Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Carling Chiropractic with Dr. Bryan Watson for many years now. I first came to this clinic in November 2006 after a car accident. I have continued to come for adjustments and maintenance care even though my injury from the car accident has been resolved. I have issues with osteoarthritis in my shoulders, pain in my neck and lower back pain. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Bryan Watson as my chiropractor. He has helped me with sourcing orthotics for plantar fasciitis, given me practical advice on exercises to manage pain and his skills as a chiropractic are phenomenal. I always feel relief when I have had an adjustment by Dr. Bryan Watson - the best chiropractor in Ottawa. I would also like to mention the wonderful staff that work with Dr. Watson. The three ladies who work at the front desk - Sharon, Kathleen & Tiffany. They help with all other administrative details that fall within their scope of duties. They always try to accommodate requests for changes in appointments which I really appreciate.

The treatments they offer are very effective and even better is the personality of everyone you deal with. Very easy to deal with and a pleasure to visit. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend seeing Dr. Watson. After years of trying to figure out what was causing my constant foot and leg pain, I was encouraged to see Dr. Watson, and I am so thankful that I did. Not only did my leg/foot pain drastically reduce, but he also helped me with my lower back pain and essentially eliminated my constant, almost daily, headaches. Dr. Watson takes the time to understand your concerns, genuinely cares about your health, and is very gentle and reassuring (helpful for someone who was fearful of chiropractic care previously). I can honestly say that since I started seeing Dr. Watson in October of 2021, my overall quality of life has greatly improved. Absolutely life changing - give it a shot, you won’t regret it. The ladies at the front are great, always very nice and make you feel welcome!

Negative experience: I once went here for an assessment on back pain and was told by one of their chiropractors QUOTE ‘You are too fat for our X-ray machine, so you’ll have to ask your doctor for an xray’. Never went back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Watson is amazing, he remembers all of his patients and their lives, and he really take away the back, neck, shoulder, you name it, pain. I've been seeing him for about 2 years and he has actually helped me completely get rid of my migraines. I didn't believe in the practice until I was talked into, at least, trying it by a friend. The doctors here really know what they're doing! He could tell what was wrong by the way my feet moved when he put pressure on points in my back (total wizardry). Reception is also very charming, all those ladies know the patients on first name basis, they are all gems!

Fantastic experience: I'm doctor Watson's patience for many years now. I can say his hands help me a lot alleviating back pain and allowing me to live without worrying too much for back pain. The place also have a great masseur, Wenjin, the ho has really magical hands, and a very good nutritionist who follows me in my pretty successful diet. I do t know what would I do if the Carling family chiropractor would not be there.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend seeing Dr. Watson. I have had a lower back injury in 2017. I had trouble walking, which caused extreme pain. I had been doing Physiotherapy, and decided to try a Chiropractor. The first day I met him, he did my assessment and performed an adjustment . I was able to walk with less pain in my lower back. He is thoughtful and shows concern on your views and how you feel. I have seen extreme changes in my range of motion and pain has decreased. His staff are also very friendly and will do their best to accomodate your appointments around your work schedule. I am very happy with the entire treatments I have been given.

Using a combination of ART and Chiropractic adjustments, the shoulder problem has resolved way beyond my expectation. Dr. Mallory is the Go-to Doc for shoulder rehab and Chiropractic care.
