The staff is empathetic and genuinely cares about your well-being. My follow-ups are still ongoing, and so far, I’m impressed with how attentive and thorough they’ve been in monitoring my progress. I’m currently being followed by Maxime Boulos for ergotherapy, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He truly listens to my concerns and the difficulties I face at home or work, providing effective exercises and strategies to reduce the pain I experience while performing chores or work-related tasks. Overall, Kinatex St-Jean has made the entire process smooth and reassuring.

Negative experience: I was seen 2 times by the physiotherapist Julie Bourbeau and then I decided to make an appointment elsewhere. At my 2nd appointment, she arrived really fast half an hour late and I only got a maximum of 40 minutes of treatment instead of an hour. Plus, I paid the full price of $110 for 1 hour of treatment. I find that unacceptable. My new physiotherapist charges me much less and I am very satisfied.
