Fantastic experience: My mom has been telling me to visit Peak Performance for years now. I am delighted that we finally decided to make the decision to choose Alex and Hanna for our initial Chiropractic appointment. They instantly established a positive connection with my 7-year-old daughter, who was the patient of their services. She was at ease in their presence, and they took care to thoroughly explain her diagnosis, the treatment process, and any necessary follow-up. I did not feel pressured or hurried in any way, and was able to confidently ask questions without any sense of condescension. We are thrilled that my daughter has finally found relief for her neck discomfort, after struggling to identify the cause for an entire year. I highly recommend their services. Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Peak Performance months in advance due to limited availability. I received reminders a week and 48 hours before, but just 3 hours before my scheduled appointment, they canceled on me. Now, my appointment is pushed back by another month. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. People plan their schedules carefully, and a last-minute cancellation is disruptive. These are important medical treatments, and the clinic should take responsibility and prioritize those who’ve had their appointments canceled. Very poor customer service

Fantastic experience: I’m engaged in some physiotherapy with Sandy Buck. (Doctor prescribed.) What a guy! Sandy explains things in logical, understandable terms as he goes. Exercises make more sense when you know precisely what the goals are. Very nice vibe all around. Amazing and efficient reception staff too!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Peak Performance enough. Alex is an incredible Chiropractor. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and has great tips. I just had a massage by Emily and I feel like I could literally float away. All of my aches and pains are relieved for today, and we have a good plan going forward. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I came today to the Cambridge Medical Imaging Centre for an x-ray. It was great that they are open on Saturdays. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I got assisted right away. The female radiologist that assisted me was awesome (sorry I forgot her name). She was very professional, caring, helpful and efficient. The complete process since I arrived didn't take more that 15 minutes, maybe less. I fully recommend this place, totally worth it

Negative experience: Neck/shoulder injury. I wasn't impressed with the level of physio treatment I received or should I say lack of treatment. The therapist pulled my head a couple of times turned it to the left then right, gave me a couple of stretches to do and sent me on my way. My shoulder issue wasn't even looked at. No heat/ice, no creams, no ultrasound or ems/tens machine used. The receptionist was very nice unfortunately that's not enough for me to return. I highly recommend Queen Square Physio. Apologies, the tens machine was used but only because I asked about it.

Fantastic experience: To be honest, before I discovered Peak Performance, I was unsure about chiropractic care. Alex has completely changed my mind. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and is a valued part of my health and wellness practices. His entire team is friendly, professional and helpful. Terrific clinic.

Fantastic experience: Alex is amazing. I've been in 3 car accidents in 3 years, none my fault - hit by bus, T-boned and someone ran a red light and hit the side of the car. It's a long and lengthy process but I always leave being able to walk and function like a normal human being. Alex recommended that I start acupuncture with Mark to push the healing process and its definitely working. They always manage to squeeze me for an appointment even if its last minute.
