Fantastic experience: I come from out of town just to go here!! They have the best selection of professional brands and the prices are usually less than other health food stores which is awesome. Also highly recommend grabbing a smoothie they’re soooo yummy and made with actual good ingredients so they’re not too sugary!

Fantastic experience: I went in last minute 3mins before closing on a Saturday afternoon/ the staff were so happy to help me find the appropriate vitamins - and even had the knowledge to teach me the dosage etc. they did not rush, highly recommend

Positive experience: Smoothie at wellness bar was so good but unfortunately way too overpriced. It’s 12$ plus additional 2$ to add anything.

Negative experience: First and last time using Wellness Market!!! I always like to shop from smaller, family owned businesses, but they never cease to amaze me with the lack of customer support. Screenshots say it all! To add fuel to the fire, they only sent one out of two bottles of OmegAvail and it wasnt till I reached out that it was refunded. Quite dissappointed by the whole experience and an absolute waste of time! Never again! AND NO I WILL NOT CALL THE STORE TO TEACH ME GRADE 2 MATH!!!

Fantastic experience: I love visiting this spot especially when I’m feeling sick. I specifically love their healthy inferno drink and their immuni-tea. Whenever I take my daily shot of the Inferno I stay healthy and when I’m off it I fall sick - being a kindergarten teacher means I’m surrounded by germs but grabbing these two items always has me feeling my best! Excited to try more of their products as the Wellness Market hasn’t let me down yet! Definitely worth a visit!

It was my first time shopping at their store, I’m always a little nervous ordering on line from a company I am not familiar with. I read other reviews and felt comfortable placing my order. As other comments stated the delivery time was so fast, my products arrived within days of me placing my order. Also, the price of the product I ordered was at least $10 less than other health and wellness companies. I highly recommend this company!

I ordered and noticed that one of my pill bottles had a very fast approaching expiry date, this was not even an issue for me, I was going to finish the pills by the date, but I reached out to the team to let them know they should check their stock as some customers might be frustrated with the fast approaching expiry, they let me know that expiry’s are something they check diligently (things get missed sometimes that’s human nature) and gave me a discount code for the inconvenience. They responded very quickly as well. 10/10 customer service in my books, especially considering I just wanted them to be aware for other customers, not even for myself . Will be purchasing from here again.

Negative experience: Owner turned salty after I kindly refused to give my phone number at the start of the transaction. Good customer service is important regardless of whether or not your customers would like to receive promotional text messages from you. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: I ordered my medication online and right away within 2 minutes sent an email to cancel my order as it was the wrong medication. Instead of canceling the order, they shipped it and refused to provide my refund. I didn't accept the order from them either and my money is being held unnecessarily specially during this time. When I spoke to someone over the phone, she wanted me to pay the shipping fee (apparently they ship within couple of minutes for standard Canada post shipment). Never had this type of skeptical service from other companies. I'm still waiting on my refund from them after 2 weeks and they didn't even sent an email for updates. (Just to respond to the reply below: I never accepted the delivery and it was returned to Canada post and even tracking info shows that clearly but yet all these unnecessary procedures are being brought up)

Fantastic experience: Best nutrition store in Windsor area. Very competitive prices to the online giants and better than other local stores. The staff are all trained or in school for various nutrition fields which is a HUGE plus when asking questions. They CARE about customer service and bringing in top-quality products. It has really helped me on my journey to better overall health.
