Fantastic experience: I was pleased with my physiotherapy experience at Carespace. I had a neck injury and my physiotherapist Jonathan did an excellent job giving me exercises, massages and giving me guidance on how to deal with the injury. We also share a love of sports so there was never a dull moment as we talked sports for a lot of the appointments and connected that way while he did his job. I only needed 4 weekly appointments and I my neck feels better. I definitely recommend Jonathan Tran and CareSpace!

Fantastic experience: After having chronic lower back pain for 2 years, I came to see Deepa at Carespace for physiotherapy and after only 3 weeks (2 sessions a week) I have had amazing improvements! When I first started seeing her, I was in pain almost all the time, unable to sit for longer than 15 minutes or stand for any length of time... but I now have days where I don't have pain at all. I am so impressed with the treatment I have received; Deepa is kind and caring, asks questions to understand the issues you're having, and uses every minute of the session for treatment. I appreciate that she shows you how to do stretches/exercises and then watches you do them (and circus you if needed) so you can feel comfortable knowing you are doing them correctly. Fantastic experience: I have a right shoulder ACL joint issue for which Tyler has been my first contact point with acupuncture and chiropractic assessment and treatment, followed by physio by Deepa Arya, it has been a great experience so far, understanding the issues that have been facing and charting a proper routine plan to get a solution to eradicate the pain and bring strength back on the shoulder. I would recommend this clinic for their professional approach and also the flexibility they provide to accommodate with your time of appointment.

Afterwards, I was able to walk freely without any stiffness. Thus proving that I must be exercising more after I take my medication. Fantastic experience: Update: It's been almost a year since I started going to Carespace. Dr. Tyler Baron has dropped my appointments to every 2 months because I am doing so well. I've started an exercise program with Paul Croswell, Kinesiologist. When I started at Carespace my pain was 100% - 24/7. Over 6 months I went to about 50% pain free. Now almost a year later I am about 85-90% pain free. Although I feel my shoulder injury some days, it is not debilitating like it used to be. Paul is so knowledgeable but easy-going so I don't feel intimated. Our workouts are actually fun! Thanks Paul! I can't wait to see what the next year brings as I start to work on strength-training and getting back into shape. I've been struggling with chronic shoulder pain since 2019. I have seen numerous chiropractors and physiotherapists over the years. My previous chiropractor went on mat leave so I decided to check out Carespace because they were close to me and offered ART. I have been seeing Dr. Tyler Baron and Ashley Payne since January and I have been pain free for 6 days. They also focus on recovery, not just maintenance so you're not spending a fortune. I can't express how good it feels to get my life back!! Thank you Tyler and Ashley!

Fantastic experience: My husband was in so much pain around his lower back about a week and a half ago. We googled everywhere and CareSpace was our only option as it was a weekend. He could barely raise his feet to walk. To make this story short, we met Dr. Tyler Baron and I must say he has to be an Angel. My husband is moving around, finally being able to sleep just after about 4 sessions every 2 days with Tyler. I wish I could give this business 100 stars because of everything. Fantastic experience: I typically only go on Google Reviews for Negative reviews so when I come here for a positive review, believe me I'm impressed. I've been going to Chiropractors and Physio therapists on and off for decades. Jonathan and Tyler are hands down the best I've ever come across in 30 years. These guys are not only knowledgeable but care about your smallest needs or tiniest of problems or your long term ailments. You wouldn't think a chiropractor would care that you have a kink in your neck, just a crack to the left and crack to the right and send you home. Right?? NO. Tyler will legit massage that out for you, get a vibration machine going on that hamstring you pulled. Stuff I would normally think are not a Chiropractors job. Point is, Jonathan and Tyler are a one stop shop for all things AND they will coordinate and communication with each other to enhance and assist with your needs. I'm a firm believer you cannot get anything done in a 15 min chiro session. It's just not possible. 30 min minimum. And 1 hour for Physio minimum. Beyond that there's too much talking on my part that eats up a session. These guys are all business. They will Care about your well being and road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: I came to Carespace initially to see Deepa who has been my physiotherapist for some time as I had some chronic issues with my neck and shoulder. After so many tests and medication, it was only the treatment from this centre that ultimately resolved my issues. Deepa is the most caring and kind practitioner I have ever met. She has always listened to me intently and gone above and beyond to ensure I was feeling better. She even checked in on me when she knew I was feeling unwell! If you’re looking for treatment that is more than simply textbook therapy, the practitioners at this centre all take a very holistic approach to treatment which is incredible. After some time I was also treated by Tyler with both acupuncture and chiropractic care. Tyler is also absolutely wonderful. He has truly listened to me, understanding the root cause of the issues and worked together with me to plan treatment appropriately. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Claire for the last 6 months for therapy and Aliya for osteopath recently, and both experiences have been EXCELLENT! Claire is such an amazing psychotherapist and really puts you at ease. Shes so amazing at what she does, I am very happy I found her as my therapist! Aliya seriously works wonders on the body, after one session I immediately felt relief and she has such a calming demeanour. Having never had pain like this before and having never seen a Chiropractor before I was very worried and concerned.
