Fantastic experience: Member since 2012 and I LOVE this gym! I've tried to change, but I always come back! The staff on-site are very friendly and always ready to help us. They have the appropriate training to answer all our questions about training and nutrition! Super clean place and pleasant atmosphere!

Negative experience: Don’t get me wrong everyone is very very nice, the employees are not the problem however, there should be clearer terms and conditions. I tried cancelling my membership 3 months later due to unforeseen circumstances but you can only cancel one month in which was not communicated to me. Anyways, I kept my membership which is not cheap ($50 approx. a month) but for this much, the machines are sooooooo old wow. There is one stair master by the way which I think is ridiculous. All the weights machines are outdated and for this much, you’d think they’d clean after you but nope you clean after you’re done. Regardless everyone should wipe after themself but for $50 a month I expect a little bit more than buzz fit for example. Even buzz fit is more advanced than these garbage machines. Either dave yourself the money and just go to buzzfit who also has better operating hours or pay a little more and go to prestige.

Positive experience: It’s my gym. Love the location… city views are great. There has been some new additions to equipment and changes to the space but the spin bikes are still not touched… it’s about time. Love the lighting

Negative experience: They lied about their services as a selling point and when we tried to cancel our membership refused. We followed protocols and threatened legal action and we're "allowed" to break our contract for an extra fee. They do not care about customer service and we recommend to avoid unless you know exactly what your needs are in terms of fitness. Can't say much about the gym itself.

Negative experience: Unfortunately by the time of the subscription it is sold to you that you can cancel your contract paying the monthly difference. However, my boyfriend and I have experienced a very different situation. He got some opportunities at work and with a lot of trips out of the city could not keep up with the gym. We tried to cancel the contract many times and it got refused. I don’t recommend Nautilus, unless you want to be locked and paying $60 a month without using their services.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your gym. In early February, I obtained a membership and sought clarification from an employee regarding the terms and conditions of the membership. Unfortunately, the employee failed to provide adequate explanations, and as a minor, I was not given a consent form necessary for my attendance at the gym. Additionally, I have been attempting to cancel my membership for some time now due to my busy school schedule. I was informed that I cannot cancel because of a one-month cancellation policy, which was not communicated to me when I signed up. This lack of transparency and poor customer service has been very frustrating. I am very upset that I have to continue paying for a service I am unable to use. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and assist me with the cancellation of my membership without further fees.

Fantastic experience: I love the Nautilus de Lasalle, I have a very skilled coach Samuel and also a team spirit among the coaches (eure) who are very competent and the group classes that are enjoyable and sometimes intense which make us push our limits. The welcome is very warm. And I recommend you to go try it!

Positive experience: It's an alright gym. Space can be crowded quickly, but equipment is spread out enough. Some staff are nice, some are less so. Although the machines are somewhat older, everything works perfectly and it's rarely broken down. In fact, in a year of going there, I think I've seen a single machine that was out of order. It was quickly fixed the following week.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. They will do anything to get your business, and leave out key pieces of information such as the fact that if you do not cancel within 35 days then you are stuck paying for the entire year. “It’s in the contract” — however it’s something you should probably mention to the person signing up. It’s a pretttttty important factor. Go elsewhere, these people are crooks.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym. There are two sections to the gym, a cardio side and a weight side. You can also make appointments with personal trainers or nutritionists. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and willing to answer any of your questions. There are also an array of classes that you can take as well. It's definitely worth checking out.

Negative experience: Unhelpful management I got a membership, after 2 weeks, I changed my mind and decided to cancel it. I went to the gym to do just that, I was met by an employee who 'didn’t know how to' and then talked to a manager on the phone saying that I had to come back later in person because 'no one else can do it' (nothing stipulated that in the contract). I couldn’t come back I had a flight the same day (I work abroad). He continuously repeated that I had to come back in person, and if I didn’t, I would get charged. I threatened legal action if I was charged after I explicitly said I’m canceling my membership. All that just for another manager to call 4 hours later and tell me we can proceed by phone. Manager flashing his manager status instead of giving options. Poor experience

