Fantastic experience: I moved to Oakville from Toronto a few years ago. Originally I was concerned I wouldn’t find a quality gym here, but after some looking I found Muscle HQ. There are serious lifters / athletes at this gym but they were nothing but welcoming and helpful when I started. Whether you’re an avid lifter or just starting out, this place is for you. There is no ego here and everyone is welcome. I would highly recommend this gym for its many free weights / hammer strength and cardio machines. There’s even a whole section of the gym dedicated to leg development. You honestly can’t go wrong here. - Matt L

Fantastic experience: I loved the energy from the staff and the owner that I got while signing up for my membership. Very welcoming and down to earth energy. I was in town for a couple days, and found this place and was more than happy with my decision. This gym was clean and has alot to offer, for bodybuilding you have everything you need here! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, if I'm back in Canada I will be returning!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym in the Oakville / Greater Toronto Area (GTA)! Super spacious, high end equipment and machines, paired with an amazing community of fitness focused individuals! I find it super motivating to workout here :). Never feels too busy (even during peak hours), I’ve workout here 4-6x a week and I’ve never once had to fight for a machine . 10/10 recommend ✨

Fantastic experience: I am a competitive powerlifter and it's been hard to find gyms with the right equipment in Oakville. Muscle HQ has all the equipment I've been looking for, 24/7 flexibility, and some of the nicest trainers/management around. I also travel between US/Canada fairly often for work, and Muscle HQ is my go-to gym in Canada thanks its flexible, no-contract policy. I've done my research and for serious lifters in the Oakville area, there's truly no where better than Muscle HQ.

Fantastic experience: I still remember the day I entered the gym to inquire about membership and was greeted by the most cheerful person I know (anyone who workout here knows the person I am talking about). After first day of my trial period, I knew this was going to be my gym of choice. Following is what you can expect at Muscle HQ: 1. Judgement free environment that welcome and support people at all level of their fitness journey. 2. Great personal trainers. While the cost might be slightly higher than chain gyms, I can guarantee that the quality you will get will leave you wanting more. You get 1 hour free session with any of the trainer's. I trained with Bryan for 4 months. During that time I saw a tremendous gain in strength and about 25lbs overall weight loss. 3. No need of a gym buddy because anyone here will be happy to give you assistance during a workout. 4. Fair price for 24/7 access.

Fantastic experience: Very nice change from the commercial gym atmosphere. The staff are friendly, chill and very inclusive. If you are looking for a relaxed place to train (hard or just to get the blood pumping) I would say it is the best in Oakville.

Fantastic experience: So after working with Ali for a couple months I was very satisfied and happy with his service. He not only got me ready for my photoshoot but he also gave me a friendly nudge to compete again where I took second place and coached me through that as well. He saw potential in me that I didn’t think I had anymore. He was attentive, knowledgeable and his communication skills were nothing less then great. He explained and taught me the process he was bringing me through. Any questions or concerns he answered and made me feel better about the process. I have nothing but good things to say about Ali and I look forward to working with him again when he coaches me into my next show!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Oakville! There are no cardio-classes or any of the extras you find in fitness centres. It's just a pure and wonderful collection of iron that's waiting for you to move it around. The folks who work here are fantastic and the vibe is very welcoming. Also, the key fob for members to come at any time of the night or day is such a brilliant idea! No matter when you need it, Muscle HQ is waiting for you to show up! Perfect!

The staff at muscle HQ really goes out of their way to make the experience amazing for its members, making it a great environment to train. I honestly learned so much about fitness and working out after switching to this gym as the community there really builds their members up and helps one another if you ever have any question about machines, exercises, form and so on. They are also constantly looking for feedback from members to upgrade their equipments, and overall experience which I have never experienced from any other gyms. Overall, I am definitely here to stay and will continue to train here :)

Went from having an unstable knee after ACL surgery to being able to touch 10’6” on my jump. The owner even congratulated me on my achievement when he saw. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of many gyms from Mississauga (Movati), to SF, LA (Golds), Austin, Texas (Lifetime), you name it. Muscle HQ has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ali and Sobhi are super helpful and down to earth. They’re always working to improve the gym and take the time to cater to every members’ needs. The gym has transformed with new and better equipment in front of my eyes. The equipment is legit for any serious bodybuilder or fitness professional. You can even get a shake or a macro friendly meal on the way out. So many knowledgeable people there who can give you fitness and nutritional advice at any time. It’s truly been a life changing experience for me. Thank you and please keep it up.

Fantastic experience: Not having access to a proper gym since lockdown last November I was excited to be able to workout at MuscleHQ. I’ve only been a member for a little over a month however my experience has been nothing been positive. The communication when signing up was fast, friendly and efficient. Although I am probably in the worst shape out of everyone there, I throughly enjoy working out at MuscleHQ and find the atmosphere more motivating than commercial gyms. The staff and ownership are always friendly and appreciative of their members. The only reason I haven’t signed up for a longer membership is because I still have my GoodLife membership paused and once they open and my membership expires, I am definitely not going back to a commercial gym!
