I have had osteopathy sessions (with Tahmina), acupuncture & cupping (with Daniela), as well as reiki (with Crina), in an attempt to manage my ongoing pain issues. Fantastic experience: I started trying acupuncture to help release tension in my body - I stayed consistent with it the sessions with Daniela and what initially felt like a few pokes has now turned into a massive release of stress and tension in my body with each visit. Most importantly, the practitioner I saw was a great listener, had unique and expert skills and was not rushed or distracted. Have booked two more appointments already.

Fantastic experience: I love seeing Daniela for acupuncture at Myofascial. For one she is a great energy to have around especially when receiving a healing treatment. She incorporates acupuncture, cupping as well as massaging to treat her patients. Just thinking about it makes me feel relaxed . Looking forward to seeing Daniela again soon!

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend a Reiki session with Crina. This was my first experience and I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. Crina was so kind and inviting upon arrival, creating a beautiful, calming, and relaxing atmosphere. According to Crina everyone’s experience is different. During my session, there were many different feeling going on, a sense of calmness, emotions and heaviness in various ways. After it was all done, I felt an emotional release and a sense of calmness within myself. Another amazing part is the energy Crina feels from you during the session , which she expresses to you at the end of the session. I feel, it’s important to approach the session with an open mind as there is no judgment, just free spirit. I highly recommend it as the experience was amazing, and I will definitely be returning for more sessions real soon.

I worked with Justin for 4 months and I had a profound healing experience which has alleviated years of pain and distress. Myofascial Release is a very effective treatment for chronic pain and chronic traumatic stress. Justin is—in short— a brilliant therapist, highly skilled with a deep knowledge of fascia and the mind-body connection. The learning has been immense. I left with a full resolution of the majority of my symptoms, improved mental health and the rest I manage through a MFR self-care routine. I’d also recommend investing in the Reconnect and Recover Course. It is a valuable self-treatment guide and resource and continues to be part of my self- care especially as I am no longer in Canada. Fantastic experience: I took my then 6 week old to see Justin after seeing chiro/osteo for tongue tie related tension. In just one visit we saw MASSIVE improvements in tension e.g. baby could move head left/right more easily. We continued to see Justin post tie release and saw improvements after every single session. If your baby is having any body issues I would highly highly highly recommend seeing Justin. He's extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through every step of the treatment as well as what he's doing and what is happening to the body as a result. Not only is it the best modality for my persistent, chronic pain, Tahmina herself is a gifted healer. She is well versed in her field, both understanding the physiology and the psychology of normal function and problematic pain, and she intuitively knows exactly how the body reacts to treatment. I trust her so much that I've brought my neurodivergent kids to see her for care, too. She is patient and gentle with them. She allows them to set their own boundaries for touch and is respectful of their needs, and in turn, they trust her as well.

Fantastic experience: I had double jaw surgery 3 months ago. I came after the first month of my surgery. I had no feeling in my face from my eyes down, and I couldn’t open my mouth, not even to fit a finger, and my muscles were pulling my bite were it was before surgery(underbite and deviated to the left). Immediately after my first osteopathy appointment with Tahmina, I could open my mouth to fit 1 finger, I could talk better and even smile a bit. Is been 6 sessions and I am feeling great. I can fit a hotdog in my mouth! My midline is again in place. I’m talking and smiling almost like nothing has happened. My face feeling is almost all back, Just my lower lip and chin are taking a bit longer. 200% recommend this therapy for DJS patients.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased that I found Tahmina and Myofascial Release in Mississauga. After only a couple of treatments - I was moving better and I’m in less pain. I can now get up off the floor in a more fluid motion which helps when you have a young grandson and a small dog. I’m sleeping with very little pain and stiffness. Still have a ways to go but improvement already after about 4 treatments has been significant. I’ve spent so much money on massages, Chiro and Physio and did not get much relief. Fantastic experience: During my 2nd pregnancy, I experienced a lot of pain while walking, sitting, standing and lying down. Yep, not fun. I wanted relief and for my body to function properly again, so I put out a recommendation search in a facebook group that I was in. A few places were mentioned, but Myofascial was the one that stood out to me, when I was trying to figure out where I wanted to go. I decided to book a massage therapy appointment with Nuala Ames. In my first appointment, she found all the places that needed attention and I felt so good after that first appointment. Nuala is just so calm and gentle, I looked forward to my appointments because I would get to relax and I know that my body would get the relief that it needed. She also gave me movements that I could do at home, to relieve my stress and tension. 2 months after my daughter was born, I suspected that she had torticollis, which caused her to develop a flathead. I decided to book an appointment with Tamina Hotak, who is an osteopath that treats infants. We started treatment in April 2023, and now my daughter's torticollis is resolved. Her range of motion is fantastic and her head shape is much better. Tamina was so good with her, and always told me what she was doing to help my daughter's body, during treatment. Booking appointments through their platform is so easy. The place is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. The only things I could complain about: 1. They don't do direct billing to your insurance-- honestly not a big deal though. 2. Sunlife doesn't accept some of their therapists. Thankfully, I am also covered under Manulife.

