Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Menzies for several years now, and every visit has been worth my while! Chiropractic has helped me with back pain, sports injuries, concussion recovery, and so much more. The practitioners at My Integrated Health Clinic view health from a functional and holistic perspective, and they seek to treat an issue at its root rather than just treating symptoms. They have helped me through many injuries, and with consistent treatment I feel my health is far more resilient.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team! I've been to chiro before Dr. Greg and didn't have a great experience at 2 different places. But a friend convinced me to try one more time and Dr. Greg here was amazing. He had alternate ways to help my neck that were gentle and he aligned my hips which were 1.5" lopsided!! At a desk job, these adjustments changed everything with chronic pain I had. I also have been getting deep tissue massage there and they are excellent. They listen, they care and they have many ways to help. Thank you Dr Greg, Elise, Simone and the team.

Erika e mails me reminders that it is time to come in, and it is always so easy to book an appointment when you need it. Dr Menzies is much more than a great chiropractor. I’m so happy he is part of the clinic as I do not like massage therapy and acupuncture is my replacement . What he does is magic. It works, every time. No matter the issue. Fantastic experience: My sisters recommended me to come to Dr. Menzies 5 years ago and I'm so happy they did! I was in a minor car accident 6 years ago and I started feeling super tense and sore in my back, neck and shoulders a year after that. But after coming to Dr. Menzies my spine has be straightened out and it's so much easier to move around with my body feeling better. Also the staff is so accommodating and sweet. Ray, the massage therapist is the BEST deep massage therapist. She always makes my body feel better, and relaxed. Erika at the front desk is very friendly and efficient. She is great at her job! So joyful. The waiting room itself is so welcoming and I usually end up visiting with at least one or two people.
