Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic business in Saugeen Shores. There are so many great services all in one building. Specifically, both my kids have seen Tony and I cannot recommend his services enough. I took my first son to him at 4 months of age when he was extremely 'colicky'. During/after the first appointment, he was like a completely different baby and able to keep his milk down, eat without discomfort and became such a good sleeper. I cannot thank Tony enough for this. My daughter had a really difficult birth/delivery and ended up in the NICU for a month in London. A year later, she was diagnosed with CP. Once I got her home, Tony saw her right away and I know Tony has been a HUGE part of her amazing development and continues to help her bi-weekly. He is a crucial part in her treatment. I cannot recommend Tony and the other specialists enough. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful and I'm so thankful for their services in Saugeen Shores!

Negative experience: "I recently called your facility and provided my insurance information to the receptionist with the intention of scheduling an appointment with a therapist. Despite clearly expressing my preference against pressure point therapy, upon visiting the recommended therapist on April 25 2024, I discovered that the session did focuse on pressure points massage ONLY. Furthermore, it was disappointing to learn that the therapist was not even registered under the insurance information I had already provided during my initial call. In an effort to address this issue promptly, I called back to explain the situation and was assured that someone would contact me immediately after speaking with the therapist (who was currently with a patient). Regrettably, I have yet to receive the promised follow-up. As someone who works for minimum wage, I am financially unable to handle a $110 credit card bill that was supposed to be covered by insurance. Asaad

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my visits to Maple Shores! I needed help with pain and numbness they got me in quickly! They are very kind and helpful! Saw Adam today. Helped me with my biggest concerns and more!! Wonderful Even when something was hurting worse then I realized he addressed it and did great to elevate pain and discomfort I had! I will be back and will highly recommend to anyone needing help with pain, stiffness or injuries!

Fantastic experience: First time ever having Osteo done. Adam was very professional, explained things as he went. It was very relaxing and just what my body needed after a recent accident! It had only been a couple hours since and I already can feel a difference in my body.

Fantastic experience: Tony has helped me maintain my physical and overall health over many years. He has played a role in eliminating the occasional joint restriction and associated discomfort that comes from living an active lifestyle many many decades into my life. He is a contributor to me slowing physical aging and staying vibrant. He and a PT helped me recover from a meniscus bucket handle tear to the extent that the when I finally saw the surgeon, there was nothing he could contribute to improve function as I was back to 95%+ range of movement in my knee. He is constantly learning and expanding his expertise, working with all ages from kids to seniors. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: That was the best massage I have ever had. I went in for a treatment with Tony Kaake and asked him if they did cupping. I was able to get in and see Julie within the hour. (Super convenient for me, as I live in Kincardine) I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. She did cupping for chronic pain in my hip. As of this moment, I feel great, the pain I experience constantly, is not there. I am so impressed. Thanks!!

The things she told me about myself were incredibly accurate and totally relevant to my life. The tingles from the energy itself are enough to make you vibrate a huge positive wave of energy! Fantastic experience: I arrived having had a heart issue scare but the medical profession informed me it was a muscular problem. Julie relieved my anxiety by chatting with me, then went to work on the back, wow, she is amazing. By the time she completed the hour some of the intense muscle knots were released enough I could take a full breathe. Who would have know muscle tightness was that debilitating. I cannot wait for the next appointment so she can again do her magic.

Negative experience: I tried both the Osteopath and the Naturopath at Maple Shores Clinic and was not impressed. Although it’s a friendly place, the Naturopath’s treatments were ineffectual and expensive. After seeing a doctor in the city, I was very upset after I learned I had received the wrong treatment which has made my illness worse.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are all fantastic. They made me feel welcomed and I always feel like they truly cared for my well being and health. If they don't have an answer for you, they will take the time to find it for you. If you are seeing multiple practitioners, they will work together/consult each other to make sure that their treatments/sessions compliment each other to ensure that you receive the best care. They have also followed up with me in between treatments to make sure that I was continuing to doing well. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: My time spent with Stephanie Jennings is real!!!!, she really cares about you and you never feel rushed or ignored. Stephanie digs hard for the answers, and if she hasn't delivered an answer on your visit she will find it for you buy the next one, or work on getting to the bottom of it for sure. I especially love that you can contact through email whenever there is a concern and she'll get right back to you. I feel very safe and confident that i will certainly be in a better place totally when everything is sorted out, and we are well on our way in doing so, as i'm doing much better already and i've had only two visits so far!!!!!!!! THANKS STEPHANIE!!!!!!