Fantastic experience: I have loved every treatment I've had at this centre. The myofascial techniques are so different from anything I've tried before and soooo effective. Above that, each practitioner has been kind, attentive, and professional. So far I've worked with Jaclynn, Shannon, and Justin, and wow! They took the time to understand my problem, answer all my questions, and even gave me at home exercises I can do with the ball which were so helpful when I had to be away for 2 weeks!

Negative experience: Super disappointed in clinic . I was looking forward to my journey , and wanted a specific therapist. Due to my work schedule and her schedule, it was hard to find spots/ openings . I ended up booking two appointments back to back on a Saturday (two different issues) I received a call firstly asking if this was a mistake . Which is understandable . However, I was told that this is not possible ? I asked if they could combine the two services then … And the receptionist Ivan /Evan ? Mentioned he doesn’t know. He was just told by “his boss “ to call to make sure the appointments wasn’t a mistake . He “asked his boss” and he said no . There was no reason given as to why I couldn’t have two appointments back to back . Am I not a paying potential customer ? I’m assuming they just want to fill the spots up with multiple people to make more money . Sadly, I can only assume this since no reasoning was given . We went through a few other days for another appointment. But as expected , they didn’t work . So I asked to cancel both appointments as things were already off to a bad start . A bit more communication , empathy from a clinic of this nature would be great ! Maybe update your website to say you cannot book back to back appointments. The only positive about this was that I found out relatively early enough so it gives me time to find another clinic . Before everyone is booked up .

Negative experience: I called to cancel my appointment with more then 24 hours notice. Not once did the lady tell me that I will be charged. Then I received a NO SHOW FEE charged to my credit card the day before my appointment. How is that legal? It didn't even happen yet!! I can understand the 48 hour policy. BUT. I THOUGHT IT WAS FINE WHEN I CANCEL BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING MENTIONED. It feels like I got stabbed in the back. I am sorry. I cant trust them.

Fantastic experience: Justin is incredible. He helped my son and I as I struggled with painful breastfeeding. He worked on my son when he was only a few months old and all of my symptoms were gone within a few sessions. Amazing! So happy and definitely recommend Justin and his clinic! Edit: Adding that I also saw Derrin personally with some chronic pain I was having and I already felt 80% better after only 2 sessions. He taught me so many new skills that I can use going forward to help manage my pain at home. Thank you Derrin!

Negative experience: Well, I contacted this location for a consultation and they got back to me asking for my availability, I provided it and never heard back from th again. Guess I'm looking elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my first ever visit with a physiotherapist, Justin Krull. I am a 43 year experienced chiropractor. Over the past 2 years and escalating over the past 2 weeks, I could feel my spine twisting and symptoms increasing. I was quite miserable with constant pain in several areas. Knowing that mental and physical stressors are likely causes, I wanted a physical approach to my healthcare; not a pharmaceutical one. Myofascial Release is very necessary for the information highway that is our nervous system and also throughout individual cellular health and communication. This clinic is a gift. Mississauga is lucky to have such an approach available right here. No need to travel to big cities and to the USA. The price for this high quality and highly effective care is very reasonable. I told Justin that all of my patients would benefit from his assessment and care. And I mean that.

Negative experience: Wish my experience was better after seeing how many 5 star reviews there are... Called in regarding lower back pain due to a pulled muscle while training at the gym and was referred to Derrin Kluth whom I was told was one the clinics more experienced myofasical techs. After my first session which was $180 I left with more knowledge regarding myofasical release, tips and techniques to do at home vs actual release work. The work done to me was VERY minimal and far from EXPERIENCED. I had previous myofasical work done at a different clinic with amazing results which I felt was worth the money but that wasn't the case here.. I was left with nothing shy of conversation and minimal actual body work. He seemed very confused and not all that knowledgeable in techniques.. I could of had anyone just dig into my lower back and stomach. Not worth $180 IMO

Fantastic experience: Nuala has the most talented hands ever! Her knowledge, warmth, and ability to release all stress is second to none. I guarantee, you'll not find a better massage experience with anyone else!!

Fantastic experience: I had several sessions with both Meg and Justin and they did wonder in improving my physical and mental well-being. I did the initial assessment and acupuncture and 4 follow up sessions with Meg and it was a game changer, my mood, sleep and digestion improved a lot. Justin helped with physical ache and mental energy/mood imbalance. I also brought my 4 year old and 6 year old kids and they loved him. They both were more energetic and atune to their bodies and emotions after the sessions.

Fantastic experience: Feel like they got right to the root of my pain and proved it because I walked out if there clinic twirling my cane instead of relying on it to walk! I know it will take a time and a number of treatments but I\m confident this is the answer!!!
