She genuinely cared and wanted to help the back pain I’ve been having for over a year. Not only is she trying to help but also referring to someone else that she thinks could help. I had an incredible first experience and felt like she really looked into all aspects of my body to find the problem.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend the staff here enough. Dr. Njaa is thoughtful and works on mobility rather than just doing the same old each time. My adjustments last longer as a result. And Ashley's curiosity and ability to find the true source of my pain has been a remarkable game changer for me. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Negative experience: In the beginning they were great but their service declined very fast . My SGI adjuster said that I was declined for services because holistic sent an email saying I was fine when I’m not . Was hit with double airbags airlifted full on recovery and I’m still in extreme pain so there was a miscommunication.So then my adjuster said that I can go back so I did call them to book an appointment and they still have never called me back ever . So Now my shoulder is beyond messed up and the holistic is lying adjuster is lying everybody’s lying and nobody wants to help me and I’m at no fault these places suck

Fantastic experience: Ashley was amazingggg. She is thorough and thoughtful and makes you feel heard throughout the massage. I feel so much better and she even spent an extra 5-6 min after my time was up to address a persistent problem area (which is very rare!). Probably the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and very informative, they were exceptionally patient with my hearing difficulties during the process as well.

Fantastic experience: Ashley was very attentive. She asked where my problem areas were and where I wanted her to work on and she did a good job focusing on those area. She didn't just run through the massage, she did some checks to see how I was feeling and to be honest, I felt a whole lot better after the massage and my neck doesn't hurt as much anymore.

There is other treatments in the same setting, which is fantastic.Im happy to have the treatment team I got, they are extremely knowledgeable and will help me get healed and back to my end goal.

Fantastic experience: Carly was wonderful. Instead of just cracking my back and sending me on my way, she talked to me about my body and what is going on with it in great detail. She’s warm, kind, and it feel like she really cares. Carly also helped to release some of the muscle tension around the areas before adjusting. Not a lot of chiro’s do that, and I feel it’s such an important step. I love that it’s a holistic practice. I love the warmth of the environment, and it’s so nice that the appointments are kid friendly. As a single parent, having to find sitters for everything can be difficult. I will be going back!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carly is excellent. She can do soft manipulation and still get all the kinks out. My migraines have disappeared since I started going to her. First for some major sorting out, now I’m down to maintenance visits every 6 weeks!

Kim Deschamps is a wonderful therapist! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly get the “holistic” sense after my first visit. She looks at my entire lifestyle when approaching my treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kim Fraser for physiotherapy. I cannot say enough good things about her. As an ultra runner I wanted to make sure that my running was sustainable for many decades to come! Kim took the time to watch me run, and we went from there. Kim has been fantastic at giving just the right amount of information. I know if I wanted it we could get right down into the details of everything and have a detailed training plan made up. Personally I am more of a go with the flow runner to Kim has been excellent at giving me just the right amount of info to improve. Even finding areas that I didn't even know I had weakness's, I have seen improvements since coming! I highly encourage any runner to come to Kim even if you don't have an injury you are working through. Kim may just help you find areas to strengthen you didn't even know :). If you do have an injury Kim is so compassionate, you will be in the best hands with that as well! Thanks Kim!!

She strives to assist her clients through her gentle effective hands on treatments and also encourages clients to consider their daily practices. She generously shares her resources ie/ Pelvic floor breath work via THE JANES Community she launched online recently. Her background in yoga and Pilates equip her to offer specific suggestions to best meet your needs. I am not a runner or plan on becoming one but am so fortunate that I was led to this compassionate health care provider.

She was excellent at explaining to me the problem and how a chiropractic adjustment would help. She explained everything before each adjustment, constantly checking in to see if I was ok. She made me feel safe. 24 hours after my adjustment I'm feeling much better and am looking forward to working with her to heal this and work proactively to prevent further issues.
