Fantastic experience: Thus far the experience was great. Hannah is very professional, friendly and answered all my questions, took lots of data points, explained the process well and there were no surprises. Further, she encouraged my enthusiasm to make a swift recovery and she set up with a great action plan to help me recover from my injury. Lots of parking and in a convenient location.

Fantastic experience: Arnprior Pelvic & Pediatric Physiotherapy is an excellent place to seek care! The space is clean, organized, and friendly! The receptionist was quick to check me in and have me seated! Laurence provided a comfortable and professional experience from the moment I walked in to the room. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain each step of her process while ensuring my comfort was the top priority of the visit!

Fantastic experience: From the first step into the office you're greeted with a warm smile, and a welcoming environment. I had my appointment with Carmelle and I left feeling so much better and happier. She explained everything in detail and helped my understand everything, I was finally able to open my mouth without the TMJ clicking I've been dealing with since I was a child. Highly recommend Carmelle for any TMJ issues and the entire office for all the different areas they specialize in. My go to for physio now!

Fantastic experience: I had hurt my arm/shoulder at the end of March and after two weeks of intense pain and no signs of healing I knew I needed physio! I was able to make an appointment and got in right away with Arnprior Pelvic, Pediatric and Physiotherapy. I was with Tessa who helped me immensely with explanations of my injury and step by step exercises to help me back to better health. Tessa is very patient, kind and very thorough in her treatments. I highly recommend this health care facility if you are looking forward to getting personal highly professional services!

I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor expert. I have had a difficult time navigating healing from prostate surgery. Without Lawrence's help and treatment my situation would have been more painful and complicated. She is gifted and experienced clinician.

Fantastic experience: I saw Hannah today for my initial physio assessment and wow! She is very kind and listens to all of your concerns, and also explains each step before proceeding so you’re fully aware of what to expect. She gave me exercises to continue at home and I already have a significant reduction in pain from our session today since starting the program. I also love how she incorporated different techniques to help ease the pain I was experiencing (cupping, dry needling, etc). Loretta (receptionist) was also very kind and helpful, and had me scheduled in for my assessment the next day. All in all, I am extremely grateful for these ladies and I look forward to my future sessions!

Fantastic experience: I have been getting help from Laurence Roy for a few months now. I am recovering from spinal fusion surgery and have had 3 operations on my spine in the last three years. Also 2 hip replacements within the last 10 years. I am happy with the progress so far. Laurence is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physiotherapist. I have complete trust in her and the programs she has helped me with. My surgeon said that my recovery could take 12-18 months. I plan to have Laurence helping me, coaching me and motivating me through the rest of my recovery. The facility at APPP is spotless and professional. Therapy rooms are private and encourage discussion of personal information with your therapist when necessary. The admin staff (particularly Loretta) have all been professional, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Laurence and her team to anyone seeking the best physiotherapy available.

Fantastic experience: This is a very professional, clean, and welcoming physio. I have been treated regularly by Rayane for the last 5 months with hip, back, and neck pain. She has been extremely helpful, always able to pinpoint my problem areas, and treat them as needed depending on what is flaring up at the time. Each appointment leaves me feeling better (even if it hurts). Rayane is so kind and patient, super knowledgeable and overall great at her job! The app that they use is super straightforward and has reminders to do my exercises throughout the day. I have been given exercises and stretches to do at home, which are customized to my issues and updated if new issues arise. It can sometimes be tricky to get appointments without booking ahead, but they have a cancellation list and I have almost always been able to get earlier appointments that way. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful both on the phone and through email. 10/10 would recommend!

Her approach was very soothing and non-judgemental and her advice was practical - things I can fairly easily manage throughout the course of my day. She is very hands-on rather than relying on machines to provide treatment, which enables her to identify troublesome areas and tightness. Fantastic experience: Pelvic floor physio therapy will change your life! I was introduced to pelvic floor physio therapy just over two years ago following some serious complications related to a surgery. The pelvic floor physio therapy was a huge help. Recently I started seeing Laurence for general pelvic floor help. I've learnt that I have had pelvic floor issues most of my life and wish I had started this therapy years ago. Laurence takes this particular health care modality to a whole new eye opening level. Physio is no longer a strain or a chore, instead a joyful step to releasing pain, stress and struggle. Answering questions and challenges that previously had no resolution. Each appointment leaves me with a deeper understanding of my body and self and the strength to govern both.
