He helped me so much, he is very knowledgeable, has so much experience and he explained me everything about my problem. He gave me some exercises to do at home and after only few days already felt a relief. I trust him completely, I never met a physiotherapist so good, He is the best. I highly recommend to go to him.

Fantastic experience: My experience in my recovery from a total hip replacement has been excellent with the treatments from Ina, who is the Osteopath at the Aurora clinic. She is extremely knowledgeable and very hard working. I have confidence in her work since I feel some immediate improvement as she encourages my body to heal correctly. Fantastic experience: Love this clinic, I first came to Gemini for Sharon Li for physiotherapy recommended by my friends circle. She is very knowledgeable caring and passionate for treating patients. My kids love her, my daughter sprained her ankle, and after first treatment, she felt much better. Then I come to her for knee problem and my son’s arm shoulder pain. I later learned their injury prevention program. I love Tara, I learned so much from the one to one yoga training. I learned how to balance better and hold my core tighter. The way Tara communicates makes it easier to put it into practice. It is totally different experience compared to group class. Recently. They moved to the new location, 5 mins further north for me, but I would still come to visit. They make this place very clean and tidy and I love the drawings on the wall. I had massage and chiropractic treatments here too. All amazing experiences.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ellen Henn for physio therapy to regain range of motion in my arm after major shoulder surgery. Ellen is very knowledgable and has many years of experience. She is understanding and has given me great advice on how to exercise at home - even suggesting alternate exercises if the suggested exercise is too painful. She helps releasing tension from muscles and tendons that cause pain, through assisted movements and treatments, such as acupuncture. I have seen a really great improvement and am very grateful for her help. Thanks also to Alla, who is always so friendly and has assisted me in scheduling my various appointments. Fantastic experience: What an amazing first chiropractor experience I had with Dr. Kyle Chung. As you walk in, the clinic is very clean and inviting. I was called into Kyles office very quickly, and the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in good hands. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the pain I was having and did a very thorough analysis to determine the exact issue alongside some questions. After the analysis, he quickly got to work on the issue through a deep tissue massage. After the treatment, he incorporates stretching and workouts I need to do in order to heal the problem, which was very insightful. I know any pain/ problem I have now who I'll be going to. I truly recommend Dr. Kyle Chung to anyone seriously thinking about the betterment of their health and longevity.

Fantastic experience: I had a flare-up of my right foot pain from previous history of plantar fasciitis and Achilles injury and I was looking for a physiotherapist in the area. After reading the reviews I was encouraged to seek treatment in this clinic. Sometimes reviews are spot on and sometimes they're not. In this case, they are spot on and much more. Ellen has been incredibly helpful in my recovery process. She educates you and then actively treats your ongoing issue. She then proceeds to give you home physiotherapy exercises which will help in the healing process. There is no hard sell on any items or treatment which may not be necessary. She simply does what she thinks is required and makes you feel like you're truly getting the best and honest treatment that you were looking for. Furthermore, the receptionists are wonderful and accommodating. I'm extremely happy to have found this place and I highly recommend Ellen to anyone who needs a very good, capable and honest Physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: After having gone to so many physiotherapists over the years because of severe osteoporosis and injections twice yearly to avoid broken bones and hopefully build bone strength, I finally found a place that shockingly helped me in just one session! Ken is amazing. After the first visit I was already feeling better. I went again today for a second time and although I’m a little sore from the manipulation just as I was the first day, I know I’m already better than I was when I started. I was given only 1 exercise for my issue and doing it at home diligently has made a huge difference. This office, unlike most others, does not push for follow up appointments which for me at least, is a sign they are not trying to just grab my money. I did book another appointment in a week but I’m unsure at this point if I’ll even need it. They are also very accommodating and do their best to ensure you can get an appt if needed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Ellen Henn, a registered physiotherapist, cured a muscle ache I suffered (on and off) for seven years. I highly recommend this clinic for massage and physiotherapy - ask for Ellen, she is very competent and a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend Sharon Li for physiotherapist. I have been under her expert care for three weeks now, seeking treatment for injuries to my hamstring and knee. My knee injury, resulting from over-exertion during cycling, had been causing me persistent pain for over a year. My hamstring injury was the result of a fall, leading to discomfort while sleeping. After eight physiotherapy sessions with Sharon, there is a discernible improvement in both conditions. The pain has significantly subsided. Her treatment has made a notable difference and I'm continuing my sessions with her for complete recovery.

Fantastic experience: Two weeks after my pelvic fracture, my doctor recommended Gemini Physio, best decision I ever made as Joseph was able to get me walking without my walker after the first session. Second session walking now with a cane. Massage therapist Hallley also very instrumental in my recovery as I continue to recover. My first impression was amazing friendly people who treat you like family. Will continue with my healing and therapy here.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Alex for the first time 6 months ago. Had been suffering from back pains since 1992 after working in construction and moving. Over the course of these years I have went through countless therapists; medicine - alternative or otherwise; chiropractors and such. Nothing worked for an extended period; and it was not uncommon for me to be out of commission for a week twice or three times a year. Alex did the impossible but the most amazing thing is how he did it - he did not offer me to come see him for 12 sessions, like most of them. He worked with me on finding exercises I can do myself to work on my problem. Now, 5 months after the actual diagnosis I am as good as new - back to boxing and walking, helping around the house and helping my friends moving furniture. I am feeling way better and confident than I did most of my adult life. Can say for sure he absolutely changed my life. Thank you

She is very good at adjusting pressures and using heat, stones or even cupping on request. The clinic is very nice and has a lot of very thoughtful details. He was incredibly patient with me and took the time to educate me on preventive health while also treating my symptoms. I’ve already referred Gemini to family and friends and will be back there.

Fantastic experience: Gemini helped me more than any other clinic. Firstly, I did all my sessions with Alex remotely due to Covid-19, and I was completely happy with the service. I had a chronic nagging pain in my left rib cage, and other physiotherapists weren’t able to identify the cause or solve the problem. Alex knew right away that it was caused by my work setup and ergonomic issues, and worked with me to make sure I set up my desk properly. He gave me manageable exercises and stretches to do and made it really easy for me to understand when and how to do everything. I was headed for unnecessary carpal tunnel surgery, when Alex figured out that the numbness in my hands originated from a pinched nerve in my neck and had nothing to do with my wrists. He prescribes appropriate exercises to deal with the problem.

He is honest and ready to help in any way he can. He has helped me with my intense back pain while I was pregnant and after giving birth. He also saw me immediately this winter when I slipped on ice which allowed for a quick recovery. 5+ stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Alex was great, he really helped with my knee injury. He gave very concise instructions, a minimal number of excercises to solve the problem, and educated explanations on how each excercise would help. Fantastic experience: I'm very active and have worked with LOTS of practitioners on everything from minor to major injuries. Alex is the most knowledgeable, well rounded, and practical physiotherapist I've met! He takes the time to understand the root cause of your symptoms, teach you what is happening in your body, and what to do to correct it. I've also taken my teenagers to work with Alex for everything from basketball to dance.
