Fantastic experience: Best massage I have ever had, as a person who has chronic pain and joint issues I can't recommend this place enough! They are so knowledgeable and inviting. I can not remember my massage therapists name for the life of me but she was phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Today I went in and had a deep tissue massage and I tell you these people know what they are doing. They got to the root of my pain and knocked it out of the park. I have not felt this amazing for a very long time. Also I went in the float tank after my massage and it is worth every penny. If you are looking for a massage that will actually help you this is the place!!! Also go for a float it is the most relaxing and rejuvenating feeling in the world .

Negative experience: Was about to book but can’t be more confused by the lack of management? Why doesn’t the google and website hours match?? The “parikrama team” section lacks life and is not even completed by the looks of it. Under the “wellness services” section there’s nothing. And you can’t even use the app link from the website. If you could just get back to me about the hours then i’d be happy to book.

Fantastic experience: Terina is a godsend in that she not only knows her stuff, she knows how to apply pressure! I've had a lower back injury since 2013 and I've seen multiple physiotherapists, multiple chiropractors, and the best they were able to provide for me were, band-aid, reliefs. 5/5 I would recommend Terina if you are looking for an RMT that knows what they are talking about.

Fantastic experience: I've had one massage here, and it was awesome! I literally fell asleep during my relaxation massage, lol. They also have a saltwater float room, which I have gone to twice. If is the most relaxing and mentally clearing thing I have done in years. My back felt better than it has in ages afterwards, and it just felt like all the stresses of the week melted away. This is definitely going to be a monthly event for me. I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Tereena and the staff are fantastic. Caring individuals who get to the root of the problems if you are having deep tissue issues. The facility is clean and friendly, and based on the results I have experienced, I highly recommend this place. Support local,we are fortunate to have the services that are offered here in Fort Saskatchewan.

Fantastic experience: Parikrama is the only massage place I am willing to go to. And I love massages. Ladies there know what they are doing, they absolutely know and understand human anatomy and love their job. The owner is amazing and her relaxation massages are a great flow of a hand pressure that is just about right but firm on tense spots on the body. I enjoy deep tissue massages also and Alex does a great job. Absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: The service was absolutely awful. I waited two HOURS for my massage, I alerted the lady at the front desk how long I’d been waiting and she told me to be patient and stop whining, 30 minutes later I reminded her that I was STILL waiting and she called me a racial slur. I’m absolutely disgusted.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Terina(the owner) for years now and she is my husband's and I's "go to" whenever I've found myself needing a deep tissue or relaxation massage. Terina can easily pin point my problem area, fix it, and also tell me how to prevent further injury/stiffness. She genuinely cares for her clients and her space is always clean and professional. She is my top choice, hands down.

Fantastic experience: Amazing ! I had back issues last year ( 2022 ) saw chiropractors and a massage therapist, nothing was helping! A chiropractor place in Fort suggested Trina for me. I called and booked. And my first session I went from barely walking and not being able to bend over. To completing my physical test prior to work the next morning. I went for a few more before the end of the year just to use up my benefits and they were amazing sessions. Felt great. In the new year I moved to Calgary, About a week ago my back had some sort of spasm. I came all the way from Calgary just to get my back fix. I have read a few of the lower rating reviews on here and I can assure anyone that those reviews are poorly written because I have told all my friends and family about my experience with this spa. (My mom is now trying to get in to help with her back as well). Thank you Trina ! I have also had a couple appointments with Alex and my experience with her is 10/10 as well ! As a trades person and relying on being able to move and lift to work and make money, when I’m worried about not being able to go back up to work and miss a paycheque but booking in, and knowing my back will be fixed gives me relief. You know this place is doing something right !

Negative experience: The owner is lovely and talented, but I have never been treated poorly by a massage therapist before coming to see one of her employees. She told me I was late when I was originally told 8pm on the phone (she said 8 and I sdded it to my calendar, then she changed her mind and her exact words were "try to be there at 7:45pm, 'name' leaves early"). The massage therapist's tone and disrespectful words and looks were not how anyone coming to massage therapy should feel. I felt most unwelcome. As soon as I entered, exhausted and stressed, she said "take of your shoes," as though I was stupid, when really I was beyond exhausted. When you come in for massage therapy, you come in hoping to feel better, not worse. I did not feel comfortable having her massage me. She said that we didn't have to, and I left. As I left, i heard her and the receptionist immediately start talking about it.

Positive experience: Great experience, will be back. The only thing that I would recommend is that your front end staff knows all the nuances of the process. She didn’t know how to use the shower and that I will need to figure it out for myself. Doesn’t seem professional.

Positive experience: The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all, she submitted to my insurance, told me I was 100% covered, I even double checked because I was expecting to pay but she said no insurance covered it all. She then called me back 15 minutes later to tell me I owed $70, and I would have to drive back to pay. The experience itself was amazing though, I really enjoyed it! Although when I booked, it said you got gifted a salt scrub, which I didn’t get .. But Alexandra was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have tried countless different ways to get relief from pain. Terina was AMAZING, she pinpointed where the pain was and worked on the areas needed. What a lovely person Terina is, we laughed together and cried together and she gave me some relief finally!! I will always go back! It was a New Year’s Day appointment which was amazing to be open on a holiday.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Terina when I had a closed locked jaw. She ended up releasing the locked muscle over 2 separate treatments, and a few days of rest. She respected my pain tolerance, and treated me and explained everything thoroughly. She truly cares about her clients, and getting them to feel less pain in their bodies. She is passionate about her work, and her strength is unreal. I am happy with the treatment I have received, and her care and attention. Her front end staff are friendly and welcoming, the clinic is spotless.

