Fantastic experience: I have had many chiropractors and other bodyworkers helping me since I fell on the ice in 2012. Dr. Stacy is quite young so at first I wondered if she had the knowledge needed to help me. She has been more effective in treating me than many bodyworkers who are far older than her. Dr. Stacy is the chiropractor my body needs - she does extensive muscle work and uses physical adjustment only if needed. This makes sense to me because if it's a tight muscle that keeps pulling the skeletal system out of place, then it's the muscles that should be first addressed. When she does use physical adjustment, it is the most gentle I have every received and my body responds very well because I don't tense up as much in expectation of the adjustment. Dr. Stacy is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am so relieved and pleased to have her as my chiropractor.

She was able to help me get rid of my mid back pain, which has greatly impacted my quality of life. Fantastic experience: I was having shoulder aches and back pain due to house shifting and moving. I searched online and this clinic had good ratings. So, I tried myself and came across positive conclusion. They have some of the best RMT’s. Lisa helped me in curing my back stiffness and shoulder pain and she made sure I am feeling better with every visit. The clinic is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the team at Inspire Health and Wellness. Tim gives an amazing deep massage that produces excellent results. Dr. Shannon is incredible. Using a combination of techniques, her treatments are very effective and she ensures you understand what she is doing, why and how you can also help yourself. From Samra in reception to all the practitioners, this is an amazing clinic. I would have given more stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. Dr. Terra really takes the time to listen and examine your body. She combines accupunture and soft tissue movement with chiropractic care. For me this is important because it provides me the most pain relief. I've never waited more than 10 mins for an appointment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Positive experience: The only thing I wish is that I felt more taken care of on my return visits. Seems like more of a routine then an individual need adjustment.

Theresa Chartrand, the registered massage therapist I visit has helped me in many ways. Yes, she can give a massage to simply relax you, but her skills and knowledge go far beyond the basics and I am grateful for the help I unfailingly receive from her.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Shannon Viana for more than 5 years. I was with her before she opened her own practice and continued on with her when she started her new business. Dr. Viana is highly skilled at what she does. She's very personable and works amazingly well with my 22 month old son (who absolutely adores her!) She has corrected many issues with me such as tendinitis and neck and shoulder pain from working at the computer. I was also in a car accident in 2013 and worked with Dr. Viana to quickly recover! She worked with me throughout my entire pregnancy and post-delivery alignment (my hips are now happy!). I continue to see her for regular maintenance. Shannon has been there for me when I hurt my back at home and needed immediate care. My son also started seeing her when he was just one week old and continues to go for regular check-ups. My husband also sees her on a regular basis. I cannot recommend Dr. Viana enough. I can tell you from first hand experience (after many years with her), she cares immensely about both her patients and staff. Cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Shannon!

They’re knowledgeable as to what’s causing the discomfort, and offer practical tips on how to strengthen or stretch to help with prevention. Shannon has a great group at Inspire Health and Wellness!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Inspire for 3 years and have had an excellent experience with every visit. On occasions when I need to bring my children (ages 1 & 3) to appointments, the entire staff is gracious and accomodating, especially Dr. Viana. I have recommended Inspire to several friends and family members, each of whom have been more than pleased with the treatements they received. The staff at Inspire really go above and beyond for their clients and I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Jessica Smith, RMT has been so helpful and attentive to my injuries after my car accident. She has given me so much insight on how my body is reacting to the trauma! I was very stiff and sore before my first massage with Jessica and after just one massage my range of motion was back and my pain was almost completely gone! I couldn't believe it! Jessica has a really great personality and she's fun to talk to during a massage if you prefer to chat. She's always available for appointments when I need them! She awesome at what she does and I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS FACILITY This facility has some serious issues. The owners are awful. I guess this is the reason not only the practitioners move often, but the receptionist leave quite often too. There have been several changes in practitioners and receptionist in the time I have been there. They cannot retain talent which is why the competent practitioners leave and not so competent are left behind. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY

Fantastic experience: Very experienced and professional clinic - I recommend Dr.Shannon.

Negative experience: I started going to Inspire last year. Although my RMT, Margery Thomas, was excellent, I found the owner of Inspire to be unwelcoming, and I noticed there has been significant turn-over of staff during the year I was a client. Because of this, when Margery moved on to new opportunities, I elected to stay with her as an in-home client, as I did not feel there was another RMT at Inspire I could trust with my healthcare needs. The owner's also did a very poor job of informing clients there is a security camera recording them in the waiting room - it has been there the entire time I was a client, but only recently did they put up a sign.

Negative experience: I have been a client at Inspire since 2013 and have seen four massage therapists, none of whom still work there. During this time, at least four other RMTs I was not seeing were hired and subsequently left Inspire. The significant and frequent turn-over in staff make me question the quality of management and how they prioritize the continuity of my care, and the health and wellness of their own employees. The treatment rooms are nice, although they are not very sound proof - you can hear everything being said in the room beside you, which raises concerns about confidentiality. I also find the security cameras in the room to be concerning. They have been up for around two years, but only recently did the owners put a sign up indicating they were recording audio/visual of their patients in the waiting room.

