Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful scalp massage/treatment with Olivia today which far exceeded my expectations. First we worked on my scalp. We did an oil treatment which was soothing and nourishing and then a gentle exfoliation of the scalp. I have thick curly hair and was impressed that she didn’t pull my hair at all….even while brushing my scalp…I also love that they use Aveda products. She then was able to pin point some tension I was holding onto in my shoulders and gave me the perfect massage to help loosen those muscles. I felt a noticeable difference throughout the day…. Fantastic experience: I recently received a scalp treatment with Liv and it was phenomenal!! The hot oil mixed with the massage was luxurious. She was able to identify issues with my scalp and give me recommendations to improve my scalp health. After a wash and blow dry at home my hair had never looked better. I received so many compliments in the days following on the shine and health of it. So grateful for this service and can’t wait to be back!!

Fantastic experience: Really really amazing service. I got massage therapy for my lower back issues from Tomo Monsma and she helped eliminate so much muscle tension build up. I can’t thank you enough. I woke up with a lower back pain caused by sacroiliac dysfunction and now I don’t feel the pain/ tension any more.

Fantastic experience: I went for a well needed massage. I was late arriving as usual so my 1 hour was reduced to 45 minutes. However Tomo did such an amazing job I felt that I still had a thorough massage. The massage was deep and the right pressure which is key for me. Rebooked!

Fantastic experience: Nowadays there are tons of places to get a massage or any form of wellness treatment BUT you cannot find what Balanced Harmony offers. This place is Absolutely Phenomenal. Just the excellent reception I got when I walked in the door made me feel super at home & at peace & undoubtedly set the pace for this overall top-tier experience. My massage therapist Tomo is dynamic in the most subtle ways. Her deep understanding of the body & beyond the body shows her mastery of this craft. Success to me is when one's mind, body & spirit are on one healthy accord & for the first time in years I tasted that pure success again.. Even after the first session she diagnosed and targeted areas that have been plaguing me, I can’t describe how much relief I feel. I haven’t been worked like that in years and can’t say enough. 10/10

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting RMT. Starting from booking appointment to payment was quick and straightforward. The facility is located near to Whitby public library. The space is small cozy but very well maintained. It has a nice calm vibes to it added with some relaxing background music. My therapist Neela was very nice and professional, she performed a good service. I was feeling much better the next day, will visit again soon

Fantastic experience: Just had my second massage with Tomo; she is AMAZING!! She is so thorough and always checks in during the massage to see how I’m doing to make sure I’m comfortable. Fantastic experience: I found this place on Google as I was looking for an effective massage that would help loosen up some really tight muscles and knots. After reading many reviews, it seemed like Ruth was a fitting choice and she certainly set the bar. She was very kind and attentive to what my issues were and most importantly a very effective RMT. I love that she asked if I wanted a relaxation massage vs treatment, in which I responded both. She focused mostly on my back where she used many techniques that I have never received before to help loosen the muscle tightness. She incorporated the use of suction cups for my lower back and even stretched out my legs and hips!!! Some of the massages were quite painful and she was amazing with using distraction techniques from the pain. The person working at the front desk was also extremely kind. It is a well kept and clean location. I will certainly return. I would recommend booking now with her as she is booked up for the next few months.

In four to five treatments he went from barely being able to open his mouth to being able to eat a double burger and avoiding oral surgery!
