Positive experience: Why are we charged for a follow-up? I did some blood work, my follow-up was about the results. We pay a whooping $250 for consults even though I am not a new patient with Sage and then pay for the follow-up. I was hoping that I will be charged less for the consult because I already am a client.

Fantastic experience: I came to the Kitchener location of Sage Clinic for a "Pampered Pap." Dr. Chueng did my test. She was patient and kind, and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Dr. Chueng explained everything that was going to happen. I never felt rushed. The clinic has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Making an appointment is easy. I was seen on time with no delays.

Negative experience: Avoid this place and look for other, more reputable clinics. Staff are unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant. They don't even follow their own COVID-19 protocols, specifically "wait outside until they are cleared to enter" and "educating patients on how to sanitize their hands, wear masks". I wouldn't trust any advice given by anyone on their staff!

Fantastic experience: I’m blown away by the incredible service and care I’ve received by Sage! I was experiencing some very troubling health issues and decided to phone as a new patient. Luckily, they were able to get me in same day as there was a cancellation. Dr Deanna was very thorough and helpful- I love her instructions on the Jane App! She was able to connect me with her nurse practitioner Tam the very next day! She ordered full blood work and contacted me on a Saturday to inform me of the results. She noticed my blood cells were off - and after assessing me, sent a prescription that evening. I felt that was above and beyond service and saved me the trouble of having to go to a walk in clinic! Totally unexpected and amazing care! Now I’m doing the IV treatments, and only after two I’m noticing an improvement. Megan the office manager is always incredibly friendly and helpful! I’m so grateful for this clinic!

Negative experience: i booked an appointment with dr deanna for initial consultation from 11:10 to 12:10 she showed up 20 mins late and and asking me to proceed further where as i don’t have the time anymore as i had other obligation at 12:10. I waited for this whole month. she calls me at 11:26 and charges my card on file which is unfair for the appointment as the she was late. If i would have been late even 2 mins they would charge me and mark no show and would never proceed further with me but it’s not the case with her. Avoid this place at all cost i wish there was -5 stars rating. recommending to never give them your credit card details they will charge you and not the insurance!!!!! Edit 1 : i think it’s better to cancel the appointment than no show. i never cancelled the appointment at the last moment. i should give slow claps to you people because the DOCTOR WAS LATE!! Blaming me that i have bad record with appointments. The audacity is that the doctor is no show and they are charging MY credit card for 245$ as if money grows on trees. I don’t even understand how you can argue on this part where they are fault. *professionalism left chat* UNFRIENDLY SERVICE.

Fantastic experience: So helpful with my knee, I loved the virtual appointment and not needing to rush to an appt during work, this type of set up needs to stick around, you do not need to drive everywhere! They carry supements and parking is just fine. So many treatments available! Rooms are well decorated and staff is fantastic ...get there if you have a condition that is not improving!

SAGE offered us a number of different services from diet, life style changes, acupuncture and natural supplements. We were finally able to celebrate our first born son via I.V.F. I just started seeing Dr. Heather Robinson for naturopathic care and she is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She even took the time to give me a quick call when I had some questions about the supplements she prescribed for me. I’ve also been seeing Jessica del Rosso for counseling for anxiety and she’s so down to earth and easy to talk to. She explains things in very practical terms and makes things easy to understand. I’d highly recommend Sage Clinic!

I see her for acupuncture currently and am really impressed at not only her abilities, but also how the entire Sage team interacts and uses each other's knowledge base to provide their patients with a truly holistic program.

Fantastic experience: I used to think of acupuncture as being in the same vein as voodoo, but after several sessions with Dr. Alaina Gair, my chronic back pain all but disappeared. For years I had daily lower back pain. I embarked on a quest to use every single practitioner I had benefits for. Whether it was the acpuncture itself, or the acupuncture in conjunction with the other therapies I tried (chiropractor, osteopathy, etc.), I got the results I wanted. Acupuncture worked for me, and I'd recommend trying it yourself!

Her vast knowledge in different alternative health methods includes naturopathy, acupuncture, IV treatments, and more. The staff at Sage clinic provide excellent customer service. A big benefit of this clinic is that they have quite a few different types of alternative health practitioners and they can refer to each other or consult (with your permission) with the team. Negative experience: I can't give a "proper" review as I called Sage and they refused to get in touch with my service provider to do direct billing. I'll try somewhere else where they dont mind doing a little bit of paperwork to help their customers.
