Fantastic experience: Visited PT Brett this week for my back and it was a great experience! Really felt like he took the time and effort to really help me find some solutions for my issue. I will definitely be back (no pun intended).

Fantastic experience: I have found the care I need here and made visits to PT Mark Jesney a part of my regular routine to address minor injuries before they become major. My fitness hobbies involve the level of flexibility beyond required for daily functioning. Mark helps me to build strength and stability for my athletic activities and really understand how to engage the needed muscles. I've got a lot of pain relief, but also improved performance. One problem with the place is parking. Not only it is paid (and not cheap), but the parking authorities also ticket relentlessly. I got a ticket 4 mins after my parking time expired. It would be fabulous if there was free parking for the clinic visitors.

Fantastic experience: I have have many a physiotherapist throughout my life... I am beyond happy with the care, knowledge, attention to detail, support etc etc from my physiotherapist!!! I have been seeing him since March after a shoulder injury.. yes at times I growl but I still have fantastic mobility and he explains everything during every step while I am patiently waiting for surgery. I will definitely sing the praises of here from the rooftops

Negative experience: Having an appointment at 12:20, showed up at 12, waited until 12:40 and then they told me if I can come another time because Mr John Roberts doesn't know how to do his job!

Fantastic experience: I went in with a knee injury from soccer. They were very quick at getting me treated/tested properly and getting me the info I needed for insurance.

Negative experience: Had to take a physiotherapy session. front desk of physiotherapy was not kind enough. they don't know prescribed service is covered or not by GSA health insurance. She failed to do direct billing with dejardins. they should know if first session is covered by GSA health insurance or not.

Negative experience: Very disappointing wouldn't recommend!

Fantastic experience: Quality of care is soo much better than past physiotherapist ive been to, so knowledgeable & actually spend the whole session 1 on 1 with you vs. Switching between patients. They direct bill & even put me in contact with the shoulder clinic. They have a good success rate for healing an injury with physio vs. Surgery, definitely worth the longer drive & paying for parking.

Fantastic experience: A knee injury is making my sport life miserable. Dr. Trinh did a great job in finding out the problem and went above and beyond to help me. I am currently waiting for surgery but knowing what the problem is, is already a big relief. The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: On behalf of our local minor hockey association, we engaged Kelly Anne Erdman to host a series of nutrition seminars for our young athletes. We broke the seminars into relevant age groups and Kelly Anne catered the presentations depending on each group's nutritional requirements and food purchasing / cooking abilities. The feedback was fantastic! The kids - even as young as 9 years old, were engaged and excited to learn about how the things they eat - when and how - all can play a vital role in their athletic performance. Kelly Anne was a great presenter for all of our age groups - she was engaged, excited and her energy was contagious for the kids. This was a fantastic program and we would definitely recommend all sports groups take the opportunity to work with Kelly Anne!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client here since the early 1990's seeing Kelly Ann, Dietitian / Nutritionist. In addition to Nutrition Advice, I do get Lifestyle Advice which helps me with my metabolic challenges. There was a gap in between when travel and career saw my health deteriorated. Since retirement about 10 years now, I am now a regular client and have lost my added weight (20 kg), reversed my metabolic issues and now in very good health. Kelly has my endorsement and recommendation.

Negative experience: A doctor here refused to include me in the conversation about my own injury, refusing to share details about her findings, not at all explaining the possibilities with my injury; even after three sets of diagnostic imaging. I was provided no reassurance, and the doctor was more critical of me than anything.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Physio Mike Azzopardi for his excellent service, attentive listening and kind encouragement to help me through a painful neck tightness Aug. 2020. Mike's massage skills along with the exercises he prescribed put everything back in order. He drew attention to my posture and gave good advice to improve that, too. I would highly recommend Mike as a Physiotherapist without any hesitation. Also...a special mention and thanks to Mark on Reception. His cheerful welcome and skill to graciously keep every client on track for what/when to book and how to pay, make any visit feel good no matter how desperate you may feel when you first come in the door.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the U of C's clinic. I went in for an acute injury which PT Mike helped me rehab quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I came in for pain in my knee, and Mike helped a lot with it. Aside from cupping and EMS stuff, he got me going on a bunch of exercises to strengthen not just my knee but other muscles in my leg to support it. The goal wasn't just to heal the pain, but to get stronger so the pain wouldn't reappear. I started seeing him in November & my knee no longer hurts. Excellent care overall

Fantastic experience: It's been just under a year now since I've have my shoulder surgery. Dr.Bois is awesome very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and doesnt rush you out. My shoulder is feeling better and alot stronger with no worries of it dislocating again. Brian at the front end is great and super respectful.

