to my recovery, as well as to maintaining and developing my progression towards a less painful daily life. He is patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and instantly grasps the situations and challenges I present to him. He is meticulous and does nothing halfway. I quickly knew I was in good hands. Thank you so much, coach!

Negative experience: Horrible service by M. Felix Trudelle

Positive experience: Overall an ok gym. It’s got everything you need and it’s a good gym if you want to stay in shape. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a gym rat or hardcore gym goer as the ambiance is way too calm and i didn’t feel that motivated when i went to the free trial. The weights feel pretty light too. I could stack more at Nautilus than at Fit Forme, Gold’s or World Gym. Staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is pretty clean too except for some machines where i would leave with dirty hands.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! A gym with a dynamic, welcoming, and sporty atmosphere. The management team, Simon the manager, as well as Émile and Sitesh, are always very professional and attentive. Special mention to my fabulous trainer, Antoine, who is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, enthusiastic, and dedicated... always providing a tailored solution to meet my goals. This gym delivers customer service beyond my expectations. Additionally, the clientele is very pleasant and respectful. I am very happy to have joined.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing place

Negative experience: I signed up at this location since it’s one minute away from my house. I’m a national level competitor and I’ve trained in many gyms in my life but I’ve never seen any gym dirtier and smellier than this location before. I have brought this issue to the staff’s attention a few times and they told me that I’m the first person who has complained so far. There’s no ventilation system in this facility and they allow people to train with flip flops. No safety procedures whatsoever. The machines are very old and let’s just not talk about the music. If you’re looking to signup I’d highly recommend to go to powerflex across the street for a better price and better quality. I have to admit that I made a mistake and I’m stuck with my contract for 9 more months .

Negative experience: As much as I didn't want to get here but people deserve know what they're going to be dealing with before signing with This gym. I Got charged more than I had to pay, my contract was supposed to end 31 oct2022 but got changed till 7th Jan 2023, those two months (chargeable) they added, were the ones to balance off when the gym was closed during COVID, that I have already been charged during Covid even tho the gym was closed, and they said unfortunately nothing can be done they don't do refunds and that I have confirmed the payments! (as in I had to refuse when it's my credit score being affected) They care more about money than giving legit services. No communications whatsoever The only emails they will send you are the ones advertising other services they have "you know what it means" And if you want to cancel know that you will have to pay full regardless two weeks, 5 months or whenever Me honestly It's not even about money, I barely used this subscription although we expect a good service back in return when we are paying for our services. Type of gym to sign only one contract to never going back. So disappointed Just save yourself a headache, time and invest your money elsewhere worth it

Fantastic experience: Nautilus bois franc has really helped me in my training for my running and my AAA soccer team by helping me to improve my strength and endurance. My trainer Alex Leclerc was super helpful and motivating, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have never been regular in a gym. I was diagnosed with prediabetes in December. I have been training at Bois-Franc since January 2022. Seven months later and 17 lbs of fat down and a few pounds of muscle up. My last blood test shows very encouraging signs. It's thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff that I was able to achieve this result. Thank you so much for contributing to my transformation, you are truly the best. A big thank you to my personal coach Mrs. Cynthia Picard for her advice and encouragement, she is really talented for this job. 'I owe you this success, ma'am'! A special mention for Alex as well, his initial advice made a big difference in terms of motivation.

Positive experience: My former regular gym The cross-fit space is a huge plus and there are several racks for squats. It's a very good gym for conditioning training. For crossfit or powerlifting, it’s not necessarily the best place... Drop your weights and you will surely have someone asking you to stop.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years. I love how bright and open the gym is compared to any other I've been to. The trainers and staff are always friendly and competent. I also love their group classes, I just wish there were more of them! I highly recommend this gym, especially if you are in the neighbourhood.

Fantastic experience: Comparatively smaller as compared to other Nautilus branches but still very clean and well equipped. The staff is very nice and the best part is it has plenty of parking space. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever ! I registered for the boomerang membership then one week later they close due to COVID . I had a fraud on my credit card after that so it was no longer valid and I got a new one .When they opened back , I did not get any phone calls or emails saying that my membership is still going and that I need to provide a new credit card. So 5 months later they call saying I have to pay for these 5 months ( I did not go at all during this time) .Literally, they told me it is my responsibility to cancel , but I know from my experience with other gyms that's not true, it is their responsibility to keep me updated. Long story short, don't register with them, you can get 10x better customer service for half the price at other gyms . Seriously, very poor communication , any legit gym sends reminders on time not call 5 months later.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and the people who work there They were always helpful and my trainer Antoine is the best. Although I wasn’t an avid gym goer when they had to shut down the gym because of covid I was very disappointed and cannot get my groove back. I will be joining soon

