Fantastic experience: I accidentally ruptured a tendon in my knee and needed physio after surgery. I had great experiences with Ivy C for physio and with Alex P for massages. The clinic offers a wide variety of services and professionals in different specialties. I find their customer service friendly and easily accessible in English and French.

Fantastic experience: Professional and thorough assessment provided by Patrick, his experience and knowledge of ailments and necessary exercises is excellent.

Negative experience: I had an early appointment by morning 7am and when I arrived, the front door was closed and no answer to the phone calls aswel. Waited for a few mins outside in cold weather condition and left the place. It happened twice. Instructions are not clear which door is open or need to be used for early morning appointments. For anyone, please make sure your appointments are on regular day hours and have clear instructions on entry point and the service you getting on the day.
