Fantastic experience: Was treated by Dr. Josh Binstock for a sprained MCL from a hockey injury in February 2023. Dr. Binstock is a pro, he was super knowledgeable, diagnosed it quickly and had lots of good insights. He provided me with initial treatment and a routine of exercises to do on my own. By the time I was back for my follow-up appointment, the strength and mobility was back and I was back on my skates within a few weeks. Additionally, the Aethos studio was beautiful and all the staff were really welcoming. Can't rate Aethos and Dr. Binstock high enough and strongly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with my trainer Emma at Aethos since May 2023. I can’t speak about Emma and Aethos highly enough. It is such a warm, welcoming, and motivating place. At a time in my life where I was feeling self conscious and unmotivated it did wonders for me. I’ve gotten into shape, built up muscle mass, and lost weight. I’m feeling so much better. Emma really knows her stuff and I’d highly recommend her. She’s such a knowledgeable, fun, and empathetic trainer. I also had treatments with Dr. Josh Binstock who is a miracle worker! I felt so much better after my treatments and the pain has gone away substantially. I also really learned great stretches and exercises to do inside/outside of Aethos. I highly recommend Aethos!! Fantastic experience: I've been frustrated with the progress of my recovery (torn ACL) and was referred to Aethos by a friend after attending physio sessions at another clinic. I could tell from my first phone call with Emma that Aethos was going to be different. I attended my first session with Chiropractor Dr. Josh Binstock and have new found optimism to get my knee/leg healthy and back to playing sports. Fantastic experience: Mark is simply one of the best trainers I've had. We've been working together for many years. It's been virtual training since pre-covid and I'm amazed how skillfully Mark conveys instructions, makes even the most subtle corrections, and gets results. His knowledge of the body's workings has been invaluable throughout, often getting me through golf-induced injuries. On that topic, I have been really impressed for his training expertise as it relates to golf. Plus, he's just a very wonderful human being.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Josh Binstock was recommended to me after I ruptured my Achilles Tendon playing Pickleball. His knowledge, experience and dedication to my treatment plan has been exceptional. Even though I wasn’t able to weight bear at my first appointment he started using Ultrasound and Interferential Current which has contributed to my healing. Now that I can weight bear, Dr. Binstock has added Acupuncture along with strengthening and stretching exercises. After every appointment, Dr. Binstock emails the additional exercises I should be doing and measures my progress weekly. I am very fortunate to be under his care as I feel my continued progress is due to Dr. Binstock’s commitment to helping me get back to living an active life style.

I have been through massage therapy and physio there and never had any issues whatsover. I am currently seeing Dr. Josh Binstock for a torn ACL and he has been very receptive towards my issues. He was very descriptive, provided me with a document of movements to help gain range of motion back and he has checked in with me to see how it was all going. In my eyes, this is exactly what I am looking for when it comes to patient care - defintely recommended. Fantastic experience: I went for my very first chiropractic assessment at Aethos, booked with Dr. Joshua Binstock. He's incredibly through with his diagnosis and figured out the specific muscles in stress and hurting, that has been the root cause of the backache for a long time now. I saw a noticeable improvement and relief in the very first chiro adjustment and the deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend him for anyone who has chronic back, leg issues that causes constant discomfort and chronic pain. He is highly knowledgeable & skilled and knows what he's doing! Apart from that, the clinic/gym is highly upscale, with great staff and Trainers. 5 stars to the service!

Fantastic experience: During covid I put on a considerable amount of weight which also left me feeling depressed and not motivated . My friend Graham McNabb introduced me to the owner and asked me just to try a few session of their personal training . At first it was hard to get motivated and I feared that I would quit after the trial period. The staff were so kind to me and only did what was in my ability . Soon I no longer felt out of place and the trainers were so kind and positive to me that I felt that I got excited to go . Today I am much more fit and going four times a week and feel absolutely fantastic mentally and physically. If your feeling down and unmotivated these people will definitely get you through some dark times like I did.

Fantastic experience: Had a chiropractic evaluation and treatment with Dr Josh Binstock on two separate occasions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He requested the X-rays from my family doctor. He went over the X-rays with me and discussed the treatment plan he had in mind. He gave me time to ask clarifying questions and answered them promptly. When applying the treatment he made sure I was not in excruciating pain beyond my tolerance level. I was extremely satisfied with the initial assessment and treatment and will continue with Aethos until the problem is resolved. The other staff members Emma and Yousef were professional, courteous and helpful. I will recommend my friends if the have similar needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Binstock is very attuned to his patients. I went in with a bum shoulder and stiff neck. He listened to me and was able to work through some knots (which I’ve struggled with for years) with deep tissue and special stretches. I really felt comfortable and safe under Dr. Binstock’s care. He knows how to read the body and push it to the perfect limits for chiropractic treatment. The quality of service and professionalism is better than other places I’ve gone to. From a previous shoulder injury to most recent jumper’s knees and shin splints, he has always been extremely professional, thorough in his assessments and given her the most effective treatment plans that return her to sport as quickly as possible, pain free. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Jordon because I was suffering with a migraine and neck pain. My main goal was to decrease my pain and improve my mobility, which he was able to help me with. His treatment was tailored specifically to my goals as he took me through active and passive movements. I was less tender following our session and my migraine was gone!! Fantastic experience: Aethos is an amazing training/chiro/physio/massage facility. It was recommended to me by a friend who I trust. I have been training there for a little over a year but I initially went because I had what I thought was a chronic lower back issue. Within 3 weeks & a combo of chiro, physio & training my pain went from a 7 out of 10 to a 2. Currently I have no pain & I no longer consider my issue chronic. All of the trainers & professional medical staff have impeccable qualifications which you can review on their web site. I train with Mark Baxter who is the consummate professional. He values form over reps. His knowledge, communication & demo skills are amazing. Not one minute is wasted. He delivers effective & efficient personal training. I highly recommend Mark & the team at Aethos - Oh & the facility including locker room, showers etc is beautiful & spotless.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about a place that I love but I hate at the same time! I love everything about working out here with the many highly skilled trainers but I have always had a disdain for actually doing the work to be fit. I have been a client of Aethos now for 20 months and have been religiously going three times a week with zero intention of ever quitting. They are more likely to fire me since I tend to complain a lot about working out…my bark is worse than my bite What I love most about training here is that you can work out with one trainer or can switch it up as well if you want a little variety. I personally tend to stay with the same person (yes Kevin that’s you in case you are reading this) but have also had great workouts with Deirdre, Mark, Kennedy, Emma and of course Josip (can’t forget that guy he is sensitive). I can’t forget to mention the other services Aethos offers including Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy to name a few. Great peeps in all areas and everyone is super helpful and skilled at what they do. In the 20 months of working with the Aethos team I have lost 21 pounds, went from a size 34 to 31 and gained a whole lot of muscle that I have never had in my entire life. I’m 51 and truly have never felt more fit in my entire life and without the Aethos team would never accomplished. If you are hesitant to get into a workout regime and like to work with a trainer this is the place for you. P.S. Besides the great people their change rooms are super nice and always tip top clean.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how much my daughter and I are loving our training sessions at Aethos. My daughter is laughing while working out and loving each appointment with Dierdre - kind, fun and devoted to my daughter’s well being and development. I have had bilateral partial knee replacements and bicep tendinitis. Working with Kennedy has been nothing shy of fabulous. He is cautious in developing a challenging yet attainable fitness program to help me regain overall muscle strength. The facility is spotless and bright and so inviting. All staff are kind and welcoming and al efforts to meet our schedule is so very appreciated. Thank you team Aethos:D
