Fantastic experience: I tore my shoulder about 2 months ago and had trouble with daily activities. David Zhao is knowledgeable, caring, and extremely patient during my recovery stage. With the help of his personalized exercises, my shoulder started to feel better after two weeks. After 3 sessions, I am happy to announce that my shoulder is fully recovered! After struggling with chronic low back pain and flare-ups for over five years, I had given up on my favorite sports and resigned myself to a life of limited physical activity. And believe me, i tried so many practitioners, sport physio, chiropractors ...you name it From our very first session, it was clear that Paul possessed both the expertise and the empathy required to truly understand and address my condition. He properly diagnosed me based on my symptoms and started a treatment that not only alleviated my pain but also equipped me with the tools and techniques to manage flare-ups effectively. Negative experience: The receptionist seemed quite unhelpful, even encouraging me to cancel my appointment. I wasn't even recommended this place, but it turns out to be such a disappointment. Maybe it's fake reviews bolstering the rating.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to PhysioSoortsMed to address various physical issues over the years. Most recently I had the pleasure to work with David Zhao. He took the time to assess the injury and set up staged approach to address. As I improved, he reassessed and assigned different exercises to target the remanding issues. After each session, David emailed me videos of the exercises which was very helpful and I didn’t feel overwhelmed. David is easy to talk to and has a calm demeanour and sense of humour. If you need to address a physical issue, I highly recommend David Zhao.

I wasn't expecting significant changes, but having received combined physio/massage treatments from Christine (physiotherapy) and Michael (massage therapy), I've already experienced improvement in pain/discomfort and function of the shoulder. Christine is thorough and takes the time to explain the technical aspects of treatment in a way for someone with no education/training in physio can understand.

I’ve been seeing Erica from last few months for my TMJ treatment. I must say my experience with her was very good, not only she diagnosed the problem but worked very well to cure it. Over the course of few sessions, I did see lot of improvement in my jaw pain. Fantastic experience: After seeing about over a dozen chiropractors over the years I can say without a doubt Dr. Erica Naclerio is the best chiropractor. She really cares about her patients. She takes time to understand what's going on and even spend time working on the muscle and joints that have issues. I was surprised when she checked my blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate - which Chiropractor does that! Unlike other chiropractors who rush through appointments with quick adjustments. Erica takes the time to use the full appointment to take care of you. The clinic itself has a lot going for it. It's easy to book on the jane app, plenty of parking, private rooms, spacious waiting area, a clean washroom and plenty of sanitizers.

James was always spot on with his treatment and exercises and he recommended I’d see Ansu for pelvic floor physio. Honestly, the impact that the pelvic floor physical therapy has is phenomenal. Fantastic experience: Pelvic Floor Physio provided by Ansu Matthews (Licensed Physiotherapist) has alleviated my lower back pain by 99%. She is very knowledgeable about how the muscles are all connected and helped me to better understand which exercises worked best for me. Wish I had started sooner! What a difference!

Fantastic experience: I've seen Trish on and off over the past year and a half for a tricky SIJ injury. What I like best about working with her is she doesn't mess around. My first appointment with her she told me she wanted to treat me and get me on my way; practitioners I've seen in the past have had me come back for many sessions, just to do exercises and things I could do on my own. Trish expressed right away that she didn't want to waste my time or money/benefits doing things I could do on my own. It was really refreshing to hear and she was true to her word; she treated my injury and set me up with a treatment plan to get me back to doing what I love. I'm a weightlifter and she never told me to stop doing anything (another common practice) just set me up with exercises to help strengthen my weaknesses and to adapt to my limitations. Even when I go too hard and end up back in treatment again she is very patient with me and my antics. She's great for explaining how she will touch you, what she's doing and why! The clinic is great too, efficient and always on time. Highly recommend .

Negative experience: Hope I could give a zero star. Have the appointment with Dr. Mike. Said it is 60 minutes and 30 minutes , but actually 50 minutes and 21 minutes. Horrible experience. Do the same procedure for three times, two times cost 120 dollar and one time cost 90 dollar. Call the reception, stating that for the time with 90 dollar, I didn't do the shockwave at all. I disagree and ask to speak to the manager as clearly I feel like I did the same treatment. Ironically, the manager changes the words and state that "I did do the shockwave that time, but the computer is on error and they just doesn't charge me that 30 dollar." Funny on how the manager and reception have different words. Anyways, have already cancelled all the future appointment and glad to stop wasting money on them. The difference in amount for money or less than stated time is not a big deal but more their attitudes on solving issues makes me disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Did I like my experience at Physio Sports Med of Oakville which started with a random appointment for a massage because I had sore muscles from a tough mudder I did weeks before and turned into physio sessions for a labral tear in my shoulder area. No - I didn’t like it. I Loved it! Here’s why: Consistent office efficiency - my appointments were always I on time. The staff are so friendly and they actually call you back when you leave a message THE SAME DAY! Who doesn’t love that? I’m busy and I felt like my time mattered. Shout out to Matthew my massage therapist. Matthew was my first visit and I felt so much better after. He asks questions explains what’s happening and gets the job done. I was very happy. I wanted to get my shoulder checked by a physio all of them sounded great - I chose Paul. Very happy I did! Shout Out to Paul. Paul asks a lot of questions to really understand what’s happening and diagnosed my issue right away, started treatment and I’m doing amazing. He’s approachable and knows exactly where the issue lies. I laughed a lot during my treatments. I was suffering for over a year with a hip, glute and hamstring issue and after one visit with Trish I was already feeling significantly better and was armed with a plan to heal. His understanding of the human body is extensive and I have never left dissatisfied - in fact he has helped me through a monstrous shoulder surgery rehabilitation, and now currently my knee from overuse at work.
