Negative experience: The online sales never match to the ones I store, the cashiers have to manually input the sales at the register and it always takes so much time. I would like the online sale prices to be reflected on the price tags in store. Store is also more expensive than other health stores that also offer professional health advice.

Not only do they stock a broad range of quality vitamins, minerals, and various herbal remedies, but also the staff is very knowledgeable and able to give good advice on most any question you might have. Fantastic experience: Went in on last Friday it was my first time, just shopping for some health supplements and Aman was fabulous to deal with he was very knowledgeable about the products and I ended up finding everything that I needed, they seem to have most products at a cheaper price than other stores. While my initial purchase price was a little over $400. Your health is your investment treat your body right and it will thank you. Overall very happy with my experience there I will be back so you now have a regular customer.

Roy & I have connected the most throughout the years & he has always taken the time I have needed to discuss products & what is best for me & all my family members including my extended family as well. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. They had 4 of 5 products the day of purchase. Within 24 hours the owner called me to say he was able to locate a supplier and had it special ordered for me. Very thankful!! I will definitely be my first choice of supplements I need.

Negative experience: So one of the owners at this place seems to know every single item in stock that is in this store, when I asked for specific “powder supplement” I got attitude… first Mr.owner didn’t know what the supplement was that I was asking for, then as I attempted to explain it I got cut off and told they don’t carry it. There was zero attempt to look or search for the product. Giving 2 stars and not 1 out of courtesy of this place meeting bare minimum standards of an operating business and not terrible because the guy (regular employee) before Mr.owner was being more polite and respectful when speaking with me. Overall Bad customer service - why? Lack of genuine care and attention for wanting to help you or find an alternative SUBSTITUTE even. This is from the leader of the store too. I get we all have bad days, however you're the owner and you're suppose to set a good example for your employees. You're unwelcomed vibe coupled by negative attitude of demonstrating zero care & attention for the customer is not how you attract and retain customers. Good luck with your business. There are plenty of other supplement stores in the area with far better care and attention for the customer.

Negative experience: One of my worst online purchase experiences. After placing an order had to call customer care to make sure right product was ordered-as email shows different product was ordered. Product should have shipped and delivered to me in a week however took more than 3 weeks to get it delivered. Called customer care to make sure I receive the product to continue my medication instead of keep waiting for full order to be ready for shipment (ordered qty2, however available 1). Customer care promised to expedite ship 1 first and the other later, but they waited and shipped both at once. I will avoid any future online orders.

Fantastic experience: I recently found out that Nature’s Source will deliver which really helped as I had a number of items I needed quickly and no time to get to the store. I was so impressed with the online shopping and free deliver to my home the next day! Thank you Nature’s Source! Definitely a 5 start service!

Fantastic experience: There was a delay in the delivery of my package, which was a problem on the delivery company's end, but Leonard, the Online Manager from Nature's Source, provided great customer service, following up with me and the delivery company until I received my order. I was also sent a complimentary gift basket after, which was really nice.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a product from the Oakville location. My item was returned by Canada Post as the street number was not showing on the shipping information. I ordered online, so this was my error. Leonard re-shipped my item at no charge. He was very kind and very helpful and I received my product quickly. Great customer service. Thank you Leonard!!

Fantastic experience: This review applies to the Oakville store. I am not familiar with the other stores. I ordered for the first time because I like site-wide discounts sales, which the online site had. Such site-wide discounts encourage me to order more items. I also thought the requirement purchase-wise for free delivery was also very reasonable. The price of the actual items that I ordered were competitive. The inclusion of a free complimentary item was also a nice "unexpected" thank you. The communications regarding the order and delivery were good. Shipping time was also very reasonable. Packaging was done with care. A sweet, not sour source in my case.

Roy was just amazing, and his whole team so friendly and helpful... and somehow worked his magic to ensure same day delivery. I was trying to order online and was experiencing some difficulties, so I called the store. Riley answered with a great attitude, super pleasant, I told what I was looking for and that I was experiencing some online ordering difficulties. She asked if I could come in to purchase, and that she would advise their IT team to look into it too. I said sure I can come now; Riley said if I can wait two days to come in Friday that I would save 20% on my entire order!! So she saved all the items I was looking for as many were almost out of inventory, and said see you Friday. I go in today, and what a great and clean store! I'll be back soon for more, and Riley was there today; helped me and was super to work with!

Fantastic experience: Nature Source has been my go to health & wellness store for the past several years. Usually when I am at this location, they have what I need in stock, but if they don't they write down my contact details and call me once it arrives. The staff at this location are so kind and very knowledgable. I am always very happy with my visits. This location is within a shopping complex, and many parking spots available.

Fantastic experience: RILEY at Oakville store made things right for me tonight re: an online order. After a negative/unprofessional experience at Mississauga location (Eglington and Hwy 10) it forced me to take my business to the Oakville location. RILEY is knowledgeable about their policies, friendly and professional and went above and beyond for me the Customer! Nature Source has professional brands I needed (NFH, BIOCLINIC). Pricing is fair and competitive.

Fantastic experience: I was having an issue with an online order and was advised to speak to someone at the Nature's Source Oakville location. When I called, I spoke with 'Roy' the store manager. Even though he was extremely busy, he still was patient and took the time to rectify my concern quickly. This is one of many reasons I have been patronizing their company for years. I, (and I'm sure countless others) am very grateful not only to him but to ALL the Nature's Source staff for "staying on the job" helping people continue to stay strong and healthy with all the quality products they carry. This is not an easy time for anyone but with dedicated staff as these, this will just strengthen my loyalty to the their company. Thanks again.
