Negative experience: Customer service leaves much to be desired, they are so mixed up...

Negative experience: I have pain in my spine (foraminal stenosis). I had made an appointment with the most qualified therapist. I had to wait a month and a half. A week before my much-anticipated appointment, they canceled it.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care from Tristan Fleury (physiotherapist). Unfortunately, he will be leaving the clinic. Thank you, Tristan, and good luck in your career.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic, the receptionists are efficient and friendly. A special thanks to Valérie (Osteopath) who has been treating me for over a year for recurrent musculoskeletal pain. Looking forward to seeing you again Valérie, your professionalism, positive attitude, and wise advice have always made our meetings very enjoyable!

Positive experience: I ultimately give a 4/5 instead of 5/5. I suffered a severe sprain, with a swollen foot and pain making life a bit difficult. I met Catherine Losier, an osteopath. Good vibe, very nice and friendly. She gave me good advice and a treatment that made a major change right from the first session. Between yesterday and today, there is a huge difference! The staff is kind. I even ran into a former politician, which I think speaks to the quality of their services. Admittedly, it’s more expensive than other places, but I needed quick service and they were the only ones who could provide it. However, I made a second appointment with a physio following certain recommendations. I won’t name names, but I strongly advise choosing the person you make an appointment with carefully. I did my research to know the experience of the person I was assigned to. I hesitated to go and I should have listened to myself. The person was very nice, caring, and had good listening skills, but kindness does not replace experience. I am well aware that everyone must start somewhere, and I have no doubt that she will become a good physio with time, but I really felt a lack of experience. This is a bit more delicate in health. Unfortunately, I feel like I paid just to express where I was hurting. I came out of the clinic with the same information and solutions I had already naturally applied in the first weeks of my sprain, except for one rather trivial thing that still felt good. I should have honestly made another appointment with the osteo. That would have been more beneficial for me. And I wouldn’t have felt like I paid for nothing. Moreover, I should have received a document with the details of very basic exercises to do, but I received nothing. And yes, I looked well in my spam emails and on their online platform. Edit: I received the document after doing this review. I still recommend Stadium Physio Montréal! But make sure to do your research according to your needs.

Fantastic experience: The administrative staff is courteous and professional. There is no waiting. Claudel is very professional, takes the time to check and explain. Really a nice first experience that builds trust from the start.

Fantastic experience: I started consulting following an injury to my arm (epicondylitis) and since then my situation has greatly improved. I am followed by a sports therapist and on-site acupuncture and I feel very well taken care of. Having many specialists under one roof makes everything convenient and effective.

Negative experience: Receptionist who allows herself to make faces and disparaging comments towards a potential new client when you try to explain your health issue, to rephrase a sentence... If customer service is not for you, change professions.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my first marathon at 41 years old, after SEVERAL injuries, and it would clearly never have happened without Vincent Adams. (I think that says it all!) Here you go!

Negative experience: Very, very disappointing, absolutely unprofessional. I made my first appointment online. I was called to cancel, then given another one at 7:00 in the morning. When I arrived, I was sent back saying that the appointment was not noted. If all services are like this, I have no trust in this place.

And thank you very much Marjorie Weber (physiotherapist), I finally had a good sleep after the first session with you. I can say that 80%of the cervical disc pain disappeared!!!!! The staff is so friendly and understanding from the receptionists to the specialists.

Negative experience: Very bad physiotherapy service. You pay money for them to ask you questions all session supposedly for an evaluation that never ends. 120 dollars for chit-chat. And the other sessions also had a lot of chit-chat, no work on your back even though it’s the doctor who urgently prescribed these sessions due to the incredible back pain. I will never go back.

Fantastic experience: I had such bad knee pain. I went to see Vincent, he's the friendliest physiotherapist I've met! Really attentive, he takes the time to help you properly and recommends functional exercises. In 2 weeks, the pain was almost gone 100%. I can start to think about my running again! By the way, the clinic offers a running assessment service that I will eventually go to, when my condition is restored. I recommend it! Oh and the staff in general is also very friendly! Fantastic experience: After several treatments that yielded nothing in different clinics, here I found my rare gem, Guillaume Hohly! He is by far the best physiotherapist I have met. He was recommended to me by several of my colleagues and truly he is worth the detour. Very professional, he knows his work perfectly and takes into account all the remarks made to him. Attentive and incredibly kind, he truly cares about the well-being of his patients. After only three treatments with him, I already feel a difference, knowing that I have fibromyalgia and my pain is difficult to alleviate. I highly recommend him as well as the clinic. My colleagues have also tested other physios and osteopaths there and everyone is very satisfied with the treatments received!

A friend referred me there and I am currently in treatment. After the 2 treatments, I could already see a difference. The entire staff is courteous, kind, and professional.
