Fantastic experience: This was my first time doing yoga and first ever retreat. I felt that although it allowed for beginners like myself the structure was adaptable to include multiple levels. I felt that I got so much value from the weekend 1) insights into yoga and building a yoga practice 2) the learnings went from some history to diving into the physical mechanics and the overreaching benefits 3) the connections and meeting of the minds during the array of bonding and self discovery activities 4) the location was perfect - plenty of space, good accommodations, delicious nourishing meals, warm, cozy friendly environment that is connected to nature 5) the format of the weekend was a perfect balance of yoga, other activities and some down time 6) finally the teachers were top notch - professional, caring, experienced - they helped every participant to expand and go deeper at their own levels. I loved my experience. It was highly impactful for me personally and I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in exploring yoga as a practice or anyone who is open to self discovery. This retreat is much more than just doing a couple of yoga classes, it is a powerful, transformative weekend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time seeing an osteopath. It was a great experience and I’m amazed with the results after just 1 session! The whole environment was nice and very relaxing.

Negative experience: I would not enter into any kind of contract with this studio. I was verbally told about their cancellation policies and made a decision to sign up for a number of workshops based on this. When I could not attend, due to injury, I attempted to cancel. I did this over a month in advance of when the workshops were being held. Apparently I was told the wrong cancellation policy. Despite multiple emails explaining my situation and what I had been told, the studio refused to even meet me part way. They kept almost $200 of my money. A company who will not stand behind what their employees say, is not one I would trust in future.

Fantastic experience: There’s always a great energy at Energie en corps and that energie was more than evident this past weekend at the open house. The Barre class was challenging and fun! Time flew. I am happy to be back.

Negative experience: Condescending attitude.! A reputable business would honour an offer posted at the counter and AGREED TO by the desk staff. But after her staff took my credit card and started to process my new student pass, Rosel showed up and snottily cancelled the sale! That’s right, mid- transaction, she cancelled me because I had been to the open-house that day. Too bad her staff weren’t aware of this rule! Too bad she wasn’t friendly, and didn’t simply point out where this policy was posted or printed (it wasn’t ). A reputable business would have honoured a sale that their staff had started to process, and then posted the terms for the future. Instead she was short-tempered and condescending to me when it was clear that I had wanted to start going to this studio. Zero interest in joining now. I suggest Modo Yoga or Om west for better vibes, better service.

Negative experience: The receptionist(chinese lady) asked right away my credit card which i am just asking if there is an appointment. Its my first time to ask an appointment but the lady insisted my credit card before i make an appointment. I went to a lot of massage centre they never ask the credit card for an appointment this massage wellness i said i can pay cash or debit card but she insisted to get my card its like no way to make an appointment without giving them the credit card. Even i asked her this is the first and last appointment and take out my name and card but she still insisted to keep. Im not yet a regular customer but my impression is really not good. She kept my credit card against my will and put in their system.

Fantastic experience: I love the exercises and program as well as the instructor for the Barr Pilates class I did. The receptionist was also kind and friendly and I was relieved when I saw you guys have a water fountain as I forgot my bottle. It's the little things that truly make a difference.

Positive experience: Hello, very good massage. I would prefer not to be asked about tipping, which puts the client on the spot, right in front of the massotherapist. In fact, next time I would pay ahead of time. Also, at one point there was a lot of noise in a room close by (like a break room?). Not very spa-like.

Her touch during adjustments is therapeutic and she took the time to ask for our consent. Will definitely go back for her class.

Negative experience: its a garbage place the exercise rooms are too small and dirty. They dont let you cancel the membership, so once you sign you are stuck. Also there's no sauna, spa or any amenities whatsover, so really the extremelly expensive membership plan isnt justified at all. The staff are rude and don't answer any of your concerns the moment that you pay. Avoid this place completely. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Energie Encorps. The place is gorgeous, the energy is wonderful and the vibe is just what I am looking for. Can't wait to go back for yoga (although their online plateforme is so well done). I've also seen Stephane the osteopath and frequently go for massages (all therapists are attentive and caring but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be Anna ;-)!). They also have the most amazing app to book classes, appointments and workshops; it makes it all so simple. I am genuinely a fan. Try it and I know you will become a fan too!

Negative experience: Stephane Baudin is very competent, professional and knowledgeable. The best osteopath around. But dont forget your appointment because there are no excuses permitted, they charge the full amount directly on your credit card. For that simple reason, never again.

Fantastic experience: Il y a plusieurs années, lorsque j’ai commencé à pratiquer le yoga, je voyais l’asthanga comme une pratique de fous. Vraiment! Je m’étais dit : « Jamais, au grand jamais! ». Je préférais une pratique plus douce, plus "accessible". J’ai délaissé le yoga pendant quelques années, y revenant de temps à autre, toujours avec la même idée que les « flow » et autres power yoga n’étaient pas pour moi. Depuis que j’ai repris plus sérieusement il y a deux ans, j’ai tranquillement essayé de varier ma pratique. Il y a quelques mois, j’abordais la première série ashtanga à l’intérieur d’une classe de style Mysore, à mon rythme. Un peu gênée de demander en quoi cela consistait, une de mes enseignantes m'a encouragée à essayer. Dernièrement, j’ai participé à mon premier cours ashtanga dirigé. Non sans modification, mais en suivant le rythme du cours, à mon grand étonnement... . Moi qui m’étais dit « jamais » ! Semble-t-il qu’il ne faut jamais dire jamais. Car, bien que j’aime toujours autant les pratiques plus lentes et douces, je me plais de plus en plus dans une séquence plus exigente. Et ça, c’est grâce à l’accueil, l’enseignement et l’ouverture de l’équipe d’Energie EnCorps, plus particulièrement à Rozel, Melissa et Natasha. Vous m’avez guidée, pas à pas, et permis de développer ma confiance au point d’amener ma pratique là où elle est aujourd’hui. Mais plus encore, vous ne faites pas que dire que le yoga est accessible à tous, vous le concrétisez. Là où certains ne s’en tiennent qu’aux mots, vous permettez, de par vos enseignements, à tout un chacun de participer à vos classes avec confiance et surtout, avec plaisir. De par votre générosité, votre ouverture, votre compréhension et votre enseignement adapté et personnalisé à chacun de vos étudiants, vous nous permettez véritablement de grandir.

The place has a very nice, calming but at the same time energetic atmosphere.There are two studios, both very spacious and bright, and a huge common area. The staff is very professional, extremely friendly and open-minded. In EnergieEncorps they offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels of students from the beginners to the very experienced ones. After each class in this studio I feel filled with a good energy, positive mood and willingness to come again and again! Definitely would recommend this place to a friend.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Energie encorps since it opened 3 years ago in Kirkland. I have always been an avid Zumba fan and decided to try yoga, which I love, so now I do both. Teachers are incredibly talented and always pleasant and willing to help. A great atmosphere for anyone wanting to give it a try. I also had a chance to attend a nutrition workshop there and it was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I joined EnergieEnCorps for the 200hrs yoga teacher training in 2016-17. There is so much to explore throughout this Ashtanga YTT. It is a great opportunity to connect with others who are committed to learn and grow both spiritually and physically. Fantastic experience: I was very interested in learning more about yoga before going to Energie Encorps. Once I tried out the Sunday Ashtanga class with Rozel, I was hooked. She has a great knowledge of the practice and helped me become stronger and more flexible through the classes. I even tried out other teachers like Melissa, Isabelle and Carlo and was very happy with them too. It has been over 6 months I have been going to the studio. The staff and even the other participants are very friendly. I would recommend you try it out. You got nothing to lose since your first class is free anyway.