Negative experience: this gym is the worst. i had my free trial, spoiler alert: never going again. when i went to the locker room to pick up my stuff to leave (which by the way do not have built in locks) i opened my bag and saw that my wallet was half open. the next thing i know, all my money was gone. i had 1160 dollars, and it was just all gone. my first reaction was to report this. instead of finding any way to help solve the problem, the worker who i had reported the incident to asked why i had that sort of money on me. i was also informed by the worker that earlier this week someone else was robbed of 500 dollars. clearly, this gym is letting incidents like this happen instead of strengthening the security system and making sure people's belongings are safe when they are working out. there wasn't even a security camera covering the doors of the locker rooms. and no staff member warned the public that theft is going on in the gym. find another gym to work out in, do not risk having your money or belongings stolen because of a place that doesn't want to insure the safety of all. thank you.

Negative experience: Worse place to deal with. They trick you into getting a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Then wont cancel the contract. We are in a pandemic all i wanted is to work out and now im stuck paying over 600$ and they wont cancel anything. Stay away . UPDATE. Followed your instructions emailed you and still not willing to cancel unless i have a doctors note. Long story short will never recommend service's

Positive experience: Dirtier than I thought. Since Nautilus Plus’s COVID protocols suck I bring my own rag (as do many others) and Lysol. This green rag was spotless before I used it to wipe off every surface I touched. And the included photo shows after.

Negative experience: When I went there the nutritionist Marie was very rude and unprofessional. She forced me to take a plan I didn’t quite agree on... I don’t suggest this place. The manager at the time, Micheal is quite arrogant and when there’s a problem he has no willingness to do anything about it, leaving the client without options as to what to do to fix it. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very clean and friendly staff. Good price and new equipments, including heavy dumbbells. I wish they closed at 10:30pm on weeknights instead of 10:00pm. Lots of parking. Very clean locker room. Great view from the windows. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bois Franc, since one of the centres closer to my home, shut down. I enjoy the natural sunlight when working out, the staff are polite ,friendly, bilingual and helpful when needed. Gym is clean and machines are always maintained in working order. My personal preference are the Bootcamp classes given by our favourite instructor and manager, Simon. We appreciate the time and effort that is being shown to us members, both in our BC classes and in the gym itself. Highly recommend this center!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. But I especially love it for the instructors I work with, who give you the desire to wake up on Sundays to make it to the Pilates class at 8:45 AM. They put their heart and skills into helping you give your best. The yoga and Pilates classes are SUUUUUPER and Eve (the instructor) is amazing. Her Pilates class on the ball on Wednesday mornings is FANTASTIC. Thank you, EVE!

Negative experience: Employee tried to fat shame and guilt me into taking a yearly subscription after I clearly said I only needed to burn off excess energy because I was off work for a few months following a very physicaly demanding job and wanted to stay in shape during that time between contracts. The guy kept insisting I was fat and needed to lose weight, continualy trying to push the yearly subscription on me. ....I weight 114lbs.

Negative experience: ANARCHY!!! PIRE services of Quebec!! To begin with, when I registered, I told Mr. Jimmy that it was possible I would move to Abitibi in 6 months for work since they don't have a branch there. I expressed my concerns about this, that I might have to pay the remaining months even if I was no longer in the region. I was not able to accept this contract if I later had to pay for 2 gym memberships since no matter the city, I continue to train. Mr. Jimmy told me that if I had a job termination, they could make an exception without issue and that I wouldn't have any fees to pay. But here I am today in this situation. I have called the manager several times with no return calls. He was supposed to send me a document that I would then forward to him. Instead, I am paying a penalty, which is completely the opposite of what was mentioned at the signing of the contract. What a nasty trick!!!!!!!!!!

Positive experience: I am generally very satisfied with this gym. It is a smaller gym so sometimes a lack of machines, but very clean and friendly staff. My only recommendation would be to somehow expand, but that would be difficult in this local. Cedric is an amazing personal trainer, I keep going for his great techniques and for helping me really enjoy the gym.

Positive experience: Very nice gym, even if some machines are hardly ever used by anyone to the detriment of some missing machines that are present in other branches of the Nautilus network. I raised a concern some time ago. The response was quite condescending from the employee.

Negative experience: Worst gym I've ever been to. Even though I have membership, I generally dislike Nautilus, but this branch and the one nazi employee makes this place the Planet Fitness of QC. Nautilus generally isn't a gym for competing bodybuilders... amateurs welcome though.