Negative experience: I've been going to Parikrama for years and yes they are great and i always refer my friends to them because they are the best in town until yesterday i asked my wife to call them to book my appointment because i was driving but i was the one who spoke with the receptionist sadly because i was busy driving i thought the appointment was for me but the receptionist book it under my wife. Came the appointment i was excited to see Terena but i was in shock the she was yelling at me. And saying i ruined the forms i was trying to talk to her why is she liked that and explaining what happened. She keep yelling why do i booked for someone else. I can't just book with others person name and just show up but in reality i was the one who made the appointment and she keeps yelling in me in not a very good way. I am very disappointed that i got that response from the owner itself. Very disappointed! I did not do anything illegal as i booked appointment for myself and not my wife. I am the one who needs help i asked your staff from yesterday on how i can reach you because i have questions that your staff cannot be answered. The fault is not mine there is miscommunication that you should address with your staff. Upon entering i insist to your staff that i want to talk to you first because i want to clarify somethings but she said the forms has to be filled up first. And as i walked i was on the phone calling Active Physio on what do i have to present to you for the claim. I chose Parikrama over Active Physio for massage even they are the one handling my insurance claim. Why should i pretend to be somebody when i need help for own body and not my wife and why should i pretend for what. I needed help because i had a vehicular accident. And what is the ground for Blacklisting our Family from your establishment and threating to sue for what? Instead of asking for an apology or explanation to address the problem and make it up you blacklisted us for a poor review! And i am not arguing i am just making myself clear. And if there is a miscommunication or something we can just fix annd not to the point i have to walked out because what you did to me is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful office with both a professional atmosphere and massage therapist. I asked for deep tissue and had specific problem areas. The followup after the massage was also very good, I was given stretches to do post massage and was guided through each one.

She thoroughly explained what muscles she was treating and what techniques she was using during the massage. Also incorporated stretches to do at home. You will hurt but in a good way. For some this may not be for you. With the practitioners at Parikrama they do an indepth consultation specifically designed for your body and needs. I have been going for many years and the treatments have always left me feeling relieved from all my aches and pains, even if its just a quick half hr to keep me going. I would recommend anyone, especially those in the trades to take the time and treat yourself. Your body deserves it. They understand the demands of being a tradesman and the consistant use of different body parts involved in the trades. I have been able to complete my daily tasks with minimal pain and soreness. The therapist's go that extra mile to ensure your bodies needs are attended to not because they have to but because they care. Fantastic experience: Went in for cupping treatment as my body is tight and my skin can be sensitive to the touch. Terina knew instantly what would benefit me and my needs. Her wealth of knowledge is incredible, and I appreciate that she takes the time to educate me. I love that I am my own individual person there, and not just another in and out customer. I unfortunately had a bad experience last time with a different RMT, but the resolution by Terina and her team was above and beyond. My excellent experience today is the reason why I believe in second chances.

Negative experience: Horrible disgusting experience here, I came 30 minutes early for my appointment on February 10th 7pm as I am a new client. As soon as I walked in the lady working came & sighed & said “just promise me not to go behind the counter” which really offended me, made me feel uncomfortable like I was going to steal, along the lines of profiling me on my appearance or something. I decided not to get the massage because of how offended & uncomfortable I was. Not even 1 minute after I left, my insurance was billed. (I will be phoning my insurance company) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, unprofessional & very rude.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional my wife had a terrible experience so much so I had to go in and let the lady working know that she would not be coming back in!

Negative experience: I'm sorry to do this, but I have to change my previous review (was 5 stars). I used to really like it here, but after my last appointment, I don't think I'll be going back anymore unfortunately. The receptionist at the front desk was pretty unfriendly. The massage therapist was fine, it's just that everything felt so terribly awkward for some reason. Once I was in the room, whoever was at the front desk was extremely loud, and I could hear their conversation throughout my entire appointment. Kinda inconsiderate, knowing someone is in the room right behind the reception area. I'm really not exaggerating, because at certain points in their conversation they were basically yelling. Makes it a little hard to relax when that's going on. When I came out, the receptionist didn't say anything to me really, just asked me for payment and gave me the receipt. No eye contact, no smile, no warmth... Such a change from the last receptionist they had (unless this is the same one and she used to be nicer). It just made me feel like, they sound like they're having a lot of fun but can't extend the same kindness toward patients as they do their colleagues? I don't know but, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: What a gem place this was to find. I'm a migraine sufferer and the last few days have not been good. I hadn't had a message in so long that I thought it might help. I was so happy to get in for a 30 minute deep tissue massage as well as an hour relaxation massage with Terina. Upon coming in I was greeted by one of the sweetest, friendliest receptionist Carly. I immediately felt a sense of comfort as well as how beautiful the setting was and extremely clean. I then was greeted by Terina and she went over her technique as well as asked questions as to what I needed. If there was an angel that day, it was her. Yes the massage hurt but it was a good hurt as I needed a lot of work done. It was comforting how she talked me through the deep tissue massage, telling me to breathe and explaining the technique she was doing. After leaving it's like my energy level and pain relief was immediate . My husband could tell the difference right away. I slept pretty solid for the first time in a while. I recommend this amazing place for how knowledgeable, personable Terina was. I truly can't thank you enough. By far the best massage experience I've ever had.