Negative experience: I use to really enjoy going to Inspire, however there have been a lot of changes in the past year. The two practitioners I was with, as well as the wonderful secretary, are all no longer there. I also had a strange experience with the owner the last time I was in. She was sitting with and training the new secretary when I was checking out. Despite me trying to chat with both of them, the owner did not acknowledge me, staring at the computer screen instead. It is sad to see these changes, and that I no longer feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Inspire are so amazing! Dr. Shannon treats our whole family, including our new baby, and she is amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend Inspire to everyone!

Positive experience: Easy to find location and nice waiting area. Massage room is a good size, not claustrophobic. I booked with Teresa for Massage and she is terrific, really gets to the heart of my complaints and offers take home information.

Fantastic experience: I've had several wonderful experiences with Margery Thomas. She took the time to fully assess my concerns and employed several methods to make sure she got to the root of the problem in a way that worked best for me. A very enjoyable experience :)

Negative experience: I had a very negative experience being massaged by Margery Thomas, RMT. First of all, the session lasted for a maximum of 40-45 minutes, but I was charged for the full hour, even though I arrived 15 mins before the start of the session. Secondly, the main area I wanted to get massaged was my back, shoulders, and neck, but I spent the whole time lying on the back. I was expecting to be either in the sitting position or leaning against the bed. I didn't feel that she was professional at listening to the client's needs. Lastly, I clearly indicated in the form that I was in the second trimester, but she originally thought that I was either 2 months pregnant or was expecting the second child, which shows that she was inattentive. I would not recommend this specific therapist to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah Connors is a very knowledgeable Naturopathic Doctor. She is kind and patient with my children and we have seen such improvements in our health since being with her! Inspire Health and Wellness really is a one stop shop for our physical wellness!

Moreover, she took the time to understand what motivated me to book a massage and after my massage provided me with tips to help alleviate my shoulder and neck pain. Fantastic experience: The service I have received from Alyssa (RMT) at Inspire has been great. I came to work on persistent headaches that I have been having from neck tension. In addition to an excellent massage, Alyssa provided some great insight about improvements/lifestyle changes I could make at home to also help the headaches. After 3 sessions my headaches have all but disappeared, and I will continue to seek service from Inspire to maintain these improvements. Would highly recommend this business!

Fantastic experience: Talisa is a great therapist. I foolishly forgot my appointment today, luckily she was kind enough to still squeeze me in a bit later. Talisa's expertise and passion for her job reflects in helping clients like me with chronic shoulder/traps/elbow pain and she knows exactly how to treat them. I definitely recommend her as well as other staff like Dr. Conners and Alyssa, all of whom I had treatments with. Inspire Health & Wellness has cozy and relaxing ambience that I love + great staff = awesomeness!

Most other places I would have to wait for a week or two before a spot is open. Inspire had the resources and flexibility to get me in right away. Also, their service is outstanding. Fantastic experience: When I walk into the door I feel like I am carrying my car instead of having parked it! As I enter the room I already feel relieved by the warm reception offered. Then after a brief sitting I am escorted to a very relaxing room where .again, I already feel better and I haven't even been touched yet. With no rushing involved I am left alone to prepare for my treatment and shortly afterwards it begins. I am then treated to my pre discussed type of manipulation, as thankfully I am given choices. Fantastic experience: I came in for a massage with Laurie Knarr. At the time I had a terrible headache due to issues at the base of my neck. Laurie worked her magic as usual and I walked out feeling much relieved. By the evening I was pain free. The new Inspire clinic is so peaceful and calm. I was immediately welcomed by name by the receptionist. As well a very nice lady sitting in the waiting room said hello and I then found out that she was a new practioner in the clinic. If anyone would like a positive and professional experience please visit this clinic. Ease of parking and no steps helps to make it a win win situation.

Her treatment resolved the pain in my shoulder and she gave me a stretch to do to help loosen the tight muscle. The service was very affordable, especially with my benefits. Fantastic experience: I love coming to Inspire Health and Wellness. The service before and after my treatments is always very efficient and very friendly. The office itself is very inviting and relaxing, which is a great environment to walk in to. My therapist (massage) Tim is wonderful! He always makes sure that I am comfortable, and I always feel great for weeks after a treatment. He also gives me things that I can do at home, by myself, to make sure that I continue to feel great. Fantastic experience: The environment at Inspire Health and Wellness is warm and friendly, but what is truly excellent is the quality of care provided. I've had many injury concerns through my life, but Dr. Viana is the first practitioner I've worked with that truly cared about the root cause, helped me understand the root cause and the importance of doing my part in the healing and ongoing maintenance required. I've recently also worked with Shawn Sandhu to deal with specific muscle issues as part of the therapy I'm receiving. Shawn has taken excellent care of specific muscle problem areas and it has been a great benefit to me that the practitioners work together in resolving my challenges.