Fantastic experience: Kelly Anne Erdman is helping my daughter (15 yr old athlete) with nutrition and fueling for elite sport. We have been to many doctors regarding her energy and iron issues but Kelly was the first to indicate that there is definitely an issue and prescribe specific changes to deal with it. Huge relief to finally have a plan!

Fantastic experience: I came in with pain in my knee from running, and Mike explained it was not so much the knee as the other muscles in my upper leg which weren't doing their jobs supporting the knee. After two months of strength training my legs feel great and my knee is pain free. Excellent advice and support!

Fantastic experience: I've been living with a shoulder injury for almost 8 years now, and I went to doctor after doctor telling me nothing was wrong and that I could always just do physio. I was referred to Dr. Boorman who immediately took the time to tell me what was wrong, had surgery a few weeks ago and already i can feel the pain from the injury isn't an issue, now it's just the pain from the surgery haha. great team of doctors and surgeons.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Dani West, Physiotherapist. Expert diagnosis and treatment for tennis elbow. In a few short months and (5) treatments combined with take home exercises I'm back to performing daily activities and workouts free of any pain and discomfort. Competent, professional and friendly staff.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed after hearing great reviews of this place. I went to Rhonda after having heel fracture surgery in March. She usually had 3-4 other patients at the same time as me - ended up being there for 1.5 hours only to leave with two new exercises (which I already knew about from google) and 30 seconds of physical treatment on my foot. In comparison I've been seeing a new chiro, Bryan Myles, (not covered by Alberta Health, but way worth it), who is spending all his time with me doing what should have been done in the first place, treating - Mobs, ART, Graston, IMS, Laser therapy etc. It's sad that our health care system dumps patients to physio therapists when there are so much more qualified people available.

Fantastic experience: After seeing *several* physios and doctors who gave vague prognoses at best, Dr. McGregor almost instantly determined the exact nature of my injuries.

Positive experience: Got a referral to the Sport Medicine at the U of C but it took me 2 months to see a physician. I came 15 minutes early for the appointment and once I was placed in a room I ended up waiting close to 40 minutes before a resident came in. She did NOT know what she was doing and probed me for about 15 minutes before Dr. Wiley came in. He was knowledgeable and much more professional than his resident.

Fantastic experience: My experience at UofC Sports Medicine has been excellent. My physiotherapist, Mark, is professional and experienced in his assessments and treatments. I rarely need to wait, I get thorough care, and my conditions are usually healed within a short time. I have recommended this facility, and Mark, to friends and family who have also been pleased with the service and care.

Negative experience: I broke my ankle and decided to start my physio at the UofC sports medicine center. My first appointment with the therapist was average to say the least as I could have easily pulled all the information he gave me off google in 30 seconds. The therapist said he would be more hands on in the next appointment that he ended up canceling without contacting me. the male secretary informed me when i got there that my appointment was cancelled and wouldn't acknowledge the fact that they messed up and refused in any way to make it up to me (they charge 25$ if you cancel your appointment). Do NOT go here if you value your time and body.

Negative experience: do not go here, they have ZERO compassion, and was told that the only thing that was going to help me was physio which I cant afford....thanks for nothing

Fantastic experience: I'm in my early thirties and had my hip/lower back collapse for no reason. From referals around town, I saw Dave, a hip specialist, and he was able to spot my issue immediately and treat both the pain and the functional problems. He's really busy and has the goal of working himself out of the job as quickly as possible - so doesn't want to see you back for long stretches at a time, to give the exercises a chance to work. He's also good about looking for full "performance" (ie, being able to do sports etc, and not simply be only able to walk around) which I appreciated. I was seeing a different physio regularly for 4 months before going to him - she had helped, but couldn't figure out the root problem. He was also great at helping some preexisting neck problems.
