I was impressed that Trish had left detailed notes for Daphne, so she could provide the high standard of treatment I expect and have always received at Human Performance Centre, and thereby insured continuity of care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Carefully discussed my history, symptoms and intended outcome. Provided good advice, and hopefully I am on the road to recovery (early days yet!). On follow-up, progress was good, and new insights into the cause, based on evidence from prescribed exercises.

The staff are great, very friendly and easy going, they are able to rearrange appointment times, if needed, to accommodate our work schedule. Fantastic experience: Been here for 2 separate injuries seen both Trevor and Daphne and both were amazing to work with. Front desk staff are also all super friendly and helpful/accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Daphne knows her stuff! Through questioning and observation on how my body moved, made an accurate diagnosis of my sciatica pain. Her knowledge of acupuncture is solid, and the needles did their job painlessly. Her treatment plan of exercises worked to relieve pain. I'm so relieved and delighted to have her for a physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend. In 5 months I got my life back thanks to Trevor. I went from not being able to complete simple tasks like walking, sweeping and washing dishes due to back pain. He guided me through many exercises to strengthen my back. His kind and positive words kept me focused to push through and keep going. I know I will always have to work at this but I never thought I would get back to this activity level after so many years of pain. The rest of the staff there are also amazing to deal with. Always Friendly and happy to help.

My issues were resolved, staff are wonderfully friendly and the schedule of treatments accommodated my needs and were adjusted when necessary. Fantastic experience: These really understand what it's like being an athlete, running in particular. Our need to keep active for physical and mental health. I saw them during covid in person first and followed up with calls or video. The thing that struck me first off was the listening skills. Earle just sat and listened and asked questions concerning my issue. That is the most important thing for any healthcare practitioner. HPC is great.

Fantastic experience: Human Performance Center (HPC) has been my physiotherapy clinic for a number of years now. Whenever I do something silly to injure or tweak something when training I know that Earle Burrows and his staff are there to help me heal. I have done Virtual Physio with Earle on a number of occasions dating back to the very start of the pandemic in 2020. If you have not tried a Virtual Physiotherapy session I suggest that you look at this option. Earle and I worked together to rehab a couple of different training injuries and the experience was excellent each time. It was easier to find a suitable time in my schedule, the interaction was as personal as a live visit, and the instructions and coaching were easy to follow from home. I didn't need to worry about the weather, poor driving conditions and so on. From a convenience standpoint it was super. The levels of diagnosis and treatment were on par with what I would have expected from an in-person visit too. As we were communicating electronically, i found the follow up exercises in my in-box within a very short time of the sessions. As such it was easy to stay on-task with my treatment exercises. I am such a fan that, even when the pandemic ends, I can see using the Virtual clinic for future visits. It is also comforting to know that I can schedule a session from anywhere there is an internet connection and receive the care and support that I am accustomed to. I tip my hat to Earle and his staff for providing such a wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed! Human Performance Centre (HPC) has long been my primary ‘go to’ place for healing from an injury. However, I had never tried virtual physiotherapy. When I re-injured my knee and was offered virtual physio with Earle Burrows, even as much as I fully trust HPC because of my treatment experiences, I couldn’t imagine how virtual physio would work. It did - and FAST!! My knee was already feeling stronger by the end of the first appointment because of the correct diagnosis and recommended exercises. The healing continued each day and with each appointment, making adjustments and adding strengthening exercises. I didn’t need ultrasound as I expected. Instead, I received what I required through the correct diagnosis, the McKenzie method of exercises engaging me in the treatment, as well as the skilled and encouraging guidance of the physio, Earle. McKenzie trained Physiotherapists at HPC are worth their weight in gold! I highly recommend Earle Burrows and all the Physiotherapists at HPC, and McKenzie Method. Ask for McKenzie-trained Physiotherapists if you’re outside of New Brunswick and can’t access HPC!

Fantastic experience: My son and I were in a bad snowmobile accident in March, just as Covid was hitting New Brunswick. Everything was closing down, but we needed to have physio for our injuries. A friend recommended Earle to me and that HPC was set up for virtual physio. We both did our sessions separately on a secure network by video, instead of in person. He was able to treat us safely during this pandemic. Through his instruction, guidance, and coaching, Earle gave us the tools we needed to help heal our specific injuries. We are very grateful that physiotherapy was available to us during Covid. Earle was amazing! He was so positive and encouraging during every single session! He was available by email or text for any questions or concerns we had or even to give us praise when we achieved a goal in our healing process! We would highly recommend Earle and his team at HPC!!

Fantastic experience: Earle Burrows has guided me back from a debilitating herniated disc. My symptoms of pain and weakness were enough to limit not only my athletic pursuits but my day to day movement. The road back to competition in my chosen sport of Cyclocross seemed at points unattainable at the age of 66. Earle however assured me that a positive outcome was possible. I followed Earle's prescription of stretches and strengthening exercises and was quickly able to eliminate prescription NSAID and painkillers from my daily life. Earle's flexion exercises quickly minimized the disc herniation and a considered approach to strengthening my lower back had positive results. Over time I have returned to competition this fall and enjoyed an injury free cyclocross season that culminated in a National Championship in my age group. Thanks Earle for your care and concern. You are the best!
