Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I am so glad that I have found Taya who is very knowledgeable, mindful and accomodating.The ambiance is spa like, very relaxing and smells good if you love essential oils. Has superb attention to detail from offering water, candy, sticker even hair tie and extra towel to wipe off excess oil. Shoutout to the receptionist Jill, her positive energy is contagious and is very welcoming. Overall 5/5.

Fantastic experience: Theresa, RMT was excellent. She is so knowledgeable! She really listens to your concerns and offers suggestions to get ahead of concerns that may affect your body. I couldn’t believe it but she does message therapy to your feet….whoop <3

Fantastic experience: I really liked how prepared Dr Natasha was when we arrived for our initial consult. She took the time to read about why we were there and already had a game plan. She listened to us and our concerns sincerely and was knowledgeable in her responses. She gives you her recommendations and where you can get the remedies. I wasn't forced to purchase them there. She is nice and polite, we look forward to our next visits.

My skin is very unpredictable and sensitive. The products chosen for my facial were curated by Holly prior to coming in. Filling out the intake form is a must because it will help individualize the procedure. I also added the mask and hot stone massage to my appt. Definitely worth it. Fantastic experience: The space is so calming and welcoming. As a plus size woman not usually comfortable with spa type treatments I have found Raj wonderful. I was reluctant to have laser done on my face but after years of battling relentless PCOS and daily shaving i am happy there is no more hair. And I regret not having done it sooner. Raj put me at ease from my first appointment. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had received a gift certificate from my sister for my bday and she was raving about this place so I went for a 60 minute session for Indie head massage with Heather! All I can say is WOW! I think I’m addicted !! hahah. I booked my next session with her right after we were done. She was amazing, insightful, and so kind. She answered all of my questions and explained to me what we will be doing today and what the benefits are of Indie head massage. This massage was so relaxing, calming and all the essential oils smelled so good, it was pure bliss. The purpose is to align your shakras !! After we got done I felt like I was floating as weird as that sounds but thats how relaxed my body felt. Can’t wait for my next session thank you

Negative experience: I would rate zero stars if I could.. Total scam! Appointment was made and cancelled all within 24 hrs and I got charged full price 130$! Cancellation fee is 1/2 of the fee in the first 48hrs and 100% of the fee within 24 FYI!!! TOTAL SCAM! NO REFUND, NO SERVICE, NOT RESCHEDULING! NOT HELPING ANYONE.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Chantelle quite simply changed my life. I went to her not knowing what to expect and after working with Chantelle on my nutrition, all of the problems I went in with have basically disappeared. Chantelle is one of the kindest people I've met and made the entire process so seamless and easy. She was there for support every step of the way, providing advice, ideas, recipes, and knowledge. Chantelle also made the experience very comfortable by being so easy to talk to about anything. She honestly has improved my health and quality of life in a way that I couldn't have imagined in my first appointment. I would recommend everyone to Chantelle! Also, the whole staff at Metanoia was so kind and nice to interact with, the environment is relaxing as soon as you walk in the door, and the overall experience there was fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Love Metanoia! Such a beautiful and relaxing space they have created. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. I have had appointments with Raj, Holly and Rana, they are all wonderful. I have tried the massage therapy, dermaplaning, and VIP Glow monthly facial services and was beyond pleased with each service. They have lots of services to offer, if you are looking for a great Health and Wellness spa, give it a try!
