Fantastic experience: Gym that is very spacious and has different types of machines! For the affordable price, it's the best gym in the south shore.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and they have varieties of machines. Also great for people who want to work out late at night!

Negative experience: The private coach plays the music way too loud, it's almost impossible to listen to your own music with your headphones, the gym is inexpensive and the staff is very friendly.

Negative experience: First and the last experience: pay-$10-per-visit option. Reason: take a shower. And guess what, yeah - there is no hot water. Like at all. Only funny thing: mec at the réception like “ he could not possibly know about hot water, bc he was working there only his second week ..” probably gonna take him another week to learn that toilets in shower room are weeks dirty and stink. Resume: spent $10 just to learn that some poor gym doesn’t have hot water.

Negative experience: Leaving advertising pamphlets on people's cars (in their private parking lot, no less) is neither environmentally friendly nor useful. To be completely transparent, it does not inspire me at all to do business with you. Here’s what I do with it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with all the necessary equipment for weight training as well as for cardio. The locker rooms are clean. Also, excellent service from Mr. Salim. A courteous, respectful man who listens to the gym's clients. I recommend.

Negative experience: Very good gym, but it really should be 24/7; the number of clients would surely multiply, or at least close a bit later on weekends.

Fantastic experience: Hello! I went to the fit gym for the first time today. I had an excellent experience. The gym is very beautiful and clean. They have very good machines. I asked Eduardo several questions about the machines and he explained the posture, etc. very well. He is very kind, smiling, and attentive to my needs. I also tried my first iso shake with chocolate, mango, and banana. It was delicious!!!! Thank you to all your team and looking forward to seeing you again!

Negative experience: You call and no one can tell you the price because there is no one at the gym except a substitute. I wanted to take private training for a year, 3 times a week.. It disgusted and discouraged me. Don't go there. Not professional. I wouldn't trust my health to incompetent people.

Positive experience: Decent price, pretty clean, not too busy, friendly atmosphere, good choice of equipment but badly needs more weights and plates. There are only two 2.5lbs plates for the whole gym and only one pair of dumbbells for each weight level. Clientele is also hit-or-miss, people rarely reset their weights, most don't bring towels, a few work out in bibs. Overall a very good gym for the price.

Fantastic experience: I subscribed to Fitness sur mesure for a second year in a row. It's one of the most motivating, peaceful, and pleasant gyms I have frequented. I highly recommend you check it out. There is never much wait for the machines and they are varied. They have everything you need! I got to know the people in the neighborhood thanks to this place, which is always a plus when training and motivating each other.