Negative experience: My sister is under age, and they let her to register with my card, with out my permission. and they charge me for late payments over $150. thier service is the worst ever in my experience. really dangerous for kids. they don't even ask my sister if the card is under her name. so please becarfull with Lasalle Gym.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with my membership! The gym is clean and equipped with a variety of equipment, as well as a sauna. The group classes are great and led by excellent instructors. I appreciate the plan they have in place, where we can receive money back based on our attendance frequency. Negative experience: I was a victim of theft from my locker at the gym this morning. I only trained for 40 minutes and the thief had time to cut my lock and steal my gym bag with my wallet and credit cards. This is the first time I've been robbed in a gym. I have been working out for over 30 years and have been to dozens of gyms, and I have never been robbed. I believe that thieves frequent Nautilus more in LaSalle. Cancel your membership or do not renew at this center, security is nonexistent.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, fully equipped gym (except for power exercises that require throwing weighed balls.). They have a great selection of reliable machines and staff is very resourceful. They're always there to help with great advice, but the best thing is that they don't adhere to diet culture and, instead, they offer science-backed tools to help people achieve their healthiest.

But it is not a excuse to rip people they do not respect contract, they charge you without you consentement, they make change still charge money but never informe you. I went there to try to find a way to negotiate but they tool me in the most polite way they srew me and there is nothing i can do! I spoke with the manager and he told me if you call to make a complain at the customer service they will just transfer you too me and it will be an eternal loop because i wont do anything no refund no credit no delai. Negative experience: Lying employees, terrible management I’ve been going to this gym regularly for years, but I’ve recently had to move out of the country for work, and have a friend who agreed to take over the remainder of my membership (about 6 months). When I asked an employee at the front desk about this, 2 months before my departure, I was specifically told that it was possible to do so. However, when I brought my friend right before leaving to transfer the contract, the manager said there was nothing he could do, that the employee I talked to was wrong, and refused to work with me to make up for his employee’s mistake. So not only is this gym staffed with incompetent employees who don’t know their company’s policy, it’s also ran by a manager who doesn’t care, and refuses to own up to their actions. As far as the gym itself, I’ll let the other one star reviews do the talking.

Negative experience: If you want to be the client of this gym you have to keep an extra close eye on your personal belongings and don't put any important and valuable things in a locker. One customer asked the employee to break the padlock on my locker and he did it with no doubts and no confirmation or investigation. I was absent around 2 hours and my locker was unlocked I don't know how much time. And when I returned and found my broken padlock - the explanation was that the client couldn't open his locker thats why they opened. But he couldn't open because it wasn't his locker!!Or he(she) could say that he has no key (lost, forgot...), but in that case anyone can open your locker with help of employee of the gym, take your wallet, clothes, car keys and go out and disappear. Be careful always!

Negative experience: The two, formerly three, "manager-receptionists" are always very welcoming, smiling, and friendly!!! Zero condescension! It seems they love their job! (Seriously, guys, make an effort) Be careful, watch out for mold that sometimes covers the shower curtains and the walls that separate them, as well as the sporadic and sudden appearance of insects in the sauna... For the rest, it remains a Nautilus Plus. Love the franchise! Five stars, and this time, without sarcasm... nor sarcasm in sarcasm. It's true that I love the franchise. Space, good atmosphere, most of the staff are friendly with a few exceptions (who mentioned the managers? Too bad...), panoramic view of Montreal, serious clients, few "douche bags", quality equipment, etc. Expect to pay the price for this quality though: about $55 per month including taxes (minus $1.50 every time you go, excluding private services from nutritionists or trainers) Specifically, if you go only 3 times a week, it will reduce the amount by $18, so about $37 per month if you're consistent.

Positive experience: Good gym, good selection of equipment, competent trainers. But on the evening I forgot my shoes, I was disappointed. The closing time is 10:00 PM but there is no access or response after 9:30 PM.
Negative experience: Place is fine, but actual customer service when you call is the worst. They hang up phones to your face and they talk to you really rude. + Their super bad payment system sometimes unable to charge the payments and they come ask you for administration fees and threaten you with giving you to the collection agencies. Overall, with that lady at the customer service the worst GYM ever and we canceled all our memberships as 6 different people because of the worst Customer service lady ever. So if you don't want phones to be shut down to your face as a client, go to other gyms.

Positive experience: Been going here for years, it's pretty good, but careful for the mask usages in here. I saw two people today without a mask, and none of the staff said a thing as far as I saw. Aside from that, the place is exactly what you think it is, weights and cardio.
