Fantastic experience: An amazing team! I met with them during terrible pain and medications, degenerative discs and pinched nerves. They reviewed all my scans mri etc. I ended having spinal fusion surgery and when I got the ok after 8 weeks to start my therapy I received light laser therapy from Dr Katrina, massage from Grace, physiotherapy from Sneeha, hot stone massage with Daly. Continuing this regimen and recovering and feeling great! Taking no medications and have no pain. Ashley and Shannon have also been amazing. Grateful for my Kulhay wellness family! I did co-op at Kulhay Wellness centre in Erin Ontario when I was in grade 12 and it was an amazing opportunity to get to do my co-op placement here, I learned so many important things about life here and it set me up for an amazing future and got my life together now I’m in college working part time and I have my own car. I also got chiropractic work and massage therapy done on me here and it was amazing I always left feeling amazing and I will still being coming here. :)

Fantastic experience: For the past 2 years I’m going regularly to Kalhay Wellness to see massage therapist Nadia ,she is the best massage therapist i ever have,very professional and very sweet lady.I was always scared to try chiropractor but when I finally decided to see one and I choose Dr.Katrina it was life changing experience and now i see her regularly and i don’t plan to see different chiropractor,she has magic hands,she knows what she is doing and she is doing her job with passion and dedication plus she is so friendly and caring.Not long ago i went to see Physiotherapist ,her name is Dwijal and she is as great as everybody there .And overall atmosphere there is always super friendly.Can’t wait to see them my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Ashely has been awesome to work with! I'm a really private person - so finding someone I could trust was extremely important to me. I have been so frustrated with the broken medical system and their approach to medication as well as the food industry. Finding a nutritionist was the best thing I did for myself. Ashely puts her heart and soul into the work and I feel it in the way she tackles issues with an open mind, knowing that there's no 'one fits all' solution. There's always a multi facet approach which I really appreciate considering how complex and interconnected our bodies are. More over, I really value the open lines of communication between meetings where I can ask questions that come up and share my progress - something no doctor could ever give me. Perhaps the most important aspect of this journey to me is that I'm learning more about my body and how to care for it. This is truly priceless.

Shannon’s live blood and allergy tests are informative, insightful, and she is so very knowledgeable. Learning about my digestion has been transformative. The referral to Ashley, holistic nutritionist, was key to implement changes to my nutrition plans and after 6 weeks I’ve seen significant improvement in my symptoms. Ashley is caring, friendly and so supportive. She knows her stuff and has been encouragingly motivating.

Fantastic experience: Tabitha is the most amazing Massage Therapist I have suffered with lower back pain for years, regularly this has prevented me from doing the most simple tasks and caused immense pain. I have had physio treatment and used medication, but nothing really solved the issue. I stumbled upon The Kulhay Wellness Centre and Tabitha when I moved to Erin, but thank goodness I did! In three sessions she has (by some miracle) solved my chronic back pain. It is gone, I am so delighted. In addition she is a lovely person and the Centre is very well run, clean and easy to access. I can't recommend her highly enough.

It was most informative and absolutely fascinating to learn about the impact a healthy gut has on your health. Would highly recommend any seminars held in the future as I know they will be excel at anything they present.

It was suggested that I have laser treatments for a large surgical scar on my back that wasn't healing after 2 months and, after only 2 treatments, already it has become less noticeable and less painful. I was unaware that this therapy existed and I would highly recommend.
