Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin with Pure? I was honestly nervous about seeing a chiropractor at first. A few years ago, I was in an accident and have struggled with neck stiffness, frequent headaches, and trouble sleeping ever since. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Mike, and I got the chance to tag along to one of her appointments. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. From the moment you walk in, the entire team at Pure is incredibly welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and even remember your name—it really feels like they care. I’ve now been seeing Dr. Mike for a few weeks, and I’m so happy to say my headaches are gone and my sleep has improved significantly. The care, attention, and customer service at this practice are truly top-notch. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Unprofessional, disrespectful, and thoughtless!!! At least when it comes to applying for work at the company. When you are short listed, interviewed 2 times and then made to do a practicum and written tests, and you dont even receive an email back saying the position has been filled, really? Guess I'm happy now that I didnt receive the receptionist position if they are that insensitive to ones time and energy put forth!!!.

Fantastic experience: Where to start!!!???❤️❤️❤️ Not just chiropractic!!!!! After my car accident last July (and with some challenges already) I decided to go to Pure. It’s not just chiropractic! (Although Dr. Mike is awesome and Dr. Scott too! They compliment each other.) They do everything on site which really really helped my stress. Regular assessments and measurements of progress, scans with the cool laser, X-rays, detailed notes and charts all on computer, physiotherapists, massage therapists, the best and busiest office ladies. A calm family feeling professional setting, where you know everyone cares, or they just wouldn’t be there. They are a team and I cannot thank them enough. Even if you need an emergency adjustment, they fit you in. When my 9 year old son (who loves going there also) came home from school with his neck stuck to one side barely able to walk, we jumped in an Uber and away we went to Pure. Anyhow, that was amazing; his expertise and experience of many decades shines through. The way they are just affects everyone so naturally that I’ve come in so many times depressed and hurting and feeling alone and I come out feeling happy and light. So beyond thankful I found them and I will miss them so much (as we’re moving away.) Thanks you guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott is extremely efficient and is so chill it cracks me up. I’ve been going for four weeks and feel better than prior to my injury, my masseuse went DEEP in the deep tissue massage and the receptionists are always down to earth and smiling. It’s been brief so far but I genuinely feel like one of the gang when I walk in. Would highly highly recommend anyone visit for anything health related

Fantastic experience: I and my entire family have been regulars at Pure for probably close to 10 years. Dr. Scott expertly looks after us with regular tune ups as well as treating sports injuries and injuries due to MVAs, among other things. Josh is a massage wizard/surgeon. I highly recommend him. All the staff are brilliant, friendly, and beyond capable in all they do.

Negative experience: Was misdiagnosed for my treatment plan, after a few adjustments I could barely walk and sitting was painful. Turns out I had a bulged disk which they made worse and given sciatica which greatly decreased my quality of life for 8 months. Once I gave up on the chiropractor I went to their physiotherapist, I would see a kiniseologist before him and they said I needed to stretch more, then the physio would say I had a bulged disk and shouldn't over stretch. It was confusing being told contradicting advice. My experience may just be an anomaly, but going somewhere with mild back pain and leaving with extreme back pain is not something I'd recommend.

Negative experience: I originally started using Pure a few years ago and really liked the Chiropractor that I was seeing at that time. For the life of me, I can't remember her name. Anyways, she left and went back to Ontario. I was re-assigned to another Chiropractor. I saw this guy 6 or 8 months ago and wasn't impressed with him then. Today, I went back again. He was 13 minutes late, and my adjustment was 3 minutes. I'm not sure what $ amount they billed my insurance company but Pure definitely came out ahead in that deal. I won't be going back, nor will I recommend.

Negative experience: I was a patient here many years ago (went there for back & neck pain). I was promised an effective treatment, but after dozens of visits over the course of many months, nothing changed for me. I remember usually spending 15-20 minutes inside a prison-like box they have before the chiro would let me into his "treatment" room and then it would be less than 5 mins is so-called adjustment. After exhausting all my benefits, and spending hundreds of dollars of my own money, I expressed my concern and disappointment with the lack of results, Scott Rude (rudely) implied that it was really my fault for not doing (enough) of their daily "exercises". I have up on this clinic thinking chiropractic is quack-science, but then I went to a good chiropractor at someone's recommendation and realized these folks at Pure don't really know what they are doing (but they are good at taking your money). I would recommend folks in Red Deer to not spend your precious resources but go to a competent chiro. (I also notice they keep having the negative reviews removed by paying professional companies. Not cool)

Fantastic experience: Before stumbling upon Pure, I spent over 20 years with frequent migraine headaches, averaging twice a week, from getting whiplash in a car accident. My (incompetent) family doctor said there's nothing that can be done. My local chiropractor (and every other one I visited) just gave me a quick crack or two without knowing or caring what the issue was. It felt better for a day or two, then the pain would be back. Then I started going to Pure, got a full assessment, they showed me stretches, and their chiropractor started working with me. Within a week my headaches lessened and finally stopped, I feel 20 years younger, and as you can imagine, my quality of life has improved drastically!! Pure has changed my life for the better. This business has such good vibes, the front desk girls are so helpful, caring and positive, it's a happy place to go. I'm incredibly grateful for this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Mike has the best staff and chiropractic service you'll need. I injured my shoulder and honestly thought it would never get better. His recovery plan has fixed and changed my life for the better, and you definitely can't forget about Josh who is a newer massage therapist but the best massage therapist I've ever had. Don't let his size fool you he will change your life, and a personality that makes you instantly like him. I won't go anywhere else. Definitely need to stop in here, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott is great and helped reduce the pain in my hip area. I just wish i could stop falling so i didn't have to go see him to fix stuff! Lol Megan the receptionist is amazing too. She is always so cheerful and loves to say hi and see how you are doing. I look forward to saying hi to her each visit. I always feel happier after a quick chat with her. Her cheerful attitude rubs off on you.

Fantastic experience: Parking is kind of a pain.. being right downtown isn't great for parking anyways, so that's kind of a gimme.. **Updated to 5 stars, as I was informed that they have free parking behind the building!** Super modern and clean place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Massage, chiro, etc. Check them out!

Negative experience: Friendly staff but when it came to stop appointments they would still schedule you in with no notice as well forget to add your kid(s) to the insurance then bill you later.

They truly do care about your overall health and well being. I was referred to Dr. Mike by a friend who is a long time patient and I'm forever grateful I took the advice.
