Hi Farida, sorry you feel this way. You were given Sigvaris socks which are an industry gold standard for compression hosiery. We also gave you a replacement pair which you told us fit and delivered them to your door so you wouldn't have to make another trip to the clinic. Most clinics do not assist clients with their product claims, but we try our best. And we are currently still assisting you with your claim. Alternatively, you are able to submit the claim on your own. Best regards.
