Fantastic experience: We were referred to DW4K/Align by our dentist years ago and I'm so glad. My 7 year old had a molar pulled and after going through orthodontist to make sure her tooth didn't shift, we found out her lower jaw was shifted back so far it blocked her airway. I immediately thought she would need surgery to correct it but I was wrong. The team at Align Orthodontist used progressive treatments over a few years to gradually and painlessly correct her jaw shape. Now she's breathing properly, no more snoring, breathlessness or stuffy noses. And her smile is beautiful! Thank you to Dr.Gauman and the whole team!

Negative experience: I do not recommend both locations of Dental works 4 kids Last year, we had a horrible experience with this dental office in both Maple and Bramton locations. My 3-year-old son lost all the restoration teeth in 6 months after having cavity treatment. We even did a crown on the front tooth after the treatment as they recommended, but this needed to be extracted due to the cavity growing inside the crown with infection. I took my son to 3 different dental offices to hear some second opinions before extracting teeth. All the Drs said the same thing, that bacteria was remaining under the crown, therefore causing the infection. Even on the day of the surgery at the Brampton office, I had an extremely unforgettable, embarrassing experience in my life. When I was waiting for my son to wake up from sedation, one of the nurse started to explain about postcare. While I was listening, my eyes were on my son because he seemed to be starting to wake up from the sedation. Suddenly this nurse grabbed the cap I was wearing and lifted it to make eye contact with her. I had never been treated like this by anyone even though I was young. I brought this issue to Dr. then the nurse finally sent an apology email. I also complained about ending up extracting all the treated teeth, but this office requires us to pay in full, even including the extraction fee which was caused by their unprofessional work. Now my 4-year-old son needs to live without molars and front teeth for several years till permanent teeth grow. I tried to forget this experience but they still sending me email regard scaling and check up. If this happends to you, do you want to go back to your office? Aren't you guys follow up the patient's file? Stop sending me email !!

From the front desk to the treatment rooms, staff always go above and beyond. We live in Simcoe County and we drive down for our appointments. I refuse to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: We've had an absolutely wonderful experience with this dental clinic. Our 4 year old son went for his cleaning and checkup recently, and it was fantastic! Angie was our hygienist, and is so wonderful! She took the time to explain every tool to my son, and was able to fully clean his teeth. At the end of the visit, they gave him 4 coins to get some little toys from the vending machines they have in the entrance. This clinic is 100% geared towards children. My son still talks about his experience at the dentist, and asks when we will go back. We even received a letter in the mail from our hygienist, Angie, with some stickers, which our son was so thrilled about! I would recommend Dental Works 4 Kids 100%. Nothing but positive things to say so far! Thank you for being so kind, and getting my son excited about dental care.

Negative experience: Go in for $80 cleaning for kids, they upscale you on everything, X-ray, consultation fee, walk out $400… Also, they still FORCE you to wear masks!

Negative experience: Doctors are good but over the last 2 years my first child has had several issues with brackets and other braces related hardware breaking. Because of their inconvenient hours it is extremely difficult to get emergency help, if something breaks, I cannot leave a positive review. They need to hire many more people at the front to answer phones as it takes them forever to get back to you and their hours are very short. Unfortunately my younger daughter will have to get braces at a different dentist. Wait times to hear back are completely unacceptable. Very disappointed. I was warned by a few customers in the community but I did not listen. They did give me the best price but service is terrible. I should have paid 800.00 more and gone to a more reputable dentist with better working hours. It's a shame I have to leave a review like this because I am a big supporter of local businesses. But this group has failed miserably.

Fantastic experience: I got my pre-op consultation, wisdom teeth, and post-op follow up done here, at the Maple location. Best service, professionalism, care and bedside manner I have ever seen. Seriously! Every step of the way, I felt welcomed and reassured by all members of staff, clerical and dental. During the pre-op consultation with Dr. Biner, everything was explained so thoroughly that I didn't have almost any questions at all, and I'm someone who normally has bucketloads of them! Felt very at ease. The extraction (also performed by Dr. Biner, with assistance from a lovely nurse, as well as a dental assistant) also sailed by with no problems. I don't remember much due to anesthesia, but I do remember the impeccable bedside manner of all staff in the room. Finally, today I went for post-op follow up with a different practitioner this time (I'm so sorry, I do not remember her name :( ). Same amazing care! Hands down, recommend to everyone!

Negative experience: Took my 6yr. Old due to some work that requires general anesthesia. The examining dentist performed a quick look over (was billed for full examination) and then I was told that a dental plan will be emailed to me later. They also booked the anesthesia and procedure appointment right there on the spot. X-rays were not taken, and didn't explain or go over anything. The dental plan was emailed, however no one called or booked an appointment to go over it and address any concerns or explanations or give any options. How could a dental plan be formulated and procedure booked, without any X-rays or proper explanation of what needs to be done?? I called and asked for explanations and was told someone will call back....I didn't get any call backs. The only time I had someone call me back and try to explain anything is when they found out that I'm filing a complaint with the RCDSO. My experience was very unpleasant and I found them to be unethical and dishonest.

Fantastic experience: So friendly. I LOVED how the team spoke to my 5 year old daughter directly, making her feel important and comfortable. She loved the TVs with movies and everyone was so kind. My daughter was all smiles during her consultation for a tooth extraction and even handled the first time for x rays well without me needing to encourage her as the team was just so personal to her. Great place.

Fantastic experience: We love all the dentists and hygienists that work with our daughter. I wish I remembered all their names so we could name them all here. We 've recently been working with Dr. Jordan a lot, and we love him. My daughter still remembers one particular blond male doctor who made an impression on her when she was younger, but we haven't seen him since. All the hygienists are super sweet. My daughter really enjoys going to the dentist, and especially enjoys leaving with her toothbrush loot bag and choosing her toys at the toy tower!

Fantastic experience: Dental Works 4 Kids is a wonderful place for kids to receive loving support and guidance in their oral health. We are on a new journey of braces, brackets and expanders. Their staff explains the process clearly and with great care, relieving any stress on the part of our kids. All of the staff are really nice, friendly and genuinely care about kids.
